This study investigates factors, which affect subjective judgment of Smartphone users when they switch to a new product or other mobile carrier, and examine a relationship between switching intention and switching expected performance through users of in Korea and China. The results of the study showed that switching intention is positively associated with switching expected performance in both Korean and Chinese users. Brand reliability, functional quality, and general climate for Smartphone business have a significant impact on switching intention in both countries. In addition, personal innovation has a significant impact on switching intention of Korean users but Chinese. However, content quality has the effect on switching intention of Chinese user but Korean. This study provides useful strategies for switching behavior of Smartphone users of two different countries in the mobile industry.

This thesis is about power line communication(PLC) over the low voltage grid. The main advantage with power line communication is the use of an existing infrastructure. The PLC channel can be modeled as having multi-path propagation with frequency-selective fading, typical power lines exhibit signal attenuation increasing with length and frequency. OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) is a modulation technique where multiple low data rate carriers are combined by a transmitter to form a composite high data rate transmission. To implement the multiple carrier scheme using a bank of parallel modulators would not be very efficient in analog hardware. Each carrier in an OFDM is a sinusoid with a frequency that is an integer multiple of a base or fundamental sinusoid frequency. Therefore, each carrier is a like a Fourier series component of the composite signal. In fact, it will be shown later that an OFDM signal is created in the frequency domain, and then transformed into the time domain via the Discrete Fourier Transform(DFT).

As a hospital environment is reconstructed from supplier-centered values to consumer-centered ones for the existence in the rapidly changing medical market, it can be said that not only must old slogans such as unconditional restructuring, remodelling, etc. be reconsidered, but a new strategy for the development and renovation of a hospital must be urgently required. Accordingly, development of customer-oriented practical strategies is needed and it appears possible to develop marketing and manage contacts, as a practical management strategy, for raising satisfaction of internal and external customers. The ultimate goal of such strategy development may be to ensure consistent potential development by maintenance of existing customers and securing new customers through a strategy of satisfying both existing and new customers. It appears that the competition in the medial will be keener in the future by human resources, members of an organization, Under these circumstances, and in relation to appearance of a new type of occupation of a coordinator, if a hospital could offer appropriate service which can meet the demand of the customers by efficiently utilizing the limited resources through efficient management of contacts between the customers and personnel, the competitive power of a hospital would be much stronger. Therefore, it is necessary to seek customer-impressing management by utilizing a coordinator as a more specialized intermediary as well as many-sided contact management through positive introduction of an expert coordinator system for internal and external customer contact management. It is expected that a hospital can secure a competitive advantage in the market through strategy development supported by an expert coordinator and increasing competitive power by means of practice of a developed creative strategy.

외환위기 이후 IT는 우리 경제의 견인차로 인식되어 왔으나 2000년대 초두의 IT 버블 붕괴 이후 극심한 성장정체를 겪으면서 일부 학자 및 정책입안자를 중심으로 IT 역할에 대한 회의론적 시각이 제기되어 왔다. 그러나, 지난 2~3년간의 각종 경제지표를 볼 때, IT는 여전히 우리 경제에서 중요한 역할을 하고 있음을 확인할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 미래사회에의 대응을 위해서도 IT에 대한 관심 제고가 무엇보다도 절실한 시점이라 하겠다. 특히, 스마트폰의 등장에 따라 스마트폰 환경에 최적화된 다양한 애플리케이션의 등장과 이를 이용한 모바일 서비스의 보급 확산으로 IT 기기 및 서비스 산업의 경쟁구조에 근본적인 변화가 발생하면서 IT 강국이라는 국가적 브랜드마저 위협받고 있는 시점이어서 더욱 그렇다. 스마트폰의 등장으로 국가경쟁력 결정 패턴이 노동과 자본 등 전통적인 생산요소에 기반한 개별 산업분야의 경쟁우위를 기초로 결정되던 형태에서 감성과 창의성 등 소프트 파워의 보유 정도에 따라 결정되는 형태로 전환되었다는 점에서 R&D전략에 있어서도 중요한 전환점을 맞고 있다고 보여진다. 또한, 산업사회와 정보사회에 이어 급격한 기술혁신에 따른 기술간 및 산업간 융합의 정도가 산업 전반의 경쟁구도에 영향을 미칠 것으로 대부분의 전문가들이 예견하고 있으나, 산업현장이나 기술분야에서 실제적으로 발생되는 융합의 양상은 그다지 신속하지 못한 것으로 나타나고 있다. 따라서, 기술간 및 산업간 융합촉진을 통한 전산업 경쟁력 제고를 위한 R&D 방향 모색이 필요한 시점이다. 이에 따라 본고에서는 스마트폰의 등장에 따른 IT산업의 경쟁구도 변화와 글로벌 기업들의 전략, 대응방향 등을 살펴보는 한편 IT의 전반적인 활용도 증가에 따라 더욱 가속화될 것으로 전망되는 기술간 및 산업간 융합시대에 대응한 IT R&D 방향을 살펴본다. 이는 궁극적으로 IT 강국이라는 국가적 브랜드 이미지의 고착화 전략인 동시에 IT 기반의 융합을 촉진시킴으로써 스마트한 IT Korea라는 국가적 미래비전을 달성해 나가기 위한 방향이 될 것이다.

