개정된 2015 정보교육과정에 컴퓨팅 시스템이 추가되면서 피지컬 컴퓨팅을 가르치기 위한 다양한 교육용 도구와 교수학습 방법 등이 제안되고 있다. 제안된 내용들을 살펴보면 센서를 제어하는 측면에 중점을 두고 있어 알고리즘을 설계하고 프로그래밍 학습의 제공이 부족하고, 학습활동 간에 1인 1PC와 다수의 전자부품을 활용할 공간이 필요하여 학교현장의 일반적인 교실환경과는 차이가 있어 피지컬 컴퓨팅 교육이 제한될 수 밖에 없다. 본 논문에서는 스마트기기를 활용한 아두이노 교육환경 구축을 통해 현재 PC를 필요로 하는 피지컬 컴퓨팅 교육환경을 스마트기기 기반의 교육환경을 제시하여, 기존의 시스템보다 실습용장비, 실습실, 이동의 자율성, 그리고 사용언어 측면에서 개선시키고자 한다.

It is known that the smart education has a positive impact of critical thinking skills and problem solving, communication and collaboration, creativity and innovation in the 21st century. However, some people concern about the adverse effects of smart education such as smart devices addiction and health problems. In this study, we conducted the adverse effects of education using smart devices on students. The questionnaire survey was conducted and analyzed for students in 9 schools at A city(four elementary schools, three middle schools, two high schools) that are receiving smart education. The types of adverse effects of smart education includes smartphone addiction, lack of information ethics, health problems, and lack of social and learning ability. We showed the differences each item compared among elementary school, middle school and high school about adverse effects of smart education. The result of survey didn't have any adverse affect of smart education such as internet addiction or smartphone addiction. However in order to protect the copyright, the school needs to fight against indiscriminated downloads and perform the information ethics education. Plus we surely need to be more open-minded in reading and exercise at school and home.

정보기술 발전에 따라 정보 활용 및 처리 역량이 상승하면서 교육 환경의 지능화, 네트워크화로 기술간, 서비스 간 융 복합을 통한 다양한 학습 내용 및 방법이 출현하였으며, 최근 e-러닝 산업에서 스마트기기 보급 확산과 상황 적응적이고 자기 주도적 학습에 대한 소비자의 니즈가 증가하면서 새로운 형태의 교육시스템인 스마트러닝이 부각되고 있다. 이러한 교육 패러다임의 변화에 따라 기존의 교육 콘텐츠를 스마트기기에 적용하기 위해서는 콘텐츠 및 솔루션 구조의 개선이 요구되며, 또한 서비스 제공의 측면에서 다양한 교육 콘텐츠 연동과 교육 서비스 융합을 위한 표준 플랫폼 적용이 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 JVM 환경의 PC 인터페이스를 통해 ePub 표준의 교육용 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제작기능과 기존 서책형 파일 포맷의 자료 정보를 응용하기 위한 정보변환 모듈, 스마트 기기용 ePub 전자책 뷰어를 포함하는 통합 솔루션 소프트웨어인 ePub Solution을 설계하였다.

The research hypothesis of this paper is that education for smart device utilization has a positive effect on ability and utilization of smart devices for the disabled. The data for disabled of NIA's 2012 survey about digital divide is used, and the research method is "Heckman's 2-stage method" which considers the problem of selection bias. As a research result, this paper says that the disabled who had experience of education for smart device utilization have higher level of ability and utilization of smart devices. Also, a high level of education and family income, professional career and young generation have been very positive effect on the high level of ability and utilization of the disabled. The level of ability and utilization of the blind tend to be lower than those of the physically disabled. These results remind that the education for smart device utilization for the disabled is important and effective. And various contents and methods of education which are appropriate for the disability types should be developed.

본 논문에서는 스마트 기기로 제어 가능한 교육용 로봇을 활용하여 초등 학습자들의 융합적 사고를 향상 시킬 수 있는 교육방법을 제안하고자 한다. 초등 학습자들을 대상으로 실질적인 융합 교육이 이루어지기 위해서는 융합 과정을 체계적으로 체험하고, 이러한 과정을 통해서 새로운 가치를 발견하고 구체화 할 수 있는 환경이 요구된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 융합 과정을 학습자들의 수준에 맞게 세분화하고 학습자들의 흥미와 창의성 발현에 효과적인 스마트 기기 기반의 교육용 로봇을 활용하여 구체화 할 수 있는 교육 방법을 설계하였다.

