웹상에서 제공되는 영상정보 자원의 양이 급증하고 이용자들의 문화적인 수요가 높아진 것에 비해 영상정보를 포괄적으로 기술할 수 있는 체계적인 서지기술은 부족한 실정이다. 기존의 영상정보 기술 메타데이터 요소로는 이용자가 탐색하고자 하는 정보자원을 적절하게 검색하거나 혹은 검색된 자원 중에서 서로 연관성이 있는 정보를 그룹화하여 보여주는 것이 불가능하다[1]. 따라서 영상정보 자원이 지니는 다양한 수준과 다양한 측면의 특성을 표현해 내기 위해 국내에서 제안된 영상정보 분야의 새로운 메타데이터 표준이 제시되었다. 본 논문에서는 제안된 영상정보 분야의 메타데이터를 기반으로 하는 영화 Context 검색 엔진을 개발하였고, 이에 따라 추후에 적절한 정보자원의 검색과 연관성 있는 정보의 그룹화로의 확장을 가능하게 할 것이다.

본 논문은 그리드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 필요한 서비스 및 자원 정보를 OGSA(Open Grid Services Architecture) 기반하에 P2P(Peer-to-Peer) 메커니즘을 이용하여 제공하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 기존의 집중화된 그리드 정보 서비스의 구조와는 달리 자원 및 서비스에 대한 정보를 VO(Virtual Organization) 단위의 분산된 형태로 유지하고, VO 정보를 공유함으로써 그리드 정보 서비스들 간의 전역적인 정보 공유가 가능해진다. 본 논문에서는 VO 정보 공유를 가능하게 하는 VO Finder 서비스를 설계하고 구현한다. 그리드 환경을 이용하는 사용자는 VO 정보 공유를 통해 전역적인 서비스 및 자원 정보를 모두 제공받음으로써 OGSA 환경하에서 필요한 서비스 및 자원을 선택하여 이용할 수 있다.

In this study we made a try to define the concept of national information resources in science and technology fields and analyzed the current status through the comprehensive examination. And more detailed current status are investigated about building database for each type of national information resources and distribution through Internet services. To the end we described the problems and suggested the considerations for the future.

그리드 환경은 수많은 컴퓨팅 자원을 활용하는 시스템으로 자원에 대한 정보가 필요하다. 자원 정보 검색을 위해서는 모니터링이 전체 자원에서 일어나야 하므로 이에 따른 오버헤드가 예상된다. 본 논문에서는 모니터링의 오버헤드를 줄이면서도 효율적으로 정확하게 자원 정보를 수집 할 수 있는 모니터링 기술을 구현하였다. 여기서 제안된 모니터링 기술은 시스템 성능에 따라 자동적으로 모니터링 주기를 조절하게 된다. 이를 통해 모니터링에 의한 오버헤드가 줄었음을 측정 결과를 통해 보일 것이다.

Using information mapping methodology we will discover which of the multitude of information sources, services and systems used by corporation are actually resources and which are less important, redundant, or unnecessary. The discovery process of information resources will illuminate problems and opportunities related corporation's strengths and weeknesses in information quality, accessibility, performance, use, and effectiveness.

정보기술(IT)의 발전과 더불어 정보시스템이 조직의 업무환경 개선, 생산성 향상, 업무의 효율성 및 효과성을 제고함에 따라 그 규모가 방대해지고 복잡해지고 있는 실정이다. IT 기술력이 업체의 생존과 시장 경쟁우위와 밀접한 관계를 갖으면서 이를 뒷받침하는 정보화 자원도 복잡해지고 다양해짐으로써 정보화 자원간의 상호 운영성, 통합관리체계, 시너지 효과 등이 중요한 사안으로 부각되어 지고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 EA를 기반으로 기관에서의 정보화자원을 효과적으로 체계적으로 통합 관리할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The goal of this study is to build the system of investigating and analysing the status quo of the HANGEUL publications, and management of the HANGEUL information resources in China, Kazakhstan and Uzebekistan of the Central Asia, and Russia. Documents analysis, direct observation and interviews were used as research methods. The result of this paper consists of as follows: 1)distributing the HANGEUL information resources produced and collected by the Korean in China, Central Asia and Russia 2)presenting status of the organs of information resources management 3)documenting classification of China and Russia 4) constructing system of the information resources management.

본 연구에서는 21세기 주된 화두의 하나인 테크노경영을 통한 국방자원 운영혁신 전략을 제시한다. 테크노경영이란 기존의 경영개념에 첨단 기술 지식을 접목시켜 새로운 형태로 발전된 최신 학문분야이다. 이러한 테크노경영이 주목받는 이유는 21세기의 강대국 개념이 군사력과 경제력이 아닌 기술력에 크게 의존할 것으로 예상되기 때문이다. 따라서 국가와 기업의 경영에 이제는 정보기술이 반드시 접목되어야 한다는 추세에 부응하여 본 연구에서는 정보기술(IT)에 기초한 테크노경영을 이용한 국방자원 운영혁신 방안을 군의 핵심자원 요소인 인력자원, 군수자원, 지식자원으로 구분하여 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 날로 첨단화 되어가고 있는 무기체계 및 국방정보전력체계를 보다 효율적으로 운영하는데 실질적으로 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to identify how to construct roles and services appling advanced information resources management to improve usage and utilization in corporation that is affected by changing information and competition environment. 기존의 분산 환경은 단순히 네트워크로 연결된 제한된 컴퓨팅 자원을 활용하는 기술이다. 그러나 자원에 대한 집중적인 관리가 이루어지지 않아 계산 집중적인 분산 컴퓨팅 환경에는 적합하지 않다. 분산 자인들을 효과적으로 이용하여 저렴한 비용으로 사용자가 요구하는 최적의 성능을 발휘할 수 있도록 환경을 구축하기 위해서는 자원의 집중적인 관리가 요구된다. 변경되기 쉬운 많은 분산 자원들을 관리하기 위해서는 자원에 대한 세부적인 사항을 기술한 메타정보들을 효과적으로 저장, 관리 등을 할 수 있는 정보 시스템이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 분산 컴퓨팅 환경을 위한 자원의 위치나 상태정보 등 자원의 메타 정보를 효과적으로 저장하고 관리하는 메타정보 시스템의 전반적인 구조와 이와 관련된 서비스와의 관계를 고려하여 구현한 메타 정보 시스템을 소개한다.