LTE-Advanced network will form the high-speed IP backbone in collaboration with heterogeneous radio access networks for dynamic optimized resource utilization. In order to implement more innovative and attractive services such as U-Cloud streaming, LBS and mobile smart TV, a mobile terminal needs to support multiple sessions simultaneously. Efficient resource allocation schemes are necessary to maintain QoS of multiple sessions because service continuity may be defected by delay and information loss during handover. This paper proposes a resource allocation scheme to accommodate multiple sessions in a mobile terminal on handover period based on session priority mechanism. Simulation is focused on the forced termination probability of handover sessions. Simulation results show that our proposed method provides a better performance than the conventional method.

The drastic growth of mobile communication and spreading of smart phone make the significant attention on Location Based Service. The one of most important things for vitalizations of LBS is the accurate estimating position for mobile object. Focusing on an image sensor deployed in smart phone, we develop a LED based positioning estimation framework. The developed approaches can strengthen the advantages of independent indoor applicability of LED. The estimation of LED based positioning is effectively applied to any indoor environment. We put a focus especially on the algorithmic framework. of image processing of smart phone. From LED lighting, we can obtain a typical signal image which contains the unique positioning information. Furthermore test-bed based on smart phone platform is practically developed and all data have been harvested from the actual measurement of test indoor area. This can approve the practical usefulness of proposed framework.

