전력화 정보 통신체계란 통신의 전력화 요소를 적극적으로 발전시켜 다른 체계를 지원하는 것은 물론, 각종 정보를 실시간 전송하며, 통신기법을 이용하여 통신자간의 거리 측정 및 위치 파악 기능 등을 제공함으로써 직접적으로 군 전략향상에 기여한다. 즉 전술통신망 및 전략통신망을 상호 연동운용하며, $C^3I$ 체계 및 조기경보/전장감시 체계를 적극 지원할수 있는 한국군 독자적인 정보 통신체계이다. 이 글에서는 이러한 전략화 정보 통신체계를 구현키 위한 군 종합정보통신망(MISDN)을 기술하고, 21세기를 위한 군 정보 및 통신기술 발전 전망을 제안한다

The purposes of this research are to empirically examine (1) the impact of application of IT in IT industry which is the main engine for creative economy, (2) the relationship between application of IT and corporate strategy, and (3) the influence of corporate strategy on application of IT and employment. To achieve the purpose of research, we conducted a survey on 187 CIOs in october 2013. Research findings confirm that application of IT provides competitive advantages such as efficiency, threat, functionality, attack, and integration and these traits of IT significantly contribute to employment. And research results show that the moderating effects of corporate strategy on the relationship between application of IT and employment are different depending upon the type of corporate strategy. Thus firms in IT industry should consider traits of IT more seriously when they establish corporate strategy.

Patents are an up-to-date and reliable source of technological knowledge, and thus patent analysis has been considered to be a necessary step for identifying evolving technological trends and planning technology strategies. Although there exist many research papers and technical reports concerning patent analysis, few empirical studies on planning technology strategies for uncertain futures from a national or company perspective have been rarely conducted. Therefore, this paper aims presenting a procedure and its practical case of planning future technology strategies by incorporating patent analysis and scenario planning. Using patents related to polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cells, this paper developed technology strategies corresponding to future scenarios. We expect that the proposed method and case study can assist knowledge services of experts in the long-term technology strategy planning process.

오늘날 컴퓨터 기술과 통신 기술의 급속한 발전은 기업의 비즈니스 과정에서 발생 하는 정보의 공유와 이용을 통해, 경영혁신을 이루기 위한 새로운 정보화 시스템의 태동은 물론 기존 정보화 시스템의 또 다른 발전을 가져오고 있다. 그 중 21세기 산업정보화 전략 으로 요즈음 새롭게 등장한 CALS(Computer-acided Acquisition & Logistic Support)는 기 존의 정보화 시스템보다 광범위하고, 그 효과 또한 대단히 큰 정보화 시스템이라고 할 수 있다. CALS는 서류에 의존하는 기술정보의 생성 및 교환을 디지틀 정보로 생성, 교환하는 환경으로 전환하고, 업무처리 절차를 근본적으로 재구성해 개별적으로 자동화, 전산화된 체 계를 연계·통합시켜 디지틀 정보 교환체계를 구축하며, 통합 정보 데이터베이스를 구축해 관련기관과 관련업체간의 정보공유 환경을 실현함으로써 비즈니스 스피드의 향상, 고객 서 비스의 개선, 비용절감, 그리고 종합적인 품질향상 등을 도모하고자 하는 전략이다. 본 연구 에서는 CALS의 정의와 출현 배경 등을 살펴보고, CALS의 개념을 군수산업과 제조업 및 상 거래 등에 적용하여 보고자 하였으며, CALS 전략과 BPR을 비롯한 기타 정보기술 전략과의 개념적 관계를 고찰하여 보았다. 또한 CALS 개념의 도입과 적용에 관한 사례로서 크라이슬 러사와 보잉사의 개발 프로세스 리엔지니어링 사례를 분석하여 보았다. 그리고 CALS의 개 념을 성공적으로 도입하기 위한 주요 요인을 사례를 통하여 분석하였으며, CALS의 향후 발 전방향과 과제를 개괄적으로 연구하고자 하였다.

현대적인 의미에서의 CRM은 정보시스템의 구축 및 활용과 유기적인 관계를 가지고 있으므로 정보시스템 기술이 없이는 CRM이 성립될 수 없고 CRM을 전개해가는 과정은 정보시스템 구축과 전략의 수립 및 집행을 결합한 과정으로 파악해야 한다. 따라서 일반적인 CRM 방법론에서의 절차는 전략 계획의 수립, 전략의 실행, 전략 실행결과의 평가라는 전략계획 실행 과정상에 정보시스템의 계획, 분석, 설계, 구축, 운영이라는 정보시스템 기발 과정이 결합된 형태가 된다.

This study empirically verified the effect of strategic orientation on information technology(IT) competency and corporate performance for organizational members engaged in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). In the research model proposed in this study, strategic orientation affects corporate performance, and IT competency is used as a mediating variable in this process. For this study, a survey was conducted on organizational members working in small and medium-sized manufacturers located in Ulsan Metropolitan City. A total of 320 questionnaires were distributed, and 277 copies were used in this study. The collected data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 24.0. The research results are as follows: First, customer orientation, market orientation, and technology orientation of strategic orientation were found to have a positive (+) effect on both information technology knowledge and information technology operation of IT competency. And it was found that both customer orientation and technology orientation of strategic orientation only affects the information technology infrastructure of IT competency. Second, it was found that customer orientation and technology orientation of strategic orientation had a positive (+) effect on corporate performance, but market orientation had no effect on corporate performance. Third, it was found that information technology knowledge, information technology operation, and information technology infrastructure of IT competency had a positive (+) effect on corporate performance. Fourth, as a result of examining the mediating effect of information technology competency between strategic orientation and corporate performance, information technology knowledge, information technology operation, and information technology infrastructure of IT capability were found to have a partial mediating effect between customer orientation and technology orientation of strategic orientation and corporate performance. These research results suggest that in today's fourth industrial revolution era, customer-oriented and technology-oriented management strategies should be established to improve the competitive advantage and performance of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) in the supply chain with large enterprises, and at the same time information technology capabilities such as information technology knowledge, information technology operation, and information technology infrastructure should be strengthened.

우리나라가 21세기 지식정보사회에서 지식정보강국으로 도약하고 세계 정보통신시장에서 주도적인 위치를 확보하기 위해서는 정보통신시장을 주도할 핵심원천기술을 개발하고, 기술개발과 연계한 표준화 추진전략 수립 및 체계적인 추진이 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 핵심기술 개발과정에서 발생한 기술개발 성과물에 대한 지식재산권 확보 전략과 이를 표준에 반영하기 위한 표준화 기구의 지식재산권 정책분석을 통한 표준화 추진전략을 제시하여, 기술개발과 연계한 효율적인 표준특허 확보를 통한 기술개발 및 표준화의 경제적 효용성을 증대하고자 한다.

본 연구는 채택한 경영전략과 정보시스템(Information System : IS) 의 전략적 활용유형간의 상호관련성을 규명하고, 이러한 상호관련성이 기업의 재무적 성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 그리고 경영전략과 IS 전략적 활용유형간의 적합도에 영향을 미치는 조절영향도 실증적으로 검증하였다. 검증결과, 경영전략과 IS 전략적 활용유형간의 상호관련성과 재무적 성과에 대한 영향이 부분적으로 입증되었으며, 이용자 참여, 의사소통, 정보시스템 관리자참여의 조절영향도 규명이 되었다.
