The Empirical Study of the Influence of Consumer Innovativeness, Product Involvement and Product Expertise on Vicarious and Adoptive Innovativeness (소비자의 내재적 혁신성과 제품에 대한 관여도와 전문적 지식이 정보탐색 혁신성과 수용 혁신성에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구)

  • Consumer innovativeness is a force that leads to innovative behavior of consumer and it is crucial for companies to understand the innovativeness in association with the new innovative product adoption. The purpose of this paper is to examines the influence of Consumer's inherent innovativeness, product involvement, and product expertise on consumers's vicarious and adoptive innovativeness. For this purpose, the model has been set and examined the influence of consumer innovativeness, product involvement and product expertise on vicarious and adoptive innovativeness. The results revealed that 1) consumer innovativeness would not influence vicarious and adoptive innovativeness, 2) vicarious innovativeness had affect on adoptive innovativeness 3) product involvement had a affect on both vicarious and adoptive innovativeness 4) product expertise had a affect on vicarious innovativeness and yet had no affect on adoptive innovativeness.

Study on the Performance of Information Search Process in term of Attributes of Apps in Appstore and Buyer's Innovativeness (앱스토어 구매자의 혁신성과 앱의 속성에 따른 정보탐색 성과에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, we conducted for information search process of users, who have experience to buy paid-application in Appstore, to find out difference of information searching efforts and information sources, reliance on the information in term of attributes of Apps and buyes' innovativenss. As a result, Innovative buyers take a effort to search various information source but they get help buying decision-making supports by own their efforts like searching in category. On the other hand, non-Innovative buyers who search informtion less than Innovative buyers, get information like recommendation from friend and Apps, then they keep those information help buying decision-making supports highly. Besides buyers of Utility Apps search on objective information sources mainly, but those sources have influence on buying decision-making supports. On the other side buyers of Enjoyment Apps consider reliance on the information more than information searching efforts to buying decision-making supports as they get information source like popularity. This research suggests operators of Appstore and app developers how to promote their Apps to users.

An Exploratory Study on Successful Factors of Entrepreneurial Marketing in Start-up (스타트업의 앙트레프레니얼 마케팅 성공요인에 관한 탐색적 연구)

  • This study conducted an exploratory study to derive the success factors of entrepreneurial marketing for startups. Through Delphi analysis, we derived the items of proactive orientation, risk management, innovation, opportunity driven, resource leveraging, customer intensity, value creation, price setting, marketing communication, channel management, product development, sales and marketing information management. The importance and execution of success factors were measured through IPA analysis. The first quadrant(keep up the good work) has proactive orientation, risk management, resource leveraging, customer intensity. The second quadrant(concentrate here) has innovation. The third quadrant(low priority) has channel management, sales, marketing information management. The fourth quadrant(possible overkill) has prices setting, product development. These results showed that the success factors of startup's entrepreneurial marketing were proactive orientation, risk management, innovation, opportunity driven, resource leveraging, customer intensity and value creation.

  • 본 연구는 1주기 전문대학혁신지원사업에 참여한 전문대학 중에서 주요 대학의 혁신 사업목표 및 프로그램의 주요 핵심어들을 분석하여 향후 혁신지원사업의 방향과 성관관리 방안을 도출하는 것이다. 2주기 혁신지원사업은 학령인구 급감과 사회변화에 대응하여 대학의 경쟁력을 추진하는데 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 1주기 전문대학혁신지원사업 자율협약형 전문대학들 중 50개 대학의 사업목표 및 프로그램의 핵심어 및 연결성 등을 분석하여 워드클라우드로 제시하였다. 본 연구자는 본 연구결과에 기초하여, 각종 정부재정지원 사업 계획서를 분석하여 그들간의 중복성과 연계성 등에 대한 후속 연구를 진행할 계획이다.

A Study on the Job Aptitudity of Fashion Salesperson (패션 판매원의 직무적합성에 관한 연구)

  • The importance of emotional factors like as product aesthetics, branding strategies and service quality is increasing in today's marketplace. At the point of fashion product purchases, emotional factor is mainly related to personal selling. Rasearches related to job aptitudity of fashion salesperson are necessary as their role becoming more serious. This study was designed (1) to determine factors of job aptitudity of fashion salesperson; and (2) to examine relations between job aptitudity of fashion salesperson and other variables: demographics, job statistics, fashion involvement fashion innovativeness, ongoing information searching and job satisfaction. As a result, job aptitudty of fashion salesperson was determined into six dimensions by factor analysis: product knowledge, professionalism, involvement to the present profession, marketing cooperator, customer orientation and self management. Marketing cooperator and product knowledge was relatively !ow compared to other aptitudity factors. This finding suggests that the special education programs including textile/fashion product knowledge and value of field information for fashion salesperson is needed to enhance the integrated fashion marketing. The job aptitudity of salesperson was correlated with fashion involvement, fashion innovativeness, ongoing information searching, and job satisfaction. The job aptitudity-related scales which showed significant relation to job aptitudity in this study could be used as the index to examine the job aptitudity of potential employees of fashion retail company.