Smart classrooms have been set up nationwide to utilize smart devices for teaching and learning in the knowledge- based society, As this trend might quickly spread, we have investigated the utilization levels, and issues around the facilities from the experienced teachers. In order to study the impact of easy access to smart devices, the teacher sampling groups were divided into two: one teacher group responsible for smart classrooms and the other group teaching in ordinary classrooms. Survey questions dealt with teacher needs analyses, their expectation of their students' attitude changes, their satisfaction and utilization levels of smart devices currently built in classrooms. The results showed us that teachers have vague expectation about the smart devices and want more highly applicable devices for instruction, improvement of their compatibility with other multimedia devices or applications as well as to improve the resolution of electronic boards. and basic functions of information search and videos that they use everyday.

For the education on information, information appliances and operating systems of the information curriculum in elementary schools, precedent studies on the content structure of domestic and foreign curricula and etc. were compared and analyzed, and the ways of improvement and implications were examined. In addition, the necessity to select these contents, time of education, appropriateness of the selected contents were surveyed by professionals, and as the research results, the contents for the education on information, information appliances and operating systems in elementary schools were chosen, and achievement standards were set and proposed. The paper results can be used for the development of national level of elementary information curriculum and for the cultivation of elementary school students' key educational capacities. This paper has the limit that its results cannot be generalized because its analysis was based on the outcome surveyed only by some experts. Nevertheless, it is meaningful in that it specifically tried to analyze the appropriateness of the content achievement standards of the elementary information curriculum, and through which, it offers the information necessary for the stable management of elementary information curriculum and the improvement of elementary information curriculum.

Under the COVID-19 pandemic, the importance of Official Development Assistance(ODA) in health and medical service is emphasized more. The number of cases is expected to increase in the future. Therefore, it is necessary to provide differentiated education and training for each type of occupation as a follow-up to realize the operations management and maintenance of medical equipment supported by the ODA project. In this study, for an effective follow-up and operations management of medical equipment supported by the ODA project, the differences in educational training achievement between users and maintainers were analyzed through a t-test. As a result of this study, there were significant differences between users and maintainers of medical equipment in use and manage six types of priority management target medical equipment(Q5) and an instruction manual understanding of medical equipment(Q6). However, there was no difference in the need and purpose of education and training, satisfaction with an instructor, and the need for cross-professional communication.

정보화 사업으로 각급 학교에서는 맡은 정보화기기들이 설치되어 활용되고 있다. 미래 정보사회에서는 정보화기기의 사용이 수업의 질을 좌우할 것이다. 학교 예산의 차이와 관리자의 정보 인식에 따라 정보기자재의 학교별 확보량과 사용량의 차이가 심화되고 있다. 신 정보기기를 소개하고 정보사회의 개념을 이해하고 정보사우를 대처하기 위해 초등학교에서 준비해야 할 정보기자재 기준을 교사와 정보부장들에게 설문을 통해 조사하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통하여 초등학교에 필요한 정보기자재 기준안을 제시하고 예산을 확보하여 관리자들의 정보기자재에 대한 인식 변화에 도움을 주고 각 학교 정보관리자들에게 기준을 제공 할 수 있다.

In this paper we have studied about the interconnection technology between tablet device and interactive white board(IWB) system. For this study we have implemented the board writing software for both tablet device and interactive white board system which has contents management, page turning and basic writing functions. Then we defined the data format to communicate the control information and board writing information between two devices, and implemented the communication module for the real-time bidirectional communication by using the Socket programming. The page turning or writing information on tablet device were transferred to the IWB system in real-time and vice versa. From the result of performance test based on the error rate, latency time and communication coverage we derived that our implementation software has good performance between tablet device and IWB system. Also from the result of field test we proved that our solution is well suitable to use in real education environment.
