From the mid 1990's, the scale of IS had been growing, which resulted in increasing number of failure projects. As a result, the measurement of IS performance was a growing concern. Moreover, the need for research on the relation between IT investment and performance that isfd the concern of CEOs has been raised. In this study, the correlation between the IS functionality and investment was discovered based on the IS success model suggested by DeLone & McLean(1992), a business information system evaluation model by Lee Kuk Hie(1992), a balanced score card by Kaplan & Norton(1992). As a result of the LISREL analysis, the investment in the IS has a positive impact on the quality of both information systems and information. In turn, the quality of both information systems and information have a positive impact on the end-user satisfaction, the end-user satisfaction on the financial performance, customer satisfaction, and internal business processes. This study showed that sufficient investment in IS improved business performance

Purpose The mail goal of this study is to find out factors influencing users' satisfaction of public application with the emphasis of service quality of public web and public value. For this purpose, we applied IS success model to develop the research model that explains users's satisfaction and public performance. Design/methodology/approach The proposed research model was developed based on IS success model along with two moderating effects - Service Quality of Public Web and Public Value in order to empirically test proposed causal relationships withing the model. A total of 377 survey responses were analyzed by forming the structural equation modeling with AMOS 24.0. Findings The analysis results show that the service, information, and system quality from IS success model are positively associated with user satisfaction, which in turn is positively associated with public app performance. The results also show that the relationship between user satisfaction and public app performance is positively moderated by public value. However, the relationship between public app service quality and user satisfaction isn't moderated by public web service quality.

최근 소프트웨어 업계의 화두로 등장하고 있는 정보기술은 오픈소스 소프트웨어(Open Source Software: OSS)이다. 하지만, 사용자의 많은 관심에도 불구하고 지금까지 오픈소스 소프트웨어에 대한 연구는 정성적이거나, 탐색적인 연구로 한정되었다. 사용자 관점에서 왜 오픈소스 소프트웨어에 만족하고, 나아가 지속적으로 이 기술을 사용 하는지에 대한 실증적 연구는 아주 미미하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 오픈소스 소프트웨어의 성공모델을 제안하는 대신 사용자의 만족에 그치지 않고 지속적인 사용으로 이끄는 영향요소에 대해 실증적으로 증명하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 Oliver(1980)의 기대불일치이론 (Expectation Disconfirmation Theory: EDT)을 근거로 한 Bhattacherjee(2001)의 정보시스템 수용 후 행동 모델을 연구모형의 기초로 소프트웨어 특성(사용용이성, 유지보수성, 호환성, 맞춤화, 상호 작용성)의 영향을 제안하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 개인 및 기업의 오픈소스 소프트웨어 활성화를 촉진시키는데 기여하는데 그 의의가 있다.

The change of management paradigm is that information technology change according to technology evolution at present is applied to corporate management, is that management level must be adapted to uncertainty management environment with activity and be made decision based on analyzed real time information through information system. This produces the effective target achievement and efficiency business productivity guarantee. At the present day, importation of business intelligence like enterprise information system has been the essential factor in business activities. Therefore, It is very important to give lessons the enterprises for building the business intelligence selecting the major success factors of more influence to managing results. In this paper, to authorize the research model and research constructions through theory study of literatures and surveying statics analysis prove the relational influences among the influencing factors related business intelligence system buliding.

Hydrological models are tools intended to realistically represent the basin's complex system in which hydrological characteristics result from a number of physical, vegetative, climatic, and anthropomorphic factors. Spatially distributed hydrological models were first developed in the 1960s, Remote sensing(RS) data and Geographical Information System(GIS) play a rapidly increasing role in the field of hydrology and water resources development. Although very few remotely sensed data can applied in hydrology, such information is of great. One of the greatest advantage of using RS data for hydrological modeling and monitoring is its ability to generate information in spatial and temporal domain, which is very crucial for successful model analysis, prediction and validation. In this paper, SLURP model is selected as semi-distributed hydrological model and MODIS Leaf Area Index(LAI), Normalized Difference Vegetation Index(NDVI) as Remote sensing input data to hydrological modeling of Kyung An-chen basin. The outlet of the Kyung An stage site was simulated, We evaluated two RS data, based on ability of SLURP model to simulate daily streamflows, and How the two RS data influence the sensitivity of simulated Evapotranspiration.

