Recent information technology achieves remarkable progress in almost all areas where it can be applied. However, this technology also causes technostress, such as fear and pressure to individuals, due to events, such as the threat of job loss. This technostress is becoming an important factor that can affect user performance and productivity in future society where information technology will be the focus. This kind of stress should be studied considerably in academic and practical applications. The effects of technostress on individual performance remain ambiguous. Therefore, academic research is needed to prove these effects. This study aimed to clarify the direct and indirect effects of technostress on information technology end-users. We developed a research model that integrates innovation resistance and technostress theory through previous studies and analyzed the questionnaire of 317 people. The PLS structural equation model and the study results of Baron and Kenny (1986) indicated that rapid change, connectivity, reliability, and complexity are crucial factors affecting the technostress of information technology. Technostress was analyzed indirectly only through innovation resistance, which affected the performance of end-users. This study will provide new implications for the relationship between technostress and performance or productivity in the IS field.

This work aims firstly to analyse the evaluation expertise in the National IT Industry Promotion Agency(NIPA) which is charge of funding and promoting R&D programs in the field of IT industry, a main part of 'Technology Innovation Program for Knowledge Economy' supported by the Ministry of Knowledge Economy. It will also discuss the policy means for improvement of the evaluation expertise of the NIPA. The results show that the evaluation system of the NIPA has been fair in stage of the selection of evaluators and the career management system of evaluators. But it will be necessary for improvement in stage of the surroundings supporting the expertise during evaluation practise. Therefore, in order to improve the evaluation expertise of the NIPA, I suggested and discussed 12 policy means in accordance with the short term perspective and long term one.

This study aims at investigating the path in which entrepreneurial orientation and absorptive capacity, which have a significant influence on the corporate performance of SMEs, are mediated through product innovation performance (product speed, product quality). For the empirical study, 233 questionnaires collected from 1775 SMEs including in Daejeon Techno Park start-ups were analyzed by using structural equation model. The empirical analysis shows that absorptive capacity and entrepreneurial orientation have a positive effect on performance through product innovation performance. Therefore, it is suggested that entrepreneurial orientation and absorptive capacity increase product innovation performance in terms of corporate strategy and external information utilization capability, and product innovation performance leads to performance. This paper suggests that entrepreneurial strategy and capacity to utilize external information are important for introducing high quality products faster than others in response to the external environment.

Development of policy incentives and policy direction in the innovation economy is always important. Innovations policy have characterized industrial dynamics, leading to a transformation of the market structure of the specific industry. The paper explores the development of industry convergence for understanding the change of the wireless industry in Daejeon. Although its initial focus is R&D center, The business model has become the research and development of external demand than its own product research and development. For regional innovation, the wireless industry policy should be provided with their own product development pattern.

농업은 잦은 자연재해, 코로나 같은 예측하기 힘든 불확실성이 높아지는 상황이며 이를 해결하기 위해 새로운 기술적 접근방안과 돌파구 마련이 필요하다. ICT의 급속한 발전과 4차 산업혁명 시대가 도래하면서 데이터의 중요성은 더욱 커지고 있다. 빅데이터는 농업이 직면한 다양한 기술적 난제를 해결함과 동시에 생산,소비,유통 분야의 밸류체인 혁신을 통해 높은 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있게 핵심 요소가 될 것이다. 실제 농업 분야의 해외 사례를 살펴보면 주로 빅데이터에 대한 수집 분석이 기업을 중심으로 이루어지고 있고 기업의 새로운 가치 창출에 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있어 상업적 측면에서 활용가치가 매우 높음을 알 수 있다. 우리나라도 기업의 빅데이터 활용을 위한 다양한 시도가 이루어지고 있으나 아직은 대기업, 소수의 혁신기술 기반 중소기업이 대부분이다. 기업의 빅데이터 활용에 영향을 미치는 연구는 계속 진행되고 있으나, 산업별 특성이 반영되어 결과는 상이하게 나타났다. 또한 대부분의 연구가 조직 차원에서 초기 도입 의도에 영향을 주는 요인 파악에 집중하였다. 반면 기업이 빅데이터를 활용하여 성과를 창출하기 위해서는 각 분야 현업 종사자들의 지속적인 활용 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 혁신기술 수용 의도를 파악하는데 높은 설명력을 나타내는 통합기술수용이론(UTAUT)과 혁신성향 변수를 활용하여 농업 관련 기업 종사들의 빅데이터 수용 의도에 미치는 영향 요인들을 살펴보고 경제적 혜택과 실용적 혜택의 매개 효과를 분석하고자 한다. 실제 농업 관련 기업 종사자 대상 설문을 통한 실증 연구를 통해 현장 종사자들의 빅데이터 활용 수준을 높이고 우수의 고급 인력을 확보하여 육성하기 위한 방안을 제시하여 농업관련분야 기업의 빅데이터 활성화 정책 도출에 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

