SK텔레콤은 급변하는 이동통신시장 환경의 변화에 적절히 대응하기 위하여 지난 10여 년간 사용해 온 메인프레임 기반의 COIS 시스템을 중단하고 Unix 기반의 NGM 시스템으로 다운사이징하기로 결정하였다. 2002 년 9 월 SK 텔레콤은 차세대 IT 인프라 혁신 전략 프로젝트를 완료하고 이에 근거하여 2003 년 말 1 단계 프로젝트를 추진하게 된다. 그러나 개발 툴의 문제점, Governance 의 확보 실패 등 문제점이 계속 누적되어 2005년에 접어들어서는 총체적 난국 상황에 봉착하게 되었다. 2005 년 2 월 자체 점검 결과 개발 진척도는 50%에 불과한 상황이었다. 결국 2005 년 3 월, NGM 추진본부는 프로젝트의 추진 중단을 선언하기에 이르렀다. NGM 프로젝트는 처음부터 재 검토하여 Re-planning 을 실시한 후 구축을 재개하기로 결정하였다. 2005 년 5 월 NGM 프로젝트의 Re-plan 이 수립되었다. 우선 Turn-key 방식의 문제점을 해소하기 위하여 SK 텔레콤이 구축의 총책임을 떠맡고, SK C&C 가 시스템 이행에 대한 책임을 지는 Governance 체제를 확립하였다. 또한 2 단계 프로젝트에서는 NGM 프로젝트를 기술적으로 원점부터 재 검토하여 이전과는 근본적으로 다른 In-House 구축 접근방식을 채택하기로 하였다. 2 단계 프로젝트에서 관심을 집중한 기술적 의사결정 영역은 크게 (1) 미들웨어 및 개발프레임워크의 적용, (2) DB 아키텍처의 결정 및 슬림화, (3) 시스템 성능 개선 등의 세 분야로 집약할 수 있다. 이 논문에서는 이들 각각의 분야를 구체적으로 검토하였다. 결국 2006 년 10 월 9 일 메인프레임 기반의 COIS 는 Shut-down 되어 가동을 멈추었고, Unix 기반의 NGM 시스템이 가동을 개시함으로써 차세대 마케팅을 본격 추진하기 위한 다운사이징 프로젝트가 성공적으로 완수되었다.

With the development of the internet technology, The on-line conference system have been producted. Now, the on-line conference system is developing for using pattern recognition system and voice recognition system. Comparing with the off-line conference, the on-line conference is excellent in free from distance limitation. But, the on-line meetings have unavoidable weak points. it is the same as the off-line conference that when the conference goes on, the content orthopedic and the content consistency is weak. So the conference members can not seize the conference flow. Therefore, in this paper, we introduce the ontology concept. Design a new architecture using ontology mining technique for making the conference content and conference knowledge ontological. Then in order to inspection the new architecture, We design and implementation the new conference management system based knowledge.

소득 2만불 시대를 위한 IT839 기술 중 서비스와 인프라에 해당하는 RFID와 USN은 학계에서의 많은 연구 노력과 다양한 분야에 대한 응용 노력에도 불구하고 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅의 실현을 위한 통합된 글로벌 네트워크 기술을 제공하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 USN과 RFID을 통합하는 글로벌 인프라스트럭처의 구현을 목표로 Auto-ID Labs에서 수행하고 있는 EPC 센서 네트워크 연구를 소개한다. EPC 센서 네트워크는 국제 표준인 EPCglobal 네트워크를 기반으로 USN과 RFID 기술을 인터넷과 통합하는 아키텍처를 제공함으로써 언제 어디서나 인터넷을 기반으로 다양한 센서 네트워크와 RFID 서비스를 제공하는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅의 실현을 앞당기게 될 것이다.

Information technology have led to change the automation of large industrial control system as well as business system and environments. Industrial control system(ICS) is vital components of most nation's critical infrastructures such as electricity, natural gas, water, waste treatment, transportation and communication that are based of national security, safety of citizen and development of national economy According to the change of business environment, organizational management pushed integration all of the system include MIS and ICS. This situation led to use standard information technologies for ICS, this transition has been to expose ICS to the same vulnerabilities and threats that plague business system. Recently government obliged owners of the public information system to audit for safety, efficiency and effectiveness, and also obliged the owners of national infrastructure to improve their system security as a result of vulnerability analysis. But there doesn't prepare a security architecture and information security auditing framework of ICS fur auditing. In this paper, I suggested the security architecture and information security auditing framework for ICS in order to prepare the base of industrial system security auditing.