The purpose of this study is to provide successive online community operational model in response to the world wide open access movement which supports the broadest possible access to published research and other scholarly writings. This study is divided into four areas in a large. First, this study reviewed general community, online community and open access movement. Second, wellknown online scholarly community, i.e., KISTI Society, BRIC, DSpace were analyzed precisely focusing on the administrative and functional factors to find key to success. Third, based on the above two studies, major functions of community services were identified. For this work, community service functions and participation will were asked to the researchers registered in Korea Research Foundation. According to the results of the above works, this study presents the important functions of online community services as follows: management function of research results, posting function of issue reports, and provision function of integrated information on research proposal should be provided preferentially to researchers aged 30s and 40s.

A significant body of information systems research is concerned with user participation as a means to improve user satisfaction within systems development. In spite of the many studies in this area, findings are not consistent or cumulative. One of the reasons for this is not to be considered the type of systems. Most research are focusing on traditional system development under the mainframe environment instead of under end-user based environment like web-based information system or ERP. End-user based environment requires user's strong initiatives in the system development life cycle. It means the user\`s simple participation is not enough and user-led-development is more appropriate for the system success. This paper can call this new concept is end-user joint work which means user has to participate in the system development as a co-developer. This paper investigates how the end-user joint work contributes end-user satisfaction and two variables in particular-job complexity and technical competence-moderate the outcomes of end-user joint work Analysis of 112 independent systems development projects indicated that end-user joint work has a direct relationship with end-user satisfaction. In addition, the two variables were found to moderate key roles on this relationship. That is, the strength of this relationship depended on the level of these factors.

To date the major business investments have been made in CRM continuously, even though many executives realized the return expected from the investment in expensive cutting-edge IT components for CRM system. However, researcher have not clearly answer the role and effects of CRM systems. The research is designed to identify the CRM system's chain-reaction effects, to investigate the relationships between factors identified, and to provide the roles and effects of CRM system in strategic perspectives. The findings illustrate that the improved information capability and enhanced competitive advantages encouraged by the CRM system implementation may lead strategic performances improvement, and finally financial performance improvements.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to empirically verify an ePortfolio success model which shows the structural causal relationships among the basic modeling constructs. We developed the success model based on DeLone and Mclean(2003) from IS perspective and on Balaban et al(2013) from ePortfolio perspective. And we are focused on the success of ePortfolio system designed for college students and professors. Design/methodology/approach Structural equation modeling techniques were applied to data collected 375 users of the ePortfolio system, K-Folio, at least one semester during one academic year. The structural model was analyzed using a Lisrel 8.54 statistical program. Findings The followings are the findings of the study. First, the constructs of IS success model are well applied to ePortfolio for college education. Second, the proposed model which has direct causal relationships from ePortfolio's quality to performance is more significant than the D&M and Balaban's model(2013). Third, the information quality among ePortfolio quality constructs does not have effect on system usability and performance. It means that information contents' quality issued by professor or system manager is not satisfied with the students yet. Finally, by using indirect analysis of structural equation model, we found that the ePortfolio operation manager should focus on ensuring system maintenance activities and providing fast and accurate services for improving ePortfolio performance.

Process models are concerned with determining the key phases in the adoption process. therefore, process approaches strive to analyze the key steps or decisions in understanding how the innovation is successfully adopted. Objective in this study was to complement variance procedures with a process evaluation. Following are the major findings of this research. First, simply acquiring a new system does not automatically guarantee its successful adoption throughout the local government Second, problems with the adoption of a new technology is often based on human and organizational issues rather than on technical concerns.
