The Causal Relationships among the Employee's Self-leadership, the Empowerment and Job Satisfaction in Social Welfare Facilities (사회복지 종사자들의 셀프리더십과 임파워먼트와 직무만족 간의 인과관계에 관한 연구)

  • This study concentrates on the exploratory study about self-leadership securing autonomy and self-determination of the job performance for the employees of social welfare facilities like that the members set the goal of their jobs and solve the problems by themselves without exterior one-way interruption and control. For this purpose, this study set up the analysis model and hypothesis that the efficiency of the members' job performance can be promoted since the increasing self-leadership(behavior-focused strategies, natural-reward strategies, contractive thought pattern strategies) of the employees of social welfare facilities has a positive effect on empowerment and job satisfaction. Therefore, this study has significance in the aspect that it provides political suggestion for promoting the efficiency of human resource management by investigating the relationship between self-leadership and empowerment and job satisfaction through empirical analysis.

Study on validity verification of Korean version of DELES and its relationship with perceived learning achievement and cyber education satisfaction (한국판 원격교육학습환경척도의 타당도 검증과 지각된 학업성취도 및 사이버교육만족도와의 관계 연구)

  • This study it to verify the validity of Korean version of DELES (distance education learning environment survey) and analyze its relationship with learning achievement and distance education satisfaction. The target population of this study is students of K cyber university and a total of 254 cases are used for the analysis. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis is applied to verify 6 factors of DELES and structural equation analysis is applied to examine the relationship between distance education learning environment and learning achievement and distance education satisfaction. The study result shows that DELES is composed of six factors such as instructor support, student interaction & collaboration, personal relevance, authentic learning, active learning and student autonomy and its model fits are appropriate. The result of structural equation analysis shows distance education learning environment significantly influences distance education satisfaction directly as well as indirectly mediated by learning achievement. Learning achievement also significantly influences distance education satisfaction. Conclusions and implications are followed.

  • This study analyzed the effect of education and training of small businessess on improving job satisfaction and job performance. The study results showed availability of training and sufficientness of practice hours affected job satisfaction, quality & availability of training and sufficientness of practice hours affected job responsiveness, information accessability of training, training place & facility and sufficientness of practice hours affected willingness to participate in training. Women and procuction worker had higher willingness to learn, yet who are in their 20s and continuously worked for 3-5 years had lower training satisfaction so it is recommended to improve it. This study provided implications for exploring effective factors to enhance company training performance and verified the effect.

  • In line with the increasing demand for domestic travel, Reality Travel Programs(hereinafter referred to as RTP) in which actors don't have the script in program are increasing. We explored the impact of RTP "Viewing Satisfaction" and "Revisit Intentions". Firstly, factors of "entertainment", "sympathy", "aesthetic", "information", "interaction" and "Indirect Experience" were confirmed. Secondly, common factors that have a positive impact on Dependent variables in RPT were "esthetics" and "IE". By empathizing with the beauty of the environment and actor's emotions, the RTP had a positive influence to "VS" and wanting to visit the area. Provided a theoretical basis by verifying that viewing motives for RTP have a positive impact on VS and RI.

  • The following research investigates core factors required for IT professionals to achieve and remain happy on their jobs through dynamic and structural CLD and suggests personal, organizational, and government level (happiness) promoting factors. Researcher adopted the system dynamics methodology which is qualitative research techniques pursue behavior probability by using CLD. It spotlights 6 CLD: job satisfaction, organizational commitment, positive sensitivity, negative sensitivity, amicable relationship, job sustainment intention, in addition to numerous factors that affect them from an integrative perspective. It differentiates itself from one-way relationship focused qualitative research to an advanced mutual and realistic perspective exploratory research.

  • Given a model and a property, model checking determines whether the model satisfies the property. In case the model does not satisfy the property model checking gives a counterexample which explains where the violation occurs. Since counterexamples are useful for model debugging as well as model understanding, counterexample generation is one of the indispensable components in the model checking tool. This paper presents efficient counterexample generation techniques when a safety property is falsified. These techniques are used to solve Push Push games which consist of 50 games. As a result, all the games are solved with the proposed techniques. However, with the original NuSMV, 42 games are solved but 8 failed. In addition, we obtain $86{\%}$ time improvement and $62{\%}$ space improvement compared to the original NuSMV in solving the game.

