This paper studies the effect of content information quality of u-tourism information system on flow theory and satisfaction. The purpose of the research is to generate and propose flow-related information to satisfy tourists with content information quality. The meaning of this paper is to derive success factors for verifying satisfaction of content information quality to tourists, establish hypotheses as research models, and evaluate verification. The differentiation of this study is the design implementation of u-fusion tourism information system by combining flow relation information with flow theory. The contribution of this paper is the generation of flow related information and the elicitation of success factors of contents quality of u-tourism information system. The advantage is that tourists can be patterned by symbolization and the pattern can be illustrated. The limitations of this paper are limited to small areas, and the lack of objectivity is required and future tasks are needed to compensate for them.

Recently, a market size for IT outsourcing has grown. As internet technology has been developed for accessing information resources, information systems have become internet-based, which is called an ASP(Application Service Provider); evaluating the performance for ASP becomes important. Therefore, this paper attempts to investigate the salient characteristics of ASP. An ASP success model is proposed based on information systems success models found in the literature. Our model is tested through a survey from 291 small companies. LISREL is used to demonstrate the suitability of our model, and the success factors for ASP are also investigated. Our result is likely to help provide useful guidelines for the successful ASP implementations.

Today there is a fierce competition between social commerce and multi-channel distribution in korea and it is need to do comparative analysis about success factors between social commerce and multi-channel distribution. Unlike the other studies that have only used survey method, this study analyzed the success factors between social commerce and multichannel distribution using text mining techniques. We expect that the result of the study not only gives the practical implication for making the competition strategy of the retailers but also contributes to the diverse extension research.

End-User Computing(EUC) is a rapidly growing phenomenon in organizations As EUC gets to be a major segment of information systems, it becomes more important to manage EUC effectively. This paper focuses on developing an integrative framework of EUC management in the contingent perspective. The characterstic of task for which EUC is implemented was considered as a contingent variable. Based on systematic review of previous research on success factors of EUC implementation, three generic variables for EUC management were identified theoretically, which were support, promotion and control. The contingent relationships between these three EUC management variables and EUC performance were reasoned and four hypotheses concerning these relationships were derived. A field study was undertaken to test the hypotheses. Data were collected from 83 End-Users belonging to Korean business organizations. Correlation analyses and Fisher's Z tests were employed to test the hypotheses. The results supported the hypotheses for the most part and gave implications and future research directions for the management for EUC.

홍수예경보는 강우로 인하여 발생되는 홍수의 규모와 시간을 가능한 한 정확하고 빨리 예측하여 홍수에 대비할 수 있도록 유관기관 및 지역주민에게 사전에 홍수에 관한 정보 즉 예측되는 수위와 시간을 제공함으로써 홍수로부터의 피해를 최소화하는 것이다. 이와 같은 목적을 성공적으로 완수하기 위해서는 홍수시 급변하는 하천유량에 영향을 미치는 모든 수문학적 기상학적 자료를 신속 정확하게 수집할 수 있는 관측 시스템의 구축 뿐 아니라 이들 수집된 자료를 이용하여 실시간 홍수추적을 할 수 있는 효율적인 유출량 계산모형이 조화를 이룰 때 가능하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 중 소하천에서 홍수예경보를 위한 지능형 U-River 시스템의 실시간 모니터링 기술을 조사하고 하천수위를 이용한 예측시스템에 대해 연구하였다. 기존의 홍수예경보의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 간단한 입력자료만으로 홍수예측이 가능한 인공지능 기반의 신경망 모형을 이용 하였으며, 예측 모형의 효율성과 적용성을 높이기 위해 유사한 수문 사상을 가지는 상 하류간 입력 자료를 동시에 사용하였다. 또한 하천수위를 이용한 모델의 수행은 각 지점별 훈련성과를 토대로 최적의 은닉층 노드수를 선발하여 실시간 수위예측에 활용하였으며 수치적 기준을 적용하여 실측 수위와 모형에 의해 예측된 수위를 이용하여 평가하였다.

