  • 인터넷이 발전함에 따라 정보화의 역기능 현상들도 방대해지고 있으며, 그에 대한 피해도 증가하고 있다. 이러한 상황 속에서 정보통신 윤리교육은 학생 개개인의 정보통신 윤리의식 수준과 정보화 역기능의 진단 및 파악 없이 동일한 교육 내용으로 이루어져 있기 때문에 체계화된 정보통신 윤리교육이 이루어지지 않고 있으며, 학생들의 정보통신 윤리의식조차 불명확해지고 있다. 이는 정보화의 역 기능으로 인해 발생되는 문제를 미리 예방할 수 없으며, 그에 대한 대처도 어렵게 하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 학생들의 정보화 사회의 역기능인 인터넷 중독을 진단하고 하위 중독 범주들 간의 연관 관계를 데이터마이닝 기법으로 탐사하여 개인별 추출 결과에 따른 특성화된 정보 통신 윤리 교육 방법을 설계하고자 한다.

  • 오늘날 시대는 컴퓨터 기술과 정보통신기술의 발달로 유비쿼터스 시대와 맞물려 다양한 곳에서 정보통신기술이 활용되고 있으나 그와 더불어 많은 문제점들이 발생하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 정보통신윤리교육의 필요성을 강조하고 그동안의 교육 현장에서 학생들에게 일방적으로 주입하고 전달하던 교수-학습 형식을 벗어나 학생들이 흥미를 갖고 접근할 수 있도록 정보통신윤리 관련 UCC를 학생들이 직접 제작하여 교수-학습에 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제안하였다. 이를 통해 학생들 스스로 능동적이고 자발적으로 학습에 임하여 정보화의 역기능에 적극적으로 대처할 수 있는 태도를 견지하고 올바른 정보통신윤리 의식의 실천의지를 다지며 보다 심화된 정보통신윤리 의식을 함양시킬 수 있을 것이다.

Comparison of Internet Ethics between Gifted and General Students (영재학생과 일반학생의 인터넷 윤리의식 비교)

  • With the spread of smart phones, the Internet became a major 'space' of students' daily life and, at the same time, negative aspects of the internet are affecting their life. However, it doesn't seem that there is enough research on this subject. This study was conducted on 278 students in Gyeonggi. The results were as follows. First, gifted students' information and communication ethics index was higher than general students. Second, there was no statistically significant difference according to the gender of information and communication ethics index. Urban districts showed lower index in the upper grades than the lower grades. Third, about 10% of the students had experience of contact with harmful content, and about 1% of students had experienced cyber-wrongdoing. Through the results of this study, systematic education of IT ethics at the elementary school grade level can be expected to prevent school violence, improve information and communication culture, and serve as a future work ethic.

  • The purpose of this study is to propose ways of improving the education of information and communication ethics, which is greatly needed as technologies related to such information and communication are developed. For the purpose, this researcher examined the current status of such education for elementary school students and their parents and investigated dysfunctions of information and communication occurred even in the existence of the education. The researcher surveyed children who will lead future society and their parents in regard to their perceptions of information and communication ethics, and then proposed reduce of dysfunctions related to such information and communication and improving the education of the ethics at home and school.

  • 컴퓨터와 정보통신 기술의 급속한 발달은 우리생활 전반에 많은 변화를 가져왔다. 그러나 정보통신 기술은 순기능 못지않게 많은 역기능을 가지고 있다. 이러한 정보화 사회에서 정보통신기술을 활용하여 초등학교 고학년 학생들의 성인식 향상을 살펴보고 사이버 공간에서의 음란물이나 성 폭력물에 접속하는 것을 스스로 제어할 수 있는 의식 향상을 위해 성윤리 의식 실태를 조사하였다. 그 결과를 근거로 초등학교 학생들부터 인터넷을 통한 성윤리의식을 강조하는 교육이 이루어져야 하겠다.

  • In this paper, We analysis actual condition of education about information communication ethics in elementary school and survey negative side effects of information communication ethics, such as, the circulation of unsound information, game addiction, the misuse and overuse of information. we survey recognition level of information communication ethics on the teachers who responsibles the education of the elementary school students and make some suggestions to develope education of information communication ethics based on research results.

  • 우리가 살고 있는 시대는 정보화 사회이다. 앞으로 정보화 사회는 계속 될 것이다. 정보화 사회는 우리에게 많은 편리함을 가져다 주었다. 하지만 한편으로는 사회적으로 윤리적으로 많은 문제점을 안겨준 것도 사실이다. 이런 문제점은 초등학생에게도 많이 나타나고 있으며 그로 통하여 정보통신유리교육의 중요성이 증대하였다. 이러한 정보통신윤리교육이 잘 이루어지기 위해서는 교육계획의 기초가 되는 실태 파악이 잘 이루어져야 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 정보화 사회를 이끌어갈 초등학생들의 정보통신윤리의식의 실태를 설문지를 통한 조사와 분석으로 초등학생의 정보통신윤리의 기초자료를 제시하고자 하였다.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Student-centered Narrative Learning Program on Information ethics. Though, nowadays, the negative aspects of use of Computer and Internet have been rising as a big issue and there are remarkable concern about it, especially in school. There are still many difficulties to teach it to student due to the lack of adequate curriculum, contents and teaching method. In this study, we developed the Narrative learning program based on learners' experiences. The program involves course of discussion and exploration to seek for solution. The result of the study is that students could make a plan for practice and their Information ethic attitude was improved.

  • This is the development of educational content that provides online ethical education to adolescents. Internet oriented education content is not only limited by time and place, but also enables students to do self-motivated study. In addition, it is not unilateral education in which teachers only give lectures but also requires students to seek for information so that they can interact with teachers. Therefore, in this paper, we are going to observe the basic concept and principle of information communication ethnical education, educational contents and how to do self-motivated study to reveal the necessity of implementing educational content. This course of education is compared and analyzed to preceding studies on which online educational contents are established.

  • Information society, introduced by the rapid progress of computer technology and communication technology, has brought us the comfort and prosperity on every aspect of human life. However, the adverse and harmful effects of it, including the ethics problems, turn out to be serious. Concerning these problems, purpose of this study is set to investigate the actual state of ethics awareness on information and communication, since ethics awareness is required more urgently than ever in this era of technology. While adolescents, who will lead the future society, comprise the majority of internet usage population in our nation, they are exposed to the harmful and risky contents in the periods during which their world view would be established. Furthermore, the problems emerging in the progress towards information-oriented society are jeopardizing the dignity and inherent value of human being, therefore causing the serious moral chaos and social problems. In this paper, the awareness level of middle school students in Gwangju City has been investigated especially in the aspect of information and communication. Based on the results, it is revealed that the efforts of government, social organization, students' parents as well as the education circles are essential. Also the proposal for improvement on the awareness level has been presented.
