디지털 매체의 사용자들의 사용 모형이 변화하고 있다. RSS, 태그(tag), Ajax, Open API 등 사용자 참여를 향상시키는 Web 2.0 기술을 포함하여 정보 기기 및 인터페이스의 발전은 사용자들의 매체사용에 대한 범위와 역할을 크게 향상시키고 있다. 이제 사용자는 더 이상 정보수용자의 입장이 아닌 정보제공자의 입장에서 매체에 접근하고 있다. 이와 같은 현상은 우리에게 두 가지 중요한 연구문제를 제시한다, 첫째, 사용자들은 기술변화를 어떻게 인지하고 있으며, 어떤 학습의 과정을 거치고 있는가? 혹은 어떤 어려움을 겪고 있는가? 둘째, 변화하는 기술에 따른 사용자들의 요구변화의 양상은 디지털매체를 통한 정보제공을 통하여 수익을 발생시키는 기업의 사용자와의 상호작용을 어떻게 변화하게 하고 있는가? 이와 같은 연구문제를 해결하기 위하여 창조적 사용자의 인지적 모형을 점검하고, 차세대 기술변화에 따른 사회적 컴퓨팅의 진화를 근거이론을 통하여 분석해 보고자 한다.

스마트그리드는 기존의 전력 생산, 운반, 소비의 과정에 정보통신 기술을 접목하여 에너지 절감 및 전기 품질 향상 등을 제공하는 차세대 전력망으로써 스마트 미터 중심의 AMI, 에너지 관리 시스템, 전기 자동차 및 충전소, 재생에너지, 양방향 정보통신 기술, 배전 자동화 시스템 등으로 구성된다. 이중 미터기, 수용가 전력기기, 근거리 통신기술, 데이터 관리 시스템 등은 "제주도 실증단지구축"사업의 핵심 요소로써, 국내 기업들의 활발한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 하지만 국내에서 연구되고 있는 스마트그리드 구축과 관련된 소프트웨어들은 외산 솔루션에 기반하고 있거나 자체개발을 통해 이루어지고 있어 기술 지원 부재 및 개발 소요 시간이 길다는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 오픈 소스 소프트웨어 기반의 스마트그리드 통합시설관제시스템을 제안하고, 구축하도록 한다.

80년대초 이후 기술혁신의 가속으로 중소기업에서도 기술변화에 대한 적응이 경쟁력의 유지를 위한 핵심과제가 되면서, OECD 국가는 중소기업에 대한 과학기술정보(科學技術情報)의 이전(移轉)을 촉진하는 정부지원을 확충하였다. 경제성과의 개선을 위해서는 기술혁신만이 아니라 기술혁신의 성과를 확산시키는 것도 중요하다는 인식으로 중소기업의 경쟁력향상에 기여하는 과학기술정보의 공급확대를 위하여 연구개발사업(硏究開發事業)에 대한 지원을 강화하는 동시에 중소기업에 대한 과학기술정보의 이전을 촉진하기 위하여 과학기술정보의 공급원(供給源)(대학, 시험연구기관 등)과 중소기업을 연결하는 다양한 중개(仲介)(촉매(觸媒))기관(機關)의 설립 운영을 지원하고 있다. 연구개발과 과학기술정보이전에 관한 과학기술공급원과 중소기업간의 인식의 차이를 해소하기 위하여 정보교환(情報交換)과 인적교류(人的交流)를 확대하고 과학기술공급원이 제공하는 지식을 중소기업이 이용하기 쉬운 기술로 변환하기도 한다. 이러한 기능을 중개기관이 효과적으로 수행하기 위해서는 중소기업 사업자와 신뢰관계(信賴關係)를 구축하는 것이 긴요하며, 기술변화를 인지 수용하도록 유도하는 초기단계에서는 중소기업의 네트워크를 통하여 접근하는 것이 효과적이다. 이러한 기술확산과정(技術擴散過程)의 특성으로 인하여 지역혁신체제(地域革新體制)의 구축과 기술혁신정책(技術革新政策)의 지역화(地域化)가 강조되고 있다. 최근에 통상산업부와 과학기술처도 기술혁신정책의 지역화를 시도하고 있다. 연구기반과 산업기반을 고려하여 지역별로 다양한 유형의 산학연 공동연구기반이 구축될 계획이다. 기술혁신정책의 지역화는 시도단계에 불과하며 효율적인 지역혁신체제를 구축하기 위한 여건도 불리하다. 선진국에 비하여 대학과 연구기관의 연구자원(硏究資源)에서도 현격한 차이가 있으나, 네트워크의 혁신성을 좌우하는 지식집약형 중소기업의 비중과 중소기업기술개발의 혁신성에서도 선진국에 비하여 절대열위에 있다. 이러한 불리한 여건을 극복하기 위하여 중소기업의 혁신현장에 밀착된 지역의 전문가집단이 지역경제의 비전과 지역산업의 특수성을 고려하여 지역연구개발사업(地域硏究開發事業)을 전략적으로 기획하고 효율적으로 추진하며, 기획 추진과정에 참여하는 지역대학 지역시험연구기관 지역산업단체 등이 구성하는 지역사회(地域社會)의 협의체(協議體)가 정보공유(情報共有)와 공동학습(共同學習)을 통하여 지역혁신체제의 형성을 주도하고 경쟁과 협력의 조화를 통하여 기술혁신을 가속시키는 지역사회(地域社會)의 규범(規範)과 문화(文化)가 정착되도록 노력하며 중앙정부는 지역연구개발사업에 대한 지원에서 투명하고 합리적인 평가기준을 제시하고 지역산업의 혁신성과에 의하여 지원을 차등화(差等化)하는 경쟁원리를 도입하여 지역사회의 합리적 의사결정을 유도해야 한다.