  • 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅은 사용자의 개입을 최소화하고 상황과 사용자의 목표에 적합한 서비스를 자율적으로 제공하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 이전 연구에서는 유비쿼터스 환경 내의 서비스들을 체계적으로 기술하고 구조화함으로써 사용자의 목표 달성을 위해 필요한 서비스를 동적으로 탐색할 수 있도록 유비쿼터스 서비스 온톨로지를 제안한 바 있다. 하지만 상황을 만족시키는 서비스들이 다중으로 존재할 때 후보 서비스들 중에서 최적의 서비스와 실행 기기를 결정하기 위한 방법을 제시하지는 못하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 최근 국내외적으로 이슈가 되고 있는 유비쿼터스 홈에서의 에너지 관리에 초점을 맞추어 상황과 에너지 절약뿐만 아니라 사용자의 만족도까지 복합적으로 고려할 수 있는 서비스/기기 선택을 위한 정책 온톨로지를 제안한다. 정책 기반의 서비스 온톨로지를 통해 유비쿼터스 홈에서의 자율적인 에너지 관리 서비스가 가능해질 것이다.

An exploration of relationship between mobile learning system quality and learning flow and satisfaction (모바일러닝 시스템 품질과 학습몰입 및 만족도 간의 관계 탐색)

  • This study analyzed the effects on system quality, learning commitment, and satisfaction in a mobile environment. A survey was conducted on 192 students enrolled in K University, and the research results are as follows. first, it was found that usefulness had an effect on learning commitment, but connectivity and reliability did not affect learning commitment. second, it was found that the usefulness and connectivity of the system quality had a significant effect on the satisfaction of use. third, the intermediary effect of learning immersion was verified as the connectivity, reliability, and usefulness of the system quality influence the satisfaction of use. connectivity and reliability had no mediating effect of learning commitment, and usefulness was found to play a partial mediating role in affecting user satisfaction. This study is meaningful in that it can provide a plan for improving the quality management of mobile learning and improving the learning effect by analyzing the effects on mobile learning from multiple perspectives.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 성인학습자 교과과정 '융합형' 교수법을 통해 학습자 특성에 맞는 수업방법을 적용하고 개선방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 교수법을 효율적으로 달성하기 위해 4차에 걸쳐 진행되었다. 1차 '융합형' 교수법 적용 탐색, 2차 교수법 적용 지도법 논의, 3차 교수법 적용 및 보완, 4차 학습자 만족도 조사 및 분석 체계로 이루어졌으며, '융합형' 교수법 적용으로 아동(보육) 관련 교과목, 청소년 관련 교과목 위주의 공통 융합지도(하브루타 교수법, PBL 교수법)가 담당교수 별로 이루어졌다. 연구결과 첫째, '융합형 교수법'의 이론적 근거를 마련하여야 한다. 둘째, 현장연계 교과목 수업에 연계(아동, 청소년) 관련 기관과의 협력이 필요하다. 셋째, 학습자 전체가 참여할 수 있는 (토론회, 공청회) 등 프로그램 개발이 필요하다. 넷째, 다양한 자료, 기술, 기법을 통해 학습자의 동기유발이 필요하다.

대학생의 창업교육이 창업준비행동에 미치는 영향: 계획된 우연기술에 의한 기회인식의 조절된 매개효과

  • 대학생의 대부분은 진로에 대한 명확한 목표가 설정되지 않거나 졸업 후 진로 미결정으로 인해 어려움을 느낀다. 대학 생활 중 진로의 선택과 결정, 결정을 위해 정보를 수집하고 탐색하는 활동들은 매우 중요하며 대학에서는 진로를 '창업' 으로 결정한 학생들을 위해 다양한 창업교육 프로그램을 제공하고 있다. 정부의 적극적인 지원으로 창업교육은 양적 성장을 하였지만 실제 창업까지는 한계가 있다. 창업을 하기 위한 적극적 창업준비행동으로 이루어질 수 있는 창업교육의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구는 대학생의 창업교육이 창업준비행동에 미치는 영향 관계를 분석하고 두 영향 관계에서 계획된 우연기술에 의한 기회인식의 매개적 효과를 조사·연구하고자 한다. 이를 위해 대학에서 지원하는 창업교육의 참여 형태, 교육 만족도, 참여횟수 등 창업교육의 실태를 파악하고 창업을 하기 위한 정보수집활동과 도구구비활동 및 목표달성을 위한 적극적 노력 등 창업준비행동을 분석한다. 본 연구를 통해 개인적 관점에서 '창업교육' 이라는 우연한 행동을 기회로 인식하고 창업준비에 긍정적으로 활용할 수 있도록 체계화된 창업교육의 필요성을 시사하며 대학의 취업만을 강조하는 교육 패러다임을 변화할 수 있는 창업교육의 질적 성장의 중요성을 제시하고자 한다.
