중국 중소기업들은 기업 경영에서 아웃소싱을 광범위하게 활용하고 있다. 이에 따라 아웃소싱을 위한 정보 수집 및 활용 역량은 기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 매우 중요한 역량으로 작용할 수 있다. 특히, 글로벌 시장에서 이러한 정보 역량은 기업의 수출 경쟁력을 제고하고, 지속가능한 성과 향상의 핵심 역량으로 작용할 수 있디. 이에 본 연구에서는 중국 중소기업의 이러한 아웃소싱 전략을 개방형 혁신 전략의 프레임워크에서 논의하고, 중국 중소기업의 정보수집 및 활용 능력이 기업들이 추진하는 제품 차별화나 원가우위 전략에 미치는 영향을 실증분석 하였다. 또한, 이러한 정보 역량들이 궁극적으로 기업의 최종적인 성과로서 수출성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 검증하였다. 이를 위하여 설문조사를 통해 중국 중소기업 345개사의 응답을 확보하였고, 구조방정식모형(SEM)을 통해 실증분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 중국 중소기업들의 정보수집 및 활용 역량은 각각 제품차별화 전략과 원가우위전략의 실행에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이를 통해 최종적으로 기업의 수출성과 역시 향상되는 것을 규명하였다.

향후 변화될 해양 4차 산업시대에 대응하고 상호 정보 공유를 위해 외부 시스템과 연계할 수 있는 기반환경 마련이 필요한 바 관제센터에서 수집되는 정보를 활용하기 위해서는 관제정보 관리 및 공유 체계가 필요하다. 하지만 정보의 보존 기간이 짧고 접근에 제약이 많아 기술개발에 활용될 관제 정보의 빅데이터화가 어렵다. 또한 정보를 관제 센터 내 독립적으로 보관하고 있어 연구 개발 목적의 접근이 쉽지 않다. 본 연구에서는 민간 클라우드를 활용한 관제 정보 관리 및 공유 체계 방안을 살펴보았다.

본 연구는 광범위한 공간에서(공공장소에서) 불특정 사용자를 대상으로 가능한 정보수집 방법을 제시하고, 수집된 정보의 활용 방안을 제안하기 위해 진행되었다. 연구 내용은 첫번째, 서비스 환경 변화로 인해 공공 디스플레이 서비스 개발요소 도출을 위해 연구사례 및 문헌을 통해 공공장소에서 활용 가능한 사용자 정보수집 기법을 선정하고 고찰한다. 두번째, 선정된 기법을 서비스 개발에 적용하기 위한 정보 수집시 고려해야 하는 특성 및 속성 변수를 정의하고, 이를 중심으로 공공디스플레이 서비스 개발을 위한 사용자 정보 수집 방법을 제안 하였다. 네번째 제안된 방법을 활용하여 서비스 내용과 방법(제공/조작방식).

본 논문은 지문, 홍채, 얼굴 및 서명 이미지를 수집하고, 이를 기 수집된 생체정보들과 비교 분석하여 고유한 개인 정보를 생성함으로써, 회원 및 직원 등 소규모 단위뿐만 아니라, 국가 단위의 주민 정보에도 활용 가능한 생체정보 수집 시스템의 설계 및 구현에 관한 것이다. 제안 시스템은 개인정보 수집기, 생체정보 수집기(지문수집기, 홍채수집기, 얼굴수집기 및 서명 수집기), 생체정보 검증기(지문검증기, 홍채검증기)와 생체정보 관리기로 구성되어 있으며, 웹페이지 형태의 개인정보 수집기에서 Java로 구현된 생체정보 수집기의 호출 및 데이터 송수신을 위해, 최근 기술적 추세에 맞추어 자바애플릿 형태가 아닌 브라우저 플러그인 형태의 데이터 연동모듈을 구현하였다.

This study analyzed the statistics contents in elementary mathematics textbooks in terms of an information-processing capacity, which is one of the math competencies emphasized by the 2015 revised mathematics curriculum. The findings of this study showed that the activities of 'summarizing and analyzing data or information' far outnumbered 'collecting data or information', 'interpreting and utilizing information', and 'using technological instruments or manipulative materials'. Lessons of collecting data or information were mostly present in the textbooks of lower grade-levels, where the range of data collection was narrow, and lacked adequate exploration of data collecting methods. Some lessons on utilizing information were not based on the interpretation of data, and using technological instruments or manipulative materials was merely introduced in teachers' manual and hardly introduced in the actual textbooks. Based on these findings, this study sought to suggest implications regarding the development of statistics contents in elementary mathematics textbooks in a manner to improve students' information processing capabilities.

This study aims to provide the efficient sharing and utilization method of disasters scattered by each institution and develop automated collection algorithm using web crawler for disaster information in deep web accounts. To achieve these goals, this study analyzes the logical structure of the deep web and develops algorithms to collect the information. With the proposed automatic algorithm, it is expected that disaster management will be helped by sharing and utilizing disaster safety information.

교통체계서비스는 안전한 교통 환경을 구축하는 것을 목표로 하여 차량, 도로, 기반 시설의 정보를 수집 및 처리하여 안전 교통정보를 제공한다. 교통체계서비스가 수집하는 차량 운행정보는 교통 안전 정보 외에도 다른 분야에서도 활용될 수 있으며 특히 다른 데이터와 결합하는 것으로 다양한 결과를 도출할 수 있어 연구, 통계 작성 등에 필요한 자료이다. 그러나 차량의 운행정보는 운전자의 개인정보를 포함하고 있어 운행정보 활용 시 가명화 및 가명결합이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 가명화된 운행정보를 가명결합하는데 발생하는 문제점을 설명하고 이러한 문제를 해결한 가명결합 방안을 연구하였다. 그 결과 교통체계서비스가 수집한 운행정보를 다른 기관의 데이터와 결합하여 활용할 수 있게 하여 개인정보를 보호하면서 데이터의 유용성을 활용하는데 기여할 것으로 예상한다.

대부분의 최신 마이크로 프로세서에서 사용 가능한 하드웨어 퍼포먼스 카운터는 시스템과 어플리케이션의 상태를 모니터링, 분석 및 최적화하는 다양한 용도로 폭넓게 사용되고 있다. 적은 오버헤드로 시스템의 가장 기본적인 정보를 수집할 수 있기 때문에 다양한 분야에서 활용이 가능하다. 이러한 퍼포먼스 카운터는 리눅스에 내장되어 있는 퍼프 이벤트를 통하여 수집 할 수 있는데 클러스터 시스템에서는 단일 노드에서와는 다른 방법을 사용하여 이벤트를 수집해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 클러스터 시스템에서 하드웨어 퍼포먼스 카운터를 수집하는 방법과 오버헤드에 대하여 연구하여 카운터의 활용을 지원하고자 한다.

U-City law was enacted U-City construction to support efficiently. But U-City planning system is not set. And detailed instructions are not also available. In particular, U-City data is not available and specific plans and instructions. Therefore, in this research, "U-City Law" by the state and local governments need to establish in the U-City Comprehensive Plan and the U-City master plan to be included in U-City data management was presented matters. U-City comprehensive plan provides the direction of the U-City master plan. Detailed action task are (1) U-City data management standards for the establishment of cooperation and sharing (2) Establishment of U-City data processing and activation (3) U-City data distribution system infrastructure (4) Establishment of data quality and price. U-City master plan is based on the U-City comprehensive plan. And U-City master plan for the data managements are (1) U-City data on the production plan (2) U-City data on the collection plan (3) U-City data on the processing plan (4) U-City data on the activation plan (5) U-City data on the distribution plan.
