Ministry of Education ＆amp; Human Resources Development has drawn up and carried out various plans to improve the education of the information communication technology application of teachers, who are the most central forces leading the education of the information communication technology. But this current efforts of teachers have put emphasis on the skill-trained abilities. In this study, I compare the internal with the external evaluation tools about the current abilities of the information communication technology application of teachers and have developed the self-evaluation tools for this based on a good point of these tools. Through these evaluation tools, teachers will be able to integrate and evaluate the abilities of the real teaching-learning instruction and the abilities of the information communication technology application on the whole.

경영환경이 개별기업간의 경쟁에서 기업집단 군의 경쟁으로 변화하여 감으로써 기업간 협력의 중요성이 점차 커지고 있다. 많은 선행 연구들이 기업간 협력의 중요성을 강조하고 있으나, 기업의 오랜 역사적 경험 속에서 생겨나는 정보기술 활용 능력과 사회자본이 기업간 협력에 미치는 영향에 대해서는 명확하게 설명하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기업간 협력의 촉진요인과 성과와의 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 기업간 협력의 촉진 요인으로 제시된 정보기술의 활용능력과 함께 사회 자본을 추가로 제안하고, 이들이 기업간 협력을 강화해서 기업의 성과에 공헌한다는 것을 실증하여 보고자 하였다. 실증분석결과 기업의 정보기술 활용능력은 정보공유활동과 사회자본에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있으며, 사회자본이 기업간 협업활동에 영향을 미쳐 기업성과를 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 자원기반관점에서 기업간 협력을 촉진하는 정보기술 활용능력과 사회자본이 기업간 관계 유지와 기업의 성과에 크게 공헌하고 있으며, 기업의 중요한 무형의 자산으로써 경쟁력의 원천이 되고 있음을 의미 한다고 할 수 있다.

학습자들은 소양교육으로 정보통신기술에 대한 기초적인 지식과 활용 능력을 습득하고 이를 토대로 각 교과에서 정보통신기술을 활용할 수 있어야 한다. 이 두 가지의 교육이 서로 연계하여 이루어질 때 정보통신기술 활용 능력은 가장 효과적으로 신장된다. 이러한 소양교육과 활용교육 연계선상에서 이루어지는 교육이 바로 웹 신문학습이다. 그러나 웹 신문학습이 정보통신기술 소양 능력 향상에 영향을 미치는지의 검증 연구가 진행되지 않아 교육효과에 대한 불확실성을 갖고 있었다. 이에 컴퓨터 교육의 목표를 효율적으로 달성할 수 있는 교수 학습 방법인 웹 신문학습을 수행한 후 정보통신기술 소양 능력을 측정하여 객관적인 수치로 교육적 효과를 검증하였다.

This study is aimed to evaluate the undergraduate students' information literacy, examine the current level of their capability of using information, and make a evaluation model to develop information literacy. Information literacy consists of six fields information resources, information needs, information search, information analysis, information technology and presentation, and Information ethics. Based on the result of statistic factor analysis, the integrated evaluation model of information literacy, evaluation factor, and evaluation procedure can be suggested based on the instruction guidance.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for practical measures to improve life satisfaction through appropriate information utilization ability for the elderly by specifically grasping the effect of information utilization ability of the elderly on life satisfaction. The subjects of this study were 220 elderly people aged 65 and over who live in J city, Chungbuk. In order to examine the effects of the information literacy of the elderly on life satisfaction, frequency analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted. For statistical analysis, SPSS 20.0 program was used for analysis. The results of this study showed that information technology and information literacy were significant factors affecting life satisfaction among the information literacy abilities of the elderly. This means that the higher the information technology ability and information utilization ability in the information utilization ability of the elderly, the higher the life satisfaction. Especially, information literacy has a greater effect on life satisfaction than information technology ability. However, information provision ability and information criticism ability did not have a significant effect on life satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, policy suggestions are as follows: First, it is necessary to activate information education to improve the information literacy of the elderly. Second, it is necessary to build information infrastructure to improve the information technology ability of the elderly.

현대사회가 고도의 정보화 사회로 변화하면서 인터넷을 통해 빠르고, 쉽게 커뮤니케이션을 하거나 정보를 검색, 교환하게 되었다. 이런 시대에 발맞추어 교육내용, 교육방법 등의 변화가 요구되면서 효율적인 수업이나 학급경영의 일환으로 정보통신기술을 활용하는 부분이 늘어나게 되었다. 그러나 지금 실행되고 있는 교사의 ICT활용 능력 평가도구는 활용 능력보다는 기술 소양능력을 평가하여 인센티브를 부여하는데 중점을 두고 있어 교사들의 ICT활용능력을 평가할 수 있는 도구가 필요하다. 따라서 교사의 교육활동과 직무활동 전반에 ICT를 어떻게 활용할 수 있는지를 제시해주고 부담을 주지 않으며 언제든지 자신의 능력을 측정할 수 있는 ICT활용능력 자기평가 도구를 제시하고자 한다.

This study examined the mediating effects of self-efficacy on the relationships between digital information literacy and life satisfaction among the elderly. For this study, data were gathered from 396 adults over the age of 60 years in a welfare center for senior citizens in D Metropolitan City. Hierarchical regression analysis was performed to verify the mediating effects of self-efficacy on the relationship between digital information literacy and life satisfaction of the elderly. The analysis showed that the digital information literacy and self-efficacy were positively correlated. Moreover, higher digital information literacy had a positive effect on self-efficacy. Furthermore, the level of information literacy using digital devices had a positive effect on their life satisfaction. Therefore, the satisfaction of life in old age is increased by the medium of self-efficacy. Based on these findings, several measures for improving digital information literacy were discussed.

Digital literacy is an important factor in the discourses on the knowledge sharing on the campus. This article analyzed the impact of digital literacy of knowledge-sharing capabilities in the university. As a result, digital literacy was found to significantly affect student knowledge-sharing capabilities in the university studied. Results show that video and animation literacy is the most influential factor and image literacy is the second-most influential factor for student knowledge-sharing. Those results can be used as a framework for developing digital literacy program.

The needs for independent 'lifelong learning' is on the rise for the individuals living in today's fast-paced society. As a result, the significance of 'information literacy' as the core requirement for lifelong learning has become widely recognized. Some countries have even established standards for information literacy at the national level, and introduced programs to improve the overall level of information literacy in the school curriculum. In Korea, various studies have been done to identify the importance of information literacy, and also there are increasing offerings of information literacy programs in regular curriculum. Based on the result of self-efficiency assessment by the students who attended the information literacy courses, this study tries to examine the effects of those programs. It consequently confirms that these curriculums resulted in improvement of the information literacy of the students, and also provide some suggestions and guidelines for the design of the curriculum for information based on the findings.

This paper examined the information literacy which is the concrete purpose of the ICT using education which appeared in order to elevate the effects of education in school after the introduction of the 7th educational curriculum. Based on TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) that provides useful theoretical foundations for analyzing the factors influencing acceptance and diffusion of IT, it determined the factors influencing the process of accepting the information literacy instruction as follows: perceived usefulness; perceived ease of use; attitude; effects of the information literacy instruction; teachers' innovation; school library relevance; school librarians' support; and the self-efficacy. This paper confirmed the influences of these factors on the process of accepting the information literacy through empirical study. Through this study, it intended to suggest the ways to activate of the information literacy instruction.
