This paper deals with the method which can apply spatial-data warehouses into the spatial data infrastructure in the view of clearinghouse. First, we classify the type of available data warehouses in the consider with patterns and properties of spatial data infrastructure. Then we suggest strategies for building and expanding data warehouses into various organizations. After considering all the factors, we suppose how the national spatial data warehouse come into being.

본 연구는 여성문제 연구자들의 정보이용현황과 정보요구를 조사, 분석하고 정보의 체계적 유통을 위하여 관련기관과의 정보네트워크 구축 방안을 모색해 봄으로써 이용자 요구에 근거한 여성정보시스템 구축을 위한 기초자료를 마련하기 위한 것이다.

With the rapid improvement of the internet and information technology, digital contents containing knowledge and information resource is circulated through the internet. A circulation system based on a standardized identifier is required to share this kind of information, generated from seminars and workshops conducted in the area of science and technology and saved in the form of digital video contents. The main objective of this study is on constructing an information circulation system based on the KOI identifier to effectively share the digital video contents produced from seminars and workshops related to the area of science and technology. Furthermore, the overview and status of a standardized identifier, and the functional aspects of the system such as the methods to apply the KOI identification system on the subject and its slides of digital video contents, a digital video contents management system, a centralized identifier management system, and the methods applied for the search of digital video metadata have been suggested to support construction of the information circulation system.

최근 급속히 증가하고 있는 Digital Content의 생성과 활용으로 인해 인터넷 기반의 Digital Content 유통이 활성화 되고 있다. 하지만 URL의 한계와 Content의 불법복제 및 무단변형과 같은 역기능이 나타남으로써 양질의 콘텐트 생산 유통이 저해되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 URN 기반의 DOI 식별체계와 Digital Content 보호를 위한 PKI 기반의 공개키 알고리즘, 그리고 콘텐트 제공자의 저작권을 보호하기 위한 Digital Watermarking과 DRM기술을 접목한 강인한 Digital Content 유통모델을 제안하고자 한다.

미국을 비롯한 GIS 선진국에서는 GIS 데이타베이스를 사회기반시설(National Spatial Data Infrastructure)로 간주하였으며 Internet을 통한 공간정보의 유통을 이미 계획 추진하고 있다. 본 연구는 외국의 공간정보유통체계에 대한 사례연구를 바탕으로 우리나라 국가 GIS 데이타베이스(Things : 실체)가 구축 후의 효율적인 활용을 위해 어떠한 유통과정(Process : 흐름)이 있어야 될 것인가를 살펴본다. 여기서는 제도적으로 공간정보유통이 가장 활발한 미국과 기술적인 방법으로 공간정보유통을 추진하는 카나다의 사례를 중심으로 우리나라의 현황을 비추어 보고자 한다.

With the growing realization that the GIS data management becomes important more than ever, a great deal of the spatial data is being digitalized through various GIS projects, such as NGIS project. However, the integrated search and analysis for GIS data are highly constrained by the databases being heterogeneous and distributed among organizations. This paper is to introduce the system developed to solve the problem of interoperability in the heterogeneous and distributed databases environment. The system architecture is presented which is composed of spatial data servers, nodes, and a gateway. Also, the paper provides the implementation details of the client application to access and analyze the distributed and heterogeneous spatial data with the standardized interface. Finally, based on the technical architecture, the korea spatial data infrastructure is explained.

급속히 발전하는 환경 변화에 따라 정보유통의 필요성이 과거 어느 때보다 강조되고 있다. 과학기술분야의 다양성, 전문성, 세분화, 심층화로 인하여 과학기술정보는 기하급수적으로 생산된다. 그러나 이용자들이 정작 필요로 하는 양질의 정보를 신속하게 입수하기란 더욱 어려워진 실정이다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 국가 차원의 종합적인 정보관리와 체계적인 정보유통체제 구축에 대한 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 정보유통사업은 아나로그정보와 디지털정보의 체계적인 수집, 가공, 처리, 서비스를 유기적으로 시스템화하고 끈김없는 원스톱 서비스를 구현하는 것이 중요한 과제이다. 인터넷을 비롯한 정보통신 및 정보기술의 발달로 정보서비스 채널이 다양화전문화되고 있으므로 이들을 통합관리하여 고객을 중심으로 한 고객지향적인 과학기술정보 포털서비스체제 구축 또한 필요하다.

각 부처에서 관리되고 있는 국가R&D정보는 범부처 공동활용을 위하여 국가과학기술지식정보서비스(NTIS) 체계를 통하여 유통된다. 그러나 부처별 연구관리전문기관에서 NTIS로의 단방향성 R&D정보 유통체계로 인하여 부처별 전문기관에서 관리되는 R&D정보와 NTIS에서 관리되는 R&D정보간 데이터 불일치 문제가 발생한다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 국가R&D정보의 관리현황 및 문제점을 분석하고, NTIS와 부처간 국가R&D정보의 동기화를 위한 국가R&D정보 유통체계 개선 프로세스를 제안한다.

우리 나라는 3차년도에 걸쳐 전자해도 및 수치해도를 구축하였고, 1999년도까지 우리 나라 전역에 대하여 전자해도 및 수치해도의 구축이 완료될 예정이다. 따라서, 지금까지는 데이터를 구축하는 단계였다면 이제는 데이터를 어떻게 효율적으로 관리하고, 원활하게 공급할 것인가를 고민해야한다. 현재까지 사용되어 오던 기존의 종이해도와는 전혀 다른 형태의 새로운 생산품인 전자해도는 근본적으로는 선박의 안전항해와 해난사고 예방에 초점을 두어 개발되었으나 해양정보의 공간정보화라는 측면에서 해양환경 보호 그리고 효과적인 해양행정 관리 둥 해양관련 분야에서 다양한 활용이 예상된다. 따라서 기존의 종이해도와 전혀 다른 데이터베이스 형태의 전자해도 데이터를 공급하는데 있어 기술적으로나 경제적으로 거대한 시장에 적합하고 데이터를 공급하고 사용하는 동안 그리고 전자해도 데이터를 이용한 또 다른 상품을 제작할 때 상업적 측면에서나 안전성 측면에서 데이터의 정확성과 안전성을 확보할 수 있는 공급 체계를 채택하여 이 데이터의 수요자들이 보다 좋은 품질의 공간정보와 다양한 공간정보 상품을 서비스 받을 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 디지털화된 저작물인 전자해도의 유통체계를 확립하는데 있어 국내 저작권법과 컴퓨터프로그램보호법을 기준으로 데이터의 유통에 대한 국제 상거래 관념을 비교 분석하고 외국의 전자해도 유통 사례를 비교 분석함으로써 우리 나라에 적합한 전자해도 공급체계를 제안하고자 한다.
