본 연구는 세 부분으로 구성되어 있다. 첫 부분에서는 문헌을 통해서 어린이를 위한 독서지도의 필요성과 어린이들이 지니고 있는 독서흥미 그리고 그에 따른 지도 방안을 고찰해보았다. 둘째 부분에서는 우리나라 공공도서관에서 이루어지고 있는 어린이를 위한 독서지도 현황을 설문조사 및 면담법을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 셋째 부분에서는 이상의 분석결과를 토대로 어린이 독서회에서 적용할 수 있는 독서지도 프로그램을 작성해 보았다.

At these day, owing to functional limitations and cost issues, used image map in web service have a problem which can not make exactly meet the user needs. This study aims to create an individual map for user suitable purposes using HTML5 technology that implement the vector map creation and its functions with services. The results of this study, the invisible problems of the tilting and rotation functions in image-based map utilizing the existing web environment were solved in HTML5 vector map. And to access the map information, by implementing the function of expressing the background and name data to selectively derive, various results were expressed in the map. Also, as a result of a comparison of performance the time required was measured at 0.88sec which comes in the range of the first loading time between 0.78sec and 7.56sec in a commercial map service, which showed the possibility of its commercialization. compared to 180GB of image maps for the production of a national map index system, the volume to produce a vector map was 2.5GB, a decrease by over 90%, which solved the issue of costs for a storage space. As a result, this study of HTML5 vector map design and implementation presented a plan for providing information suitable for the requirements of the users who use spatial information through utilizing a variety of information and expanding functions.

지리정보시스템(Geographic Information System)분야에서 사회 기반 시설에 대한 요구가 증대되고, 시설물을 관리하기 위한 지리정보 데이터 베이스 구축이 필요하며, 데이터베이스 구축을 위해서는 지도 정보를 필요로 한다. 본 논문에서는 지도 정보를 자동으로 분석하여 등고선과 숫자, 기호를 추출해 내는 알고리즘에 대해 연구하였다. 지도상의 숫자, 기호를 추출하고 효율적으로 분류하기 위해 불필요한 자료를 제거하고 필요한 정보를 추출한 후 손상된 부분을 복원하는 방법과 필요한 정보만을 추출한 후 손상된 부분을 복원하는 방법을 제안하고 결과를 비교하였다. 이렇게 추출한 정보가 의미를 갖는 단위(기호, 숫자)들로 분류되도록 라벨링 방법과 무게 중심을 이용한 물체 추출 방법을 적용하여 숫자 기호들을 자동으로 분류하였으며, 여러 지역의 지형도를 입력하여 모의실험을 통해 제안한 알고리즘의 효율성을 증명하였다.

The comversion of printed maps into computerixed data bases is an enormous rask. Thus the autmaotion of the conversion process is essential. Efficient computer representation of printed maps and line drawings depends on codes assigened to chracaters, symbools, and vestor representation of the graphics. In many cases, maps ard constructed in a number of layers, where each layer is printed in a distinct color, and it represents a subste of the map infromation. In order to properly repressnet road information from color map images, an automatic road extraction algorithm is proposed. Road image is separated from graghics by color segmentation, and then restored by the proposed concurrent conditional dilation operation. The internal and external noise of the road image is eliminated by opening and closing operation. By thining and vectorizing line segments, the desited road information is extracted.

지리정보시스템에서 사용되는 지도는 사용되는 목적과 활용 분야에 따라 다양한 종류가 있다. 본 논문은 지리정보 시스템을 위한 여러 가지 종류의 지도 중 관광안내 지도를 자동화된 방법으로 생성하는 방법에 관한 논문이다. 이를 위하여 지형도로부터 노선도와 레이블, 아이콘정보 등을 추출하고 분석하여 시각화하였으며, 시각화한 정보들을 편리하게 표현할 수 있는 알고리즘들을 연구하였다. 이때 발생하는 레이블과 아이콘의 중첩을 랜덤화된 재배치 알고리즘을 통하여 개선하였다.