This thesis is the study of the effects of Korea and China to Japan's moxibutsion formation historically and the process of Japan accepting and systemizing these effects. The method to the study is to organize the features and developments of Korea, China and especially Japan periodically by focusing on literature. Japan had traveled through China and Korea to resolve the medical problems in Japan and established a traditional medical system by interacting medical technology and publications. Korea had made a tremendous role in developing Japan's traditional medical development by accepting and making a system to China's advanced medical knowledge and books to spread these to Japan. However, Japan is the most developed from those three country for moxibustion. Through the studies of Japan's moxibustion culture and the process of the development, this thesis will present methods of development and recognition to our own traditional medicine of moxibustion.

고용량 멀티미디어 데이터의 사용 증가와 인터넷 사용 인구의 폭발적인 증가로 현재의 네트워크 인프라로는 사용자의 요구를 충분히 수용하지 못하고 있는 상황이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 제시된 웹캐싱 기술도 캐시 서버에 부하가 집중될 때에 지속적인 서비스를 해 주는 것이 불가능한 경우가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 여러 대의 캐시 서버를 다양한 형태의 가상 캐시 서버로 구축하여 캐시 서버 한 대에 집중되는 부하를 분산하는 방안에 대해서 연구하였다. 이를 위하여 가상 캐시 서버 시스템을 다양한 구성 방식과 알고리즘에 따라 구축하고 성능을 평가하였다. 이런 과정을 거쳐서 멀티미디어 데이터의 스트리밍 서비스에 가장 적합한 구성 및 알고리즘을 제시하였다.

This research is an attempt to investigate cultural identity at the international level. Asia is one of the weakest communities in the world due to discrepancies in terms of political, economic, social and cultural aspects. Additionally, Asia has never been independent in communication flows since imperialist history until the Korean wave emerged at the turn of this century. The Korean wave reflects complex power embedded in postcolonial world in addition to cultural commonality among Asian audiences. I have conducted audience researches on Korean drama fandom in Japan and China. I adopt Lacanian psychoanalysis in order to interpret identity issues of Asian media audiences. Particularly, Deleuze and Guattari's theories are useful to scrutinize group identity of Asian community. Additionally, I refer to theories of nationalism.

Focusing on the information sender, message, channel, and receiver, the existing information theory deals with the noise, information contents, and probability of choice, which involve in the process of information transmission. In the current digital environment, besides simply conveying information itself through media, the important issue is how to efficiently convey information. Therefore, we need to analyze the theory in different perspective, and to research the Information redundancy for the methodology of information design. The redundancy causes the receiver to have attraction to the information and to reduce its contents due to its supplement and repetition. So it can play a role of efficient communication method. The concept of redundancy is applied to the communication of art such as literature, architecture, painting, and design to accomplish efficient communication. In order to get persuasive information design for the receiver's perspective we need to make use of this concept. The redundancy can be applied with the technical aspect of multimedia and Interaction, which add supplemental expression, or sort of event for the receiver's experience and memory. In the process of constructing information it can be applied with the structure of gaming redundancy, entropy, the accumulating communication code using entertaining feature, and storytelling methodology. The noise and entropy could be used for the means of making redundancy, not the obstacle to information. The redundancy gives the receiver attraction on the information and makes them have strong will of interpreting it so that the purpose of conveying information will be accomplished efficiently.

Recently, mobile and smart devices are rapidly spreading. As a result, real estate services, which were formerly face-to-face, have now been replaced by mobile environments. This study focuses on the real estate app service and 261 samples were used for the empirical analysis. The results of the hypotheses test using structural equation model are summarized as follows. First, performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, security and aesthetic perceived by users of real estate services have positively influence on positive attitude, but effort expectancy and social influence do not. Second, positive attitude of real estate services have positive effects on service Acceptance. Third, involvement moderated the relationship between positive attitude and service Acceptance. Based on the results of the analysis, it provided meaningful implications for practitioners and researchers in related fields.

In order to transform the traditional aquaculture industry, which is dependent on experience, labor-intensive and natural environment, into future intelligent smart aquaculture, digital aquaculture improves aquaculture reproducibility and efficiency of production process through digitization of the aquaculture industry based on ICT equipments, Data analysis and utilization for promoted to increase the acceptability of aquaculturist. Europe's advanced fisheries countries have achieved rapid growth not only in aquaculture technology but also in the aquaculture equipment industry through digitization that combines information and communication technology with aquaculture farms. However, it is not possible to collect aquacultural data in Korea because it has not secured a Korean aquaculture industry for multi-variety, small-scale production and aquaculturists' refusal of reception for digital transformation. Therefore, this study intends to suggest the development direction of digital aquaculture to convert to intelligent smart aquaculture in the future by analyzing trends and critical technology.

Under the strong support of the government, nanotechnology(NT) has been expanded rapidly in Korea. Korea was one of the countries that followed the National Nanotechnology Initiative(NNI) of the US very soon and set up their own policies for NT. This paper argues that the main rationale of the Korean version of NNI was so called 'catch-up strategy' by entering at the early stage of new technology. It stimulated scientists and engineers from various disciplines to do researches and to establish new education programs in NT. Unlike IT and BT, however, such fast and big investment in NT was approved by the public in the sense that there has been few criticism on the governmental NT policies and potential harness of NT. With the relative uninterestedness of the civil society and competititveness seeking policy in NT, ELSI in NT was not included in the Korean version of NNI and the results of technology assessments on NT were not introduced to the public at all.