정보시스템을 효율적으로 관리 및 운영을 통화여 선진화 함으로써 이를 국민 및 이용자들에게 서비스로 제공하기 위하여 많은 재원과 방법으로 이를 실현하기 위해서 노력중에 있다. 그러한 활동의 일련으로 IT Architecture를 도입하여 정보시스템의 계획 단계에서 운영에 이르는 단계를 선진화를 진행중에 있다. 이에 현재 주관기관에서 중추적으로 추진중인 IT Architecture와 관련한 지원도구 등에 대해서 현 실태를 파악하고 향후 나아갈 방향에 대해서 제언하였다.

다양한 산업과 환경에서 IoT 기술이 사용되는 만큼 보안에 대한 위협도 증가하고 있다. IoT 서비스를 제공하는 디바이스와 시스템이 보안 공격을 당해 중단되는 경우 그에 따른 피해가 막대하기 때문에 IoT 의 보안 중요성은 날로 커지고 있다. IoT 디바이스 보안을 강화하기 위한 방법으로 FOTA 시스템를 통한 펌웨어 업데이트를 하는 것이 필요하다. 본 고에서는 IoT 디바이스 펌웨어 업데이트를 위해 필요한 FOTA 시스템에 대한 아키텍처와 구성 등을 제언한다.

The EPCglobal Network is a system which provides the information of items to suppliers, consumers, and customers by granting identification numbers on the goods based on the technologies of EPC(Electronic Product Code) and RFID(Radio Frequency Identification), and connecting the space to store those information by network. The EPCglobal architecture framework is also a service consolidating supply and process chain by using EPC for the common goal of business corporations. In the national level, it is necessary to define standard vocabularies for each location and logistics business process for RFID environment using the pre-constructed logistics information infrastructure. Therefore, we define the standard vocabularies and partially user vocabularies for international logistics on EPCglobal network architecture. Finally, we believe that our vocabularies contribute to describing the events fur the EPCglobal network architecture and actually providing usable platform via the XML implementation.

To utilize sensory data, it is necessary to design architecture for processing and handling data generated from sensors in an IoT environment. Especially in the IoT environment, a thing connects to the Internet and efficiently enables to communicate a device with diverse sensors. But Hadoop and Twister based on MapReduce are good at handling data in a batch processing. It has a limitation for processing stream data from a sensor in a motion. Traditional streaming data processing has been mainly applied a MoM based message queuing system. It has maintainability and scalability problems because a programmer should consider details related with complex messaging flow. In this paper architecture is designed to handle sensory data aggregated The designed software architecture is used to operate an application on the open source framework Storm. The application is conceptually used to transform streaming data which aggregated via sensor gateway by pipe-filter style.

공공시설 자산관리는 기존의 대응적 유지보수 개념의 시설물유지관리체계에서 예방적 유지보수 개념으로 전환한 시설물 유지보수의 새로운 개념이다. 기존에 운영되고 있는 공공시설관리 시스템들을 효율적으로 관리하기 위해서는 자산관리 모형이 표준화되어 범정부EA 지원시스템에 목표아키텍처로 등록되고 더 나아가서는 범정부 표준시스템으로 만들어 필요한 기관에 보급할 필요가 있다. 이 연구에서는 공공시설 자산관리 정보시스템을 구축하는데 필수적인 참조모델을 시스템의 상호운영성과 정보의 호환성을 확보하기 용이하도록 범정부EA 관점에서 제시하였다. 제시한 자산관리 참조모델이 GEAP에 등록 관리 된다면 이것을 바탕으로 타 기관에서 향후 정보시스템을 구축할 때 사전에 파악하고 활용하도록 제안 할 수 있을 것이다.

We need to measure the quality of each module to assess software quality. Especially, in industry, it is important to measure quality of modules quantitatively in order to improve bad modules and reuse good modules. In this paper, we define moduleness as characteristic that modules should be possessed and propose a method to measure software moduleness quantitatively. A case study conducted in this paper shows the usefulness of the method by measuring and evaluating moduleness of modules based on open source software developed by C, C++ and Java languages.