In this paper, we examined how to utilize QR codes for meeting the information demand and making better use of the paper map. By Decision Tree Analysis, we investigated whether to have any intention to use the paper map with QR codes for receiving more information and what decision variables affect the answers. Thus, we also surveyed the area of providing information and sectoral demand for deriving additional information demand to being provided through QR codes. In the results of our study, we confirmed that the decision variables, to make any intention to use the paper map with QR code, are the frequency of using the paper, the experience of using the paper map, the intention to buy the paper map, the experience of using QR codes and the experience of buying the paper map. In these variables, the frequency of using the paper map is a major factor to decide whether it is intended to use the paper map with QR codes. we also identified that there are various additional information demand using the paper map with QR codes in the area of 'Daily life', 'Real estate', 'Education', 'Travel and Leisure', and 'Entertainment'. Especially additional information demand is high in the area of 'Travel and Leisure'. These results could be used to find a way how to vitalize the usage of paper map by introduction of QR codes and how to develop QR codes for the paper map and concerning applications.

Since most information is readily available these days, the shear volume of the information simply overwhelms people, rather than helping them as a form of useful knowledge. Thus, the quantity of information someone owns doesn't possess much significance. The possibility to well-utilize the quality information is much more important these days. Electronic culture map service is being provided these days to introduce various cultural information to people around the world. But its service is limited to 'visualization, collection, and integration of the data.' Which means, electronic culture maps are no more than a simple data collector. The main purpose of this thesis is to develop a new kind of knowledge/information service method which overcomes these shortcomings. To achieve this goal, at first, the thesis will take a close look at the characteristics and functions of Chosunjock culture maps, and then, it will clarify the definition of data, information, knowledge of cultural resources. And secondly, nd thirdly, the thesis will look up the Wayfinding contents, User Experience Design, User Context, and Organic design for knowledge/information service. And lastly, the thesis will develop the knowledge/information service, specifically based on Chosunjock cultural resources.

For the effective use of spatial data, it is necessary to translate the diverse digital map data (here, digital map for car navigation system) into common GIS data structure(here, ARC/INFO). For this purpose, analysis on the structure of the established digital map was fulfilled, the data model for effective translation tool was designed. As a result, the possibility to translate diverse digital map structures (database) into GIS tools and to share them, with the users' point of view, was successfully verified.

문장의 의미를 잘 임베딩하는 문장 인코더를 만들기 위해 비지도 학습과 지도 학습 기반의 여러 방법이 연구되고 있다. 지도 학습 방식은 충분한 양의 정답을 구축하는데 어려움이 있다는 한계가 있다. 반면 지금까지의 비지도 학습은 단일 형식의 말뭉치에 한정해서 입력된 현재 문장의 다음 문장을 생성 또는 예측하는 형식으로 문제를 정의하였다. 본 논문에서는 위키피디아, 뉴스, 지식 백과 등 문서 형태의 말뭉치에 더해 지식인이나 검색 클릭 로그와 같은 구성이 다양한 이종의 대량 말뭉치를 활용하는 자기 지도 학습 방법을 제안한다. 각 형태의 말뭉치에 적합한 자기 지도 학습 문제를 설계하고 학습한 경우 KorSTS 데이셋의 비지도 모델 성능 평가에서 기준 모델 대비 7점 가량의 성능 향상이 있었다.

새정부 들어 주택의 안정적 공급을 위한 대책을 내놓고 있으나, 주택 수요 공급과 관련된 통계 및 정보의 종합적 관리 체계 미흡으로 주택수급상황을 파악하여 주택수급에 대처하는 주택하위 시장별 대응정보가 미비한 실정이다. 이에 따라 수급상황을 분석 및 제공하기 위한 정보시스템을 구축 "주택 수요"가 있는 곳에 "주택을 공급"하는 정책지원체계가 요구되고 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 행정생활권, 광역교통망, 주택사업위치, 공공 민간 사업지구 등의 GIS정보 기반에 주택 수요 공급 통계 및 정보를 분석하여 정책지원 및 대국민 서비스를 하는 정보체계인 주택수급지도(Housing Demand and Supply Mapping Model)의 구축방안을 제시하였다. 연구에서는 주택수급에 필요한 수요현황 및 예측 등 "주택수요정보"에 기초하여 주택건설, 공급, 재고 등의 "주택공급정보"를 분석하여 주택수급지도에 대한 기본설계 방안을 도출하였다. 향후 주택수급지도를 활용하여 주택수급상황을 한눈에 파악하고, 주택수요를 고려한 수요자별 맞춤형 주택공급정책을 수립할 수 있도록 지원함으로써, 지역별, 주택 규모별, 주택유형별, 인구계층별 주택수급 예측에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
