The digital library operated in the environment of computer-mediated-communication offered new successful alternative plans for the field and communication methods of the information services that have been provided by the traditional library and this causes the traditional library to move to the new paradigm. In this situation, the information services of the digital library raised the necessity for the communication channels that would cope actively on the spot and for the extention of information services that would supply an unspecified number of the general public with a considerable extention of information services that neglect time and space. This study looked into the communication channels in general for interactions between the digital library and the users in the environment of computer-mediated-communication and observed patterns of communication chennels that the digital library could supply. For the development of the communication model in the digital library, the study presented the communication model for effective information services.

CMC환경에서 운영되는 디지털도서관(DL)은 전통적인 도서관(TL)의 정보서비스 확장이나 새로운 서비스 공간으로서의 독창적인 기능을 수행하고 있다. 이러한 정보제공 환경의 변화에 따른 패러다임 이동은 DL환경의 정보서비스가 불특정 다수 이용자들에게 시공간을 초월한 즉시적이고 능동적인 상호작용 커뮤니케이션 장치의 설치를 가능하게 해 주었다. 본 연구는 DL환경에서 최종이용자의 피드백과 정보요구를 적시에 적절하고 효율적으로 처리할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 모형을 개발하고, 상호작용적인 커뮤니케이션 채널의 운영 활성화 방안을 제시하였다.

Examine the communication between user and librarian in the digital reference services and discuss the limitations and possibilities in the quality of reference interview. Along with a comparison of traditional vs. electronic reference interview, 26 digital reference services in academic libraries were investigated. Some strategies were suggested to improve the quality of user-librarian communication in the process of accessing the service, of question negotiation and of responding to the questions.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of organizational communication satisfaction of teacher librarians on the informational and educational service and to draw implications for improvement of the school libraries' educational role. According to the results of the analysis, teacher librarians have preferred informal communication by conversation and face-to-face talk with superiors or co-workers and horizontal communication during their performance. Characteristics of teacher librarians, such as career, gender and school levels, have influential effect on user education, libraryassisted instruction, reading and information literacy instruction. The more teacher librarians felt satisfaction of the informal communication, the more textbook-related reference lists are offered. Horizontal communication have a positive influence on information literacy instruction. However, teacher librarians should utilize cooperative statements, committees and councils and actively participate in those horizontal communication methods to share the vision and aims of school libraries with the larger school community. Teacher librarians also should put more efforts into developing their leadership role and marketing strategies in order to overcome the weaknesses of informal communication.

유비쿼터스 환경에서는 어떤 기기나 사물에 센서와 같은 컴퓨팅이 가능한 기기를 집어넣어 언제, 어디서든 커뮤니케이션이 가능하게 한다. 이러한 기기나 사물간의 커뮤니케이션은 시맨틱 웹의 의미적 연관성을 이용하여 해결할 수 있다. 컴퓨터가 이해할 수 있는 의미적 연결을 하기 위해서는 온톨로지와 같은 시맨틱 웹 환경요소를 이용하여 정보자원들 간의 의미적 연결이 필요하다. 이틀 위해서 본 논문에서는 시맨틱 웹의 의미적 연관성을 이용하여 유비쿼터스 환경에서 컴퓨터가 스스로 정보자원들의 의미를 이해하고 동작할 수 있는 다중 에이전트 커뮤니케이션 구조를 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 다중 에이전트 커뮤니케이션 구조는 에이전트들이 웹 온톨로지 언어를 기반으로 표현된 정보자원들 간의 연관성을 기반으로 자원의 의미론 이해하고. 기계들 사이에 커뮤니케이션이 가능하게 한다.

The internet has the capabilities of supporting and facilitating several forms of consumer interaction including one-to-one, one to many, or many-to-many interactions. Especially, previous studies revealed that the Online Word-of-Mouth communication is widely used as a source of customer's information seeking and purchase decision making. Even with this importance of the Online Word-of-Mouth communication on internet, few research has systematically addressed the issue. This study investigates the effect of interpersonal communication on consumers' information search activities and develops a model that depicts the key antecedents and mediating variables of interpersonal communication in internet shopping environment. The results are as follows: First, choice uncertainty, perceived risk, and knowledge uncertainty play an important role for perceived usefulness. Second, perceived usefulness has directly affected interactive communication of consumers' communication style. Thus, it is essential for internet companies to find ways to encourage their customers to engage in word-of-mouth communication.

의사와 환자의 관계에서 제도적 조건의 차이로 인한 대화 주도권의 불균형이 발생하고, 환자의 인식이 변화됨에 따라 의사와 환자간의 커뮤니케이션이 원활하게 이루어지지 않는 점이 문제가 되고 있다. 최근 의학 전문대학원 과정이 시작되면서 의학교육 프로그램이 통합 개선됨에 따라 인문사회 의학적 측면의 교육이 강조되기 시작하였고, 의료커뮤니케이션을 위한 교육적 필요성이 커졌다. 그러나 국내에서 시작단계에 불과한 의료커뮤니케이션의 교육은 그 내용과 방법론에서 체계성과 전문성이 부족한 상태이다. 이런 문제를 해결하기 위하여 의학분야에서는 의료커뮤니케이션 교육 과목과 정보통신기술을 활용한 교육도구를 개발을 목표로 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 의료커뮤니케이션 교육에 사용되는 강의자료를 체계화하고, 체계화된 자료들을 이용하여 강의형태를 구성하여 강의흐름을 쉽게 파악할 수 있는 교육도구를 개발하여 의료커뮤니케이션 교육 강의에 대한 질과 효율을 높인다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of the risk communication of the food service industry on consumers' psychological response and attitude. The result is as follows. First, as for the relation between risk communication and information reliance, when the recognition of risk communication stability gets higher, information reliance rose; when the recognition of risk gets higher, information reliance rose with higher recognition of morality. Second, as for the relation between risk communication and risk recognition, when the recognition of risk communication stability gets higher, risk recognition rose; when the recognition of risk gets higher, risk recognition rose with higher recognition of environment and the information reliance rose with higher recognition of morality. Third, as for the relation between the information reliance of risk communication and risk recognition, when the information reliance of risk communication gets higher, risk recognition rose.
