뉴스기사를 구성하는 NOD데이터는 VOD(Video on Demand) 데이터와는 달리 미디어의 종류 및 크기, 시간적인 접근 지역성, 사용자와 상호 작용성 등의 차이점을 가질 뿐만 아니라 새로운 뉴스기사가 수시로 생성되고 사용자가 인기도가 높은 기사와 최신의 뉴스기사에 더 많이 접근하는 특성을 가진다. 본 논문에서는 현재 서비스중인 전자신문의 로그파일을 분석하여 NOD 뉴스기사의 인기도가 Zipf분포와 다름을 보이고, 뉴스기사의 생명주기Lifr Cycle)에 따른 접근 확률분포 제시한다. NOD 데이터의 접근 편기성으로 인하여 데이터 캐싱을 통한 NOD 서버의 성능 향상을 기대할 수 있으나 뉴스기사의 생명주기가 짧고 접근시간대별로 사용자 접근형태가 변하는 등의 이유로 단순히 인기도만 고려한 캐싱은 빈번한 데이터 재배치 문제로 인해 높은 캐시 관리비용을 야기한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 뉴스 기사의 접근 편기성에 나타나는 인기도(popularity)와 생명주기를 조합한 척도를 제안하고 이를 이용한 재배치를 제안한다.

In recent years, the efforts for standards of Web contents accessibility and the improvements of Web accessibility are expanded in the government, enterprises, and public institutions. In this paper, we examine the Korean Web contents accessibility guidelines, and propose the evaluation scheme for the education homepage by the Web accessibility guidelines using KADO-WAH program which is the evaluation tool for Web accessibility. Also, we propose the improvement scheme for education homepage by modifying the error and warning clauses directed in which are appeared in the evaluation report. And, we evaluate the various education homepages using KADO-WAH, and analyze the comparisons for the Web accessibility guidelines among the education homepages.

본 논문에서는 워크플로우 기술과 기업과 정부의 다양한 조직 체계를 반영하고 워크플로우의 현실적/효율적 운영관리 및 정보 보안을 위해 적합한 접근제어 모델인 역할기반 접근제어(RBAC : Role Based Access Control)를 이용한 워크플로우 보안 기술에 관하여 제안하였다. RBAC 기반 워크플로우 보안 기술은 워크플로우 시스템에 다양한 접근제어 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 서버/클라이언트 모델을 기반으로 하고 있으며, 이러한 워크플로우와 역할기반 접근제어 기술을 접목한 워크플로우 보안 기술은 기업 업무의 효율성을 증대 시키고 정보 보안 분야에 있어 정보 보안성 증대 및 정보보안정책을 구현하는데 유연성을 제공하는 새로운 기술로서의 역할을 수행한다.

웹 접근성이란 장애인, 저사양의 컴퓨터 사용자, 저속 회선 사용자, 노인 등 웹을 사용하는 사용자가 신체적 환경적 요인에 관계없이 웹에 접근하여 이용할 수 있도록 보장하는 것이다. 웹 표준은 표준화기구에서 승인한 개방형 인터넷 표준으로서, 웹 표준의 준수는 기기와 독립적이어서 웹 접근성을 향상시키기 위한 최소한의 선결조건이 된다. 본 논문에서는 얼마나 많은 사이트들이 차세대 웹 표준으로 제안되고 있는 HTML5로 구축되어져 있는가에 대하여 방송통신위원회에서 지정한 국내 주요 100대 사이트와 랭키닷컴(www.rankey.com)의 접속자 수가 많은 국내 100대 사이트들에 대하여 알아보고, 이 웹사이트들에 대하여 웹 접근성 평가를 실시하여 봄으로써 HTML5로 구축되어진 국내 웹사이트들에 대한 웹 접근성 실태에 대하여 알아보았다.