웹기반 경매사이트는 전자상거래시장을 대표할 만한 높은 수익성을 올리고있는 인터넷비지니스 수익모델이라고 할 수 있다. 현재 온라인경매를 사용하는 소비자는 경매사이트에서 제공하는 풍부한 정보의 양에 의존하여 전자상거래를 접하고 있다. 기존연구는 온라인 경매사이트의 제공자는 소비자의 입찰에 대한 태도와 참여 의도을 유인하기 위하여 온라인 경매 모델의 형태와 정보의 질에 집중하였던 것을 언급하고 있다. 온라인경매는 웹 인터페이스(Web Interface)를 활용하는 특징을 보유하고 있다. 그러므로, 웹기반 경매사이트의 디자인요인은 온라인경매에서 매출액 신장과 입찰에 대한 태도와 입찰 참여 의도를 유인하기 위한 중요한 요소라고 할 수 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 온라인 경매사이트의 매출액 증진을 위하여, 온라인경매에서 입찰 참여 의도와 웹기반 경매사이트의 디자인 요인간의 관계 연구는 수행되지 않았다. 본 연구의 목적은 웹기반 경매사이트의 디자인 요인과 소비자의 입찰 참여 의도간의 관계에 관한 연구이다. 특히, 아르헨티나를 사례연구로 실증분석을 수행하였다. 웹기반 경매사이트의 디자인 요인은 (1)사이트 구조측면과 (2)정보의 디자인 측면 그리고, (3)정보의 내용측면을 추출하였다. 웹기반 경매사이트의 디자인요인과 소비자의 선호도 변수들과의 비교분석이 이루어진다. 소비자 선호도 변수는 (1)웹디자인의 유용성 인지도와 (2)정보의 유용성 인지도 그리고, (3)웹사이트의 용이성 인지도가 사용되었다. 본 연구의 분석결과에 의하면, 웹기반 경매사이트의 3가지 디자인요인에 해당하는 사이트의 구조측면과 정보의 디자인측면 그리고, 정보의 내용 측면은 모두 소비자의 입찰에 대한 태도와 입찰 참여 의도에 긍정적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고, 소비자의 특성에 따른 차이점이 입찰 참여 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 결과로 제공하고 있다.

최근 몇 년간 개인정보보호에 대한 관심이 부쩍 높아졌다. 물론 이전에도 개인정보를 다루고 또 활용해 왔지만, 최근에는 개인정보의 가치를 비롯해 개인정보 유출에 따른 피해를 예방하기 위한 노력이 기업마다 빠르게 진행되고 있다. '아는 만큼 보이고 보이는 만큼 느낀다'라는 말처럼 개인정보를 수집하는 기업들이 개인정보보호의 필요성을 서서히 깨닫고 있는 듯하다. 그 가운데 KT는 개인정보보호의 중요성을 먼저 알아챈 기업 중 하나이다.

대학이 급변하는 환경에 적극적으로 대처하고, 경쟁력을 제고하기 위해서는 대학 시스템의 근본적인 변화가 필수적이다. 이를 위해서 대학은 기존의 교육 공급자 입장에서의 행정 위주의 운영 방식에서 탈피하여 대학 본연의 목표를 재정립하고 교육과 연구의 수월성 을 확보하여야 하며, 이 목표를 성취하기 위해 대학의 자원을 합리적으로 투입·분배하는 과 정과 방법을 설계·구현하여야 한다. 대학의 정보화는 이러한 경영혁신의 중요한 추진 도구 가 될 수 있다. 대학의 정보화는 이러한 경영혁신의 중요한 추진 도구가 될 수 있다. 본 논 문에서는 대학 본연의 목표인 교육·연구를 효과적으로 지원하기 위한 대학정보화 추진의 틀 을 제시하였고, 정보화 대상 업무 중 중점 업무를 분류·정리하였으며 정보화 추진 전략을 수립하였다. 또한, 대학정보화의 사례를 들어 구체적인 정보화 추진 과정을 소개하였다.

최근 임베디드 소프트웨어가 다양한 분야에서의 개발이 증대되면서 요구사항도 변화되고 있다. 즉, 임베디드 시스템이 단순하고 독립적인 소형시스템에 정착되어 운영되었던 과거와는 달리 최근에는 초정밀의 동작제어와 함께 복잡하고 다양한 플랫폼 환경을 요구하거나 다수의 소프트웨어 통합하고 제어하는 시스템 중속적인 요구사항들이 많이 발생하고 있다. 기존의 개발방법들은 하드웨어와의 밀접한 관계, 여러 유사 도메인에 대한 고수준의 재사용성 요구 등 임베디드 소프트웨어가 갖고 있는 특성들을 효과적이로 반영하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 개발 프로세스 혁신하고 오류를 최소화하기 위해서는 "계획 ⇒ 설계 ⇒ 구현 ⇒ 테스팅" 단계와 같은 임베디드 소프트웨어 개발 프로세스를 정립하고 각 단계에서 필요한 최적의 품질관리 체계를 구축함으로써 경쟁력 있는 임베디드 소프트웨어 제품의 개발을 지원할 수 있는 방법론을 확립하였다.

The integration of environmental and innovation policies is perceived to be essential in order to deal efficiently with environmental and innovation problems. This study analyzed environmental policy integration in Finnish technology policies in view of system transitions and policy integration. Finnish environment-innovation policy integration is assessed empirically by focusing on the policy strategies, implementation, and evaluation processes. Furthermore, this study compared Korea's environment-innovation policy integration with that of the Finnish experience, and drew up policy implications from the comparative study in order to come up with Korean contexts. Moreover, since green growth and eco-innovation are core issues in Korea today, it is important to ensure that system transitions and policy implementations take into account the various forms of policymaking, as well as political, organizational, and procedural activities.