지난해 12월 3일, 금융위원회(이하"금융위")는 금융개혁 정례 기자간담회에서 그 동안의 금융개혁 성과를 발표하였다. 지난 3월 금융개혁 추진방향 마련 시 50개의 금융개혁 실천과제를 선정하고, 규제개혁 과정에서 20개 과제를 추가 발굴하여 총 70개의 금융개혁 실천과제를 선정하였고, 그 중 (1) 제도개선이 완료되어 시행중인 과제가 24건, (2) 일부 시행중인 과제가 17건, (3) 방안은 발표했으나, 법령 개정 등 제도개선 중인 과제가 16건, 마지막으로 (4) 방안을 마련중인 과제 즉 미발표 과제가 총 13건인 것으로 밝혀졌다. 금융개혁 실천과제 중, 핀테크 생태계 구축과 관련된 과제는 5건, 인터넷 전문은행 도입과 관련된 과제는 2건 그리고 빅데이터 활성화와 관련된 과제는 2건으로 직접적인 핀테크 산업 활성화와 관련된 과제는 총 9개라고 볼 수 있다. 이 중에서 6건의 과제는 이미 제도개선이 완료되어 시행되고 있으며, 나머지 3건은 방안은 발표되었으나, 법령 개정 등 제도개선이 필요한 상태이다. 여전히 은산분리 규제 완화를 위한 은행법 개정 이슈, 신용정보법 개정을 통한 빅데이터 산업 활성화 등은 여전히 제도개선 과제나 규제 완화 방안이 구체화되지 않은 단계이다. 금융당국은 금융산업에 대해서 오프라인 산업으로서 규제마인드를 갖고 있다. 국경을 넘나들며 금융서비스가 제공되는 시대에 오프라인 산업 관점의 전통적 금융규제들을 재검토해야 한다. 금융산업에서 핀테크와 쉽게 결합하여 서비스를 창출하고, 시장에서 경쟁할 수 있도록 하는 관점에서 기존의 규제들을 재평가해야 한다. 인터넷에서는 국경을 넘어선 서비스를 막을 수 없으므로 국내형 규제에 얽매인 국내 금융회사들은 혁신적 서비스를 도입할 수 없어 궁극적으로 글로벌 인터넷 거인들이 결국 국내 금융회사들의 사업 기회를 빼앗아 가게 될 것이다. 글로벌 인터넷 기업들이 국내 금융기관을 지배하게 될 것이라는 숙명을 빨리 깨닫고 과거의 관점에서 벗어나 온라인 서비스로 기존의 서비스를 변경하는 노력이 필요하다. 결국 금융산업은 핀테크 기업들과 협업하여 기존의 규제를 완화하거나 서비스에 맞게 변화시키고, 과감하게 폐지하는 것이 필요하다.

In this paper we discussed various types of electronic payment schemes that are emerging. Threats vary from malicious hackers attempting to crash a system, to threats to data or transaction integrity. An understanding of the various types of threats can assist a security manager in selecting appropriate cost-effective controls to protect valuable information resources. An overview of many of today's common threats presented in this paper will be useful to mangers studying their own threat environments with a view toward developing solutions specific to their organization. To ensure security on the Internet, several methods have been developed and deployed. They include authentication of users and servers, encryption, and data integrity. Transaction security is critical : without it, information transmitted over the Internet is susceptible to fraud and other misuse. So computer systems represents an Intermediary with the potential to access the flow of information between a user. Security is needed to ensure that intermediaries cannot eavesdrop on transactions, or copy/modify data. Online firms must take additional precautions to prevent security breaches. To protect consumer information, they must maintain physical security of their servers and control access to software passwords and private keys. Techniques such as secret and public-key encryption and digital signatures play a crucial role in developing consumer confidence in electronic commerce.

This study examine the effects of changes in the dividend income tax rates, the corporate dividend policy, and the ownership structure on the stock valuation. The empirical findings indicate that : (1)firm's ownership structure is positively correlated with stock return ; (2) the interaction of firm's ownership structure and the dividend policy is positively correlated with stock return ; (3) the interaction of the changes in the dividend income tax rates and dividend policy is correlated with stock return ; (4) the interaction of the changes in the dividend income tax rates and firm's ownership structure is correlated with stock return ; (5) the interaction of the increases in the dividend income tax rates, firm's ownership structure, and the dividend policy is positively correlated with stock return. This suggests that non-taxing of capital gains provide tax shelters to individual investors and investors prefer non-taxing income to dividend income.

During normal machine operation, partial discharge(PD) measurements were performed with turbine generator analyzer(TGA) in imitation stator winding of high voltage motors. The motor was energized to 4.47kV, 6.67, respectively. Applied voltage to Imitation winding was used two voltage level, 4.47[kV] and 6.67[kV]. Motors having imitation stator winding were installed with 80pF capacitive couplers at the terminal box. Case of PD Pattern regarding applied voltage phase angel, the PD patterns were displayed two dimensional and three dimensional. TGA summarizes each plot with two quantities such as the normalized quantity number(NQN) and the peak PD magnitude(Qm). As the result, we could discrimidate using TGA the difference of internal and surface discharge for imitation stator winding. We have used the other technique, in order to feature extraction of faulty signals on stator winding, Daubechies Discrete wavelet transform and Harmonics analysis(FFT) about faulty signals.