Because the web sites are in common today, the access to the web for disabled people and old aging people, what we call accessibility, becomes more important. Even though efforts to reduce the informational gap resulted from the lack of the accessibility have been carried out, the studies in this field in Korea are not still in popular. In this study, previous research on the measurements for the accessibility is reviewed and then a new model measuring accessibility is suggested. To increase the validity of the measurement, both an automated tool and a manual test are employed. First we used the 'A-Prompt', one of the popular automated validation tools and analyzed web sources, and applied manual tests by HPR Screen Reader. With the error rates calculated, the accessibility of the government web sites between Korea and the United States was compared and finally the conclusions were drawn.

This paper reports the results of the analysis on the access points of two bibliographic databases specialized in children's materials: "A" public library's online catalog and "N" children's novel database. The analysis particularly focused on the access points that lead users to discover their own needs and on the ways users search and navigate. The findings showed that the selected bibliographic systems supported many access points that were taken from the materials as well as from other relevant information sources and that browsing and navigating with hyperlinks supported the users' 'recognition' of information through 'interactivity' between the users and the systems, 'information encountering,' and 'serendipity.' The findings of this paper have implications for librarians and systems designers who want to develop user-friendly bibliographic systems that give access to children's materials.

일리노이 공대의 Gaia 프로젝트는 유비쿼터스 환경에서 컨텍스트 정보를 기반으로 사용자를 인증하고 어플리케이션에 대한 사용자의 접근 제어를 하는 Cerberus라는 프레임워크를 제안하였다. 그러나 Cerberus는 사용자의 식별 정보를 통해 접근 제어를 함으로써 생기는 문제점과 어플리케이션이 사용자의 접근 제어에 직접적으로 영향을 주는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 Cerberus의 문제점을 개선한 새로운 프레임워크를 제안한다. 이 프레임워크는RBAC(Role Based Access Control) 기반의 접근 제어 정책을 통한 안전성 항상 뿐만 아니라 어플리케이션에 대한 직접적인 접근 제어 봉쇄를 통해 정책 관리에 대한 일관성을 제공한다.

인터넷 상의 정보에 접근하기 위해서는 IP나 URL등의 주소체계를 이용하는데, 많은 프로토콜들이 기본적으로 사이트의 접근에 초점이 맞추어져 있으며, 사이트 내 콘텐츠는 그 다음 단계에서 접근된다. URL이 너무 주소개념에 치우쳐 있어, 접근의 지속성(persistency)의 문제가 제기되어, URN의 개념이 나왔으나, 기본적으로 물리적인 수준의 정보통신을 목적으로 하였음으로 최종 이용자입장의 인터페이스는 약하다는 단점이 있다. 콘텐츠의 직접 접근을 위한 URN의 단점 을 극복하고 기존의 국제화도메인 (Internationalized Domain Name)시스템의 일반화된 형태의 콘텐츠도메인 서비스 네트워크 모델에 대해서 설명한다.

The library is a social institution that should ensure all users' information access rights. In this study, the concept of universal design is analyzed as a theoretical basis that library Websites should be accessed equitably by all kinds of users, and an evaluation criteria is developed based on the principles of universal design. The Websites of 7 regional central libraries are evaluated with suggested criteria and the ratio of compliance of universal Web design is measured. In the result, the most of the Websites are showed not only high performances on the area of (1) Web accessibility and (2) usability, but low performances on the area of (1) equitable use and (2) flexibility in use.

정보와 환경의 급속한 발전에도 불구하고 고령자, 장애인 등은 웹 서비스를 포함한 보편적 서비스를 받지 못하고 소외되고 있다. 본 연구는 최근 활발하게 이루어지고 있는 공공 및 사설 교육 사이트의 E-Learning이 웹 접근성 표준 평가 항목인 '한국형 웹 콘텐츠 접근성 지침'(Korea Web Contents Accessibility Guide 1.0)을 준수 여부를 웹 접근성 평가도구를 사용하여 측정 및 분석하고, 정보격차의 해소를 위한 방향을 제시하였다.
