정보화 역기능 현상에 대한 근본적인 대처 방안은 사용자의 정보 윤리적 관점에서 다각적으로 침해 사고에 대해 예측하고 평가하여 정보화 사회가 인간 중심의 바람직한 사회가 될 수 있도록 건전한 윤리 의식을 확립하는 것이다. 하지만, 현재의 정보통신윤리교육은 교육 목표와 내용에 있어서 균형성을 상실하여, 역기능 측면에만 치우치고, 학습자인 학생에게 자율적으로 선택하여 행동할 수 있는 능력을 키워주기보다는 일방적으로 설정된 내용을 전수하는 학습 형태를 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 정보통신윤리교육에 대한 자기주도적 학습 방법을 웹 기반에서 적용될 수 있는 학습 콘텐츠 모형을 구현한다. 이를 위해 웹 콘텐츠를 이용하여 학습자 스스로가 개별 학습을 수행할 수 있고, 학습내용에 대한 보충 심화 반복 등의 자기주도적인 학습이 가능하도록 설계하였다.

The Information-Oriented Society that we live in today has given lots of conveniences whereas it has serve problems and even is becoming social problems. These problems can have much worse influence to the little children who are immature. This research developed the new teaching-learning programs that can improve the learner's information communication ethical with theme-based integrated learning by analyzing present information communication curriculums. In addition, we apply the teaching-learning programs to the elementary school and analyzed the effects. As the result of this study, It is appeared that theme-based integrated learning for information communication ethical education gives good effects on information communication ethics improvement.

To prevent problems such as portrait rights, copyright, and cyber violence, an ethics education STEAM projects using deepfake apps using AI technology were developed and applied. The Deepfake apps were screened, and the contents of the elementary school curriculum were reconstructed. The STEAM project as creative experiential activities was mainly operated by the UCC activities, and applied the info-ethics awareness measurement test based on the planned behavior theory. The social STEAM project as money (financial) education was qualitatively analyzed. It was found that this STEAM classes using AI technology app significantly enhances the ethical awareness of information communication.

Ethical Issues increase when people engage in smart technological systems such as 5G, IoT, Cloud computing services and AI applications. Range of this research is comparison of various literacy concepts and its ethical issues in considering of 5G features and UX. 86 research papers and reports which have been published within the recent 5 years (2017-2022), relating the research subject, are investigated and analyzed. Two results show that various literacies can be grouped into four areas and that some of common issues among those areas as well as unique issues of each area are identified. Based on the literature analysis, an Operational Definition of Ethics-Literacy is presented and the model of ethics-literacy curriculum supporting ethical behavior of 5G information professionals is developed and suggested.

The goal of the education of Information Communication Ethics(ICE) is to improve the consciousness of young people so that they themselves are able to judge between what's ethically right and wrong and, as a result, to take the right behavior. For this, we need to preferentially identify the primary factors in understanding and diagnosing the consciousness level of young people on the ICE. To solve this problem, in this study, we identified four major indices that consist of the ICE consciousness through the meta analysis of the both domestic and international researches from the past 5 years in the related area and then, they are validated by experts. We also analyzed the factors in assessing the ICE consciousness of young people by using the Delphi technique, which, during its analysis, even considers elements that are qualitative or cannot be objectified, through the help of an expert group that consists of experienced teachers and professors in the related area. As a result we deduced 4 major indices and 45 related factors.

Although Internet provides a lot of convenience such as easy accessibility, interactivity, concurrency, openness, subsequent dysfunction causes serious problems. Especially elementary school students are indiscriminately exposed to the problems, and thus information communication ethics education is needed for the students. This study conducted a survey with randomly selected 5th and 6th graders in Chungbuk area, and analyzed 'students' experience and perception related to information dysfunction' and 'their experience and perception related to information & communication ethics education at school'. In addition, for the detailed understanding of students' current status and accompanying instructional approach, an additional analysis was conducted to examine the existence of the difference according to students' gender and grade. As a result, significant differences were found according to students' gender and grade in their experience and perception related to the information dysfunction and information & communication ethics education. Considering such differences according to students' gender and grade, appropriate instructional approach needs to be prepared to satisfy students' needs for more effective information & communication ethics education.

The most adolescents have become themselves perpetrators and victims unknowingly about variety illegal behaviors of the Information Ethics(IE) in the Information-oriented society. To solve the problem, in this paper, we developed the IE Behavior Prediction model through various social psychology theories. And then, we analyzed the relationship between the factors influencing about the adolescents's behavioral intention to perform the Information Ethics by using regression analysis. As a result, 'Attitudes toward the behavior', 'Subjective norms', 'Perceived behavior control', and 'Past behavior' about behavioral intention of the Information Ethics have performed positively. And also they have statically significant. Especially, 'Attitudes toward the behavior' gave the larger effect than the other 3 factors about the Information Ethics Behavior. This result would provide the useful guideline to develop the educational resources, counsel materials, and test items for Information Ethics Behavior.

The internet which is fast spread over all areas of our lives provides us with benefits of efficiency, productivity, and amusement; however, its features as an anonymous and non-face-to-face medium have raised a serious social issue of the collapse of internet ethics due to the abuse of it. Thereupon, the importance of internet ethics education has been highlighted to prevent side effects resulted from the internet and cultivate human-centered internet culture. In this paper, we suggests desirable methods for internet ethics education based on the investigation and analysis of the status of university freshmen's internet ethics. This research conducted a survey and analyzed its result after categorizing the status of internet ethics into the invasion of private information, invasion of intellectual property rights, harmful information, internet communication culture, cyber violence, internet addiction, and internet fraud. And based on the result of analyzing their internet ethics, this paper suggests desirable methods for internet ethics education. Next, internet ethics education was conducted by applying the proposed methods for internet ethics education, and its educational effect was evaluated. According to the result of verifying the educational effect measured statistically, it has proved that the suggested internet ethics education is effective to improve undergraduates' internet ethics.

In order to solve the problems of the information society and the reverse function of chatting, there is a growing need of seeking out approachable educational methods. Therefore, we need to offer that addresses these issues ethical education from elementary school years where the creation of sound personality and its course may be hurt unless otherwise. Yet, there is no detailed curriculum for chatting education which is one of the detailed education areas. Also, how to offer and utilize the chatting education has never been mentioned. Moreover, only reverse function of information-driven changes have been emphasized whereas their desirable functions and information ethical principles have been simply neglected. The paper presents the effectiveness for improvement the school chatting education.

As the social and technical circumstance changes rapidly, passive learners who were knowledge-finders not only remember and regenerate about the given information but also critically grasp the phenomena of real life, and then also it became necessary for us to help cultivate the ability to solve the problem creatively in the new form of educational goal, educational content, educational methods and evaluation, educational environment. As a result, this study analyzes the smart learning education, fit the model of smart learning education training in high school information ethics parts, design the lesson that is proposal class of 'Information protection and Security' section, and develop the teaching and experience educational contents, furthermore, It is to investigate the impact on the ethics consciousness about information communications.