Amid the unprecedented situation of COVID-19 around the world, online education has established itself as an essential element in the era of zero contact and the importance of various content and changes of the system that are appropriate for the era of the 4^th industrial revolution has increased. Although universities are making their efforts to combine ICT technologies and design and achieve new systems, the recognition and atmosphere for establishing the cloud computing system are falling short. The purpose of this research importance of success factors of "Building a cloud computing system of cyber university in Korea" by classifying the work characteristics and scale, and to derive and analyze the importance cloud rankings considering the organization and individual dimension. Therefore, this study has drawn 14 major factors in the previous researches and models through the survey on experts with knowledge related to the cloud computing. The analysis was conducted to see what differences there are in factors for the successful establishment of the cloud computing system using AHP. It is expected that the factors for success presented through this study would be used as systemic strategies and tools for the purpose of drawing factors for the success of establishing the private cloud computing system for the higher education institutions and public information systems.

최근 고객관계 중시와 내부 프로세스 혁신의 대 명제 하에 경영 패러다임이 급속히 변화하고 있는데, 인터넷과 네트워크를 기반으로 하고 있는 최근의 비즈니스와 경쟁전략에 대한 연구는 대부분 새로운 비즈니스 창출이라는 측면에서 지나치게 온라인 기업들에 초점이 맞추어져 있다. 그러한 점에서 본 연구의 주된 목적은 고객만족과 내부 프로세스 최적화라는 품질경영의 핵심원천을 지원하기 위하여 IT와 결합된 전자적 품질경영기법의 구성요소를 제시하고 주요성공요인을 파악하여, eCRM과 관련된 학술적 연구자료를 제공하고 기업의 입장에서 보다 효과적인 의사결정의 기반을 제시하고자 하는 것이다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위해 e-비즈니스 내부활동, 업무성과, 경영성과, 그리고 상황요인으로서의 비즈니스 특성 및 정보관리 인프라간의 관계에 관한 연구모형 및 가설을 설정하여 분석하고자 한다. 연구모형의 분석을 통해 업무성과 향상을 위한 전자적 고객관리 활동에서 정보시스템 기능성과의 상호작용효과를 확인한 점은 본 연구에서 중요한 시사점인 동시에 기여점으로 작용하였다고 할 수 있다.

The advent of information communication technology or the Fourth Industrial Revolution facilitated the fusion of equipment and management systems, such as Manufacturing Execution System, Enterprise Resource Planning, and Product Lifecycle Management, in the successful implementation of smart factories. The government supports the early adoption of these systems in small and medium companies to enhance their global competitiveness in producing products that can be recognized in a dramatically changing manufacturing environment. This study introduces smart factories to improve company competitiveness and address influences from the government assistance, CEO leadership, external consultancy, and organizational participation. We analyzed 101 results received from the questionnaires circulated to small- and medium-sized manufacturing companies. Given a successful smart factory implementation, company competitiveness is the factor that mostly influences organizational participation, government assistance, external consultancy, and CEO leadership. This study suggests several perspectives to implement a smart factory, which is the most important aspect of company competitiveness.

The purpose of this study is to investigate factors influencing continuous usage intention of mobile learning and suggest practical strategies to enhance learners' continuous usage intention of mobile learning. In this study, we hypothesized that system quality, information quality, service quality and personal innovativeness have a positive effect on effort expectancy and performance expectancy, which ultimately have a positive effect on continuous usage intention. In order to examine structural relationship among variables, we surveyed 279 students who took courses at W Cyber University in 2013 fall semester. After collecting data, we examined causal relationship among variables using Structural Equation Modeling. The results of this study are as follows: First, system quality and personal innovativeness significantly affect effort expectancy. Second, information quality, service quality and personal innovativeness significantly affect performance expectancy. Last of all, effort expectancy and performance expectancy significantly affect continuous usage intention of mobile learning.