  • 본 연구는 ICT 기술 중심의 연구개발조직에서 기술혁신의 인프라로서 전략기술로드맵(STRM)의 추진에 있어 주요한 성공요인을 고찰하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 전략기술로드맵의 개념과 특성을 밝히고 실제 기술개발조직에서 추진되어지는 프로세스와 실제 추진 성공요인을 조직역량이론을 중심으로 고찰하였다. 이러한 이론적 연구를 통하여 전략기술로드맵 추진성공에 영향을 미치는 주요 명제들을 도출하였다. 이를 통해 기술혁신을 추구하는 연구개발조직에서는 전략기술로드맵 성공을 위한 상위경영층의 지원, 핵심기술도출 및 로드맵 추진의 적절성 및 기술정보활용을 위한 조직내 역량을 강화시켜야 함을 고찰할 수 있었다. 전략기술로드맵(STRM) 추진시 성공을 위한 제반 조직적 요인을 고찰한 본 연구는 향후 기술역량의 지속적 탐색과 활용 및 기술혁신의 인프라로서 기술로드맵을 추진하려는 연구개발 조직에게 큰 함의를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

연구개발팀의 다양성이 팀 창의성에 미치는 영향 : 갈등과 변혁적 리더십의 역할

  • 최근 팀 다양성이 팀 창의성에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구가 주목을 받고 있으나 팀 다양성이 팀 창의성으로 발현되는 과정과 팀 다양성의 조건 하에서 팀 창의성이 촉진되는 조건에 대한 연구는 제한적으로 이뤄졌다. 국내 24개의 연구개발팀을 대상으로 조사한 결과, 팀 다양성, 특히 정보다양성이 팀 창의성에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것을 증명하였다. 또한, 팀 구성원간 갈등은 팀 다양성과 창의성 사이에서 유의한 매개효과를 발휘하지 못하는 것을 확인하였다. 변혁적 리더십은 정보다양성과 직무 갈등 사이에서 부(-)의 조절효과를 보였다. 예컨대, 변혁적 리더십이 강하면 정보다양성이 높은 팀일수록 직무 갈등이 낮게 나타났다. 저자는 팀 다양성과 창의성 사이에서 갈등의 조절효과를 증명하기 위해서는 특히 동양권 국가에서 보다 면밀한 측정 방법이 요구되며 팀 다양성이 주는 가치(value in diversity)를 높일 수 있는 잠재적 매개변수의 탐색이 필요하다고 제안하였다.

  • The new characteristic of Millennial High-Tech Media is breaking the existing standardized creative grammar. The destructive form of high-tech media is differently accommodated according to the consumer's tendency or characteristics. The purpose of this study is to explore guidelines for effective creative strategy creation of high-tech media. In consumer psychology, consumer innovation is a key factor in evaluating the creativeness of high-tech media. The results of finding out the effect of persuasive communication on consumer innovation and advertising creative type are as follows. Informative(image) creative type showed higher attitude toward advertisement, brand attitude, purchase intention, and prior intention to consumers with high innovation than consumers with low innovation.

  • The successful diffusion of innovation depends on an understanding of the consumer innovators, although they represent a small group of consumers. Researchers have studied the personalities of innovators to explain how these are associated with innovativeness. This paper examined the relationships of need for uniqueness, susceptibility to interpersonal influence, attention to social comparison information, and role-relaxed consumption to individual innovativeness. Data were collected from 319 students in Seoul. The results supported by large hypothesized relationships among these variables. Based on the results of the analysis, practical implications were discussed.

  • This study aims at providing the basis for improving the applicability of ERP system in those companies which plan to introduce it or those which already introduced, but were not able to achieve the intended effect. To this end, this study focused on the empirical study to find innovation acceptance factors effecting innovation diffusion of ERP system intensively and to search the best path of innovation diffusion. Thus, it was known that innovation characteristics factors, percieved ease of use, perceived usefulnessand implementation of ERP system affected innovation diffusion directly or indirectly and there was a significant path helping companies introduce information system successfully.
