This is the study of contents framework of information devices education for the computer science education in elementary school. In this study, we organize and suggest the educational contents of the information device education and its achievement for computer science education in elementary. For this, the educational contents of information device education in Korea and other countries were investigated. Then we selected some contents of information device education that can be applied to the computer science education. With this contents framework of information devices education for the computer science education in elementary school were made. This study will contribute to the curriculum development of computer science at the national level.

Entering the convergence education era, the emergence of smart devices removed the constraint of time and space for study, so if we use smart devices appropriately for education, it will strengthen students' abilities and cultivate creative human resource. Therefore the current study analyzed the general application condition of the smart devices through surveys targeted to students and proposed a measure in applying the smart device as an educational information. In relation to information application, a test was proceeded after carrying out education targeted to experiment group students by naming the group information search, communication, cooperation, sharing, report generation, data storage, online assessment and project management activity. Through the test and survey analysis, it was discovered that the experiment group students displayed higher self-efficacy and ability in applying the smart device as information compared to the control group.

본 연구의 목적은 노인의 정보화기기 활용 능력이 사회자본 형성에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 이러한 관계에서 노인의 디지털기기 이용 효능감이 갖는 매개효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 2022년 실시한 디지털정보격차 실태조사 자료를 활용하여 SPSS 25.0 통계프로그램으로 개인의 인구사회학적특성, 정보화기기 중 PC, 모바일 기기 활용능력, 디지털기기 이용 효능감을 독립변수로 하고 노인의 사회자본을 종속변수로 하여 영향 관계를 분석하였다. 또한, 디지털기기 이용 효능감을 매개변수로 설정하여 노인의 정보화기기 활용 능력이 사회자본 형성에 미치는 영향에 매개효과가 있는지 검증하였다. 그 결과, 노인의 사회자본 형성에 미치는 영향 요인은 남성보다 여성의 사회자본 수준이 높았고, 나이가 많은 사람, 월평균 소득이 높은 사람, 다른 가족과 함께 거주하는 노인의 사회자본 수준이 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 독립변수인 PC활용능력은 통계적으로 유의미한 영향이 없었고, 모바일기기 활용 능력과 디지털기기 이용 효능감이 높을수록 사회자본이 증가하는 것으로 분석되었다. 이후 노인의 정보화기기 활용 능력이 사회자본에 미치는 영향을 디지털기기 이용 효능감이 매개하는지 분석하기 위해 Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 3단계 모형으로 분석한 결과, pc활용능력 → 디지털기기 이용 효능감 → 사회자본에 이르는 경로와 모바일기기 활용능력 → 디지털기기 이용 효능감 → 사회자본에 이르는 매개효과 경로는 통계적으로 유의미한 결과로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 노인의 정보화기기의 접근성 향상을 위한 교육기관의 노력과 단순한 컨텐츠 위주의 교육에서 보다 실용적이고 즉시적인 교육 콘텐츠 전환 등 실천적 노력에 대해 제언하였다.

앞으로 전개될 지식사회에서는 어느 한 개인의 기억속에 있는 지식이 아닌 사회 구성원 전체의 상호작용적인 지식이 의미있는 지식이 될 것이다. 항상 휴대하고 어디서나 인터넷과 통신이 가능한 모바일 기기은 구성원 간의 이러한 상호작용을 촉진하는 적합한 도구이다. 학생들에게 익숙하고 친밀한 모바일 기기의 특성을 살려 교육적으로 활용한다면 기존의 유선 인터넷이 가지고 있던 한계를 극복할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 무선 정보기기의 교육매체로서의 특징을 분석하고 그것을 토대로 사회적 상호작용을 증진시킬 수 있는 m-learning 시스템을 설계하였다.

본 논문에서는 최근 유아대상으로 무분별한 스마트폰 기기 노출 등으로 인한 피해의 심각성을 알고 유아교육에서 인터넷 윤리 및 스마트폰 기기의 올바른 사용이 제대로 이루어 질수 있도록 교육 방법을 제안하는 것이다. 제 4차 산업혁명으로 인하여 연령과 상관없이 과도하게 스마트기기에 많이 노출되고 있다. 따라서, 유아기때부터 올바른 정보 윤리 의식 및 적절한 컴퓨터 사용을 할 수 있는 교육이 이루어지며, 유아 스마트폰 증후군을 예방하여 건전하고 안전한 사이버 세상이 이루어지도록 해야 한다. 그러나 아직까지 유아교육분야에서 정보 윤리 및 스마트폰 중독에 대한 프로그램이 특강형태로 이루어지고 교재교구들이 부족하며, 다양한 활동이 개발되어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구는 정부차원에서 각 센터와 기관들과 잘 협업이 이루어지도록 유도하며, 전문가들에 의해 다양한 활동이 개발되고 교재교구가 제작될 수 있는 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

With wide spread of smart devices, the use of children's smart devices were increased. We have performed an exploratory study about children's use of smart devices in the viewpoint of lives of children. The children was encouraged on the school centered learning by their parents. In this study, we wanted to explore the state of life of children's using of smart devices in the view of the children's life at the age of information society. The results show that there was a difference in children's using of smart devices between big and small city. This research shows that the students have the lack of the experiences of learning of desired usages and learning with devices. In the play with the non-electronic media, outside play was more than indoor play. Half of the answers at the amount of time to play the game and to watch the TV were "within an 1 hour". We know that the proportion of children's indoor play portion is more than outdoor play of it.

스마트 모바일 기기의 발전으로 고성능, 고효율, 사용성이 급격하게 증가하고 있다, 또한 개인의 용도를 확장한 교육 분야 및 기타 산업분야에 전반적으로 사용되고 있다. 하지만 산업 및 교육 측면에서는 스마트 기기의 화면이 너무 작어서 활용성 및 교육적인 면에서 제약으로 대두되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 스마트 모바일 기기의 화면을 실시간 HD 무선통신을 통한 대형 전자칠판으로 전달하고 또한 대형 전자칠판의 터치 데이터를 스마트 기기에 전달하여 대형 전자칠판에서 스마트폰 기능을 사용가능하게 하는 연구이다.

4차 산업혁명이 언급되면서 3D 프린터, 로봇, 인공지능, 빅데이터 등 신기술이 발전하고 이는 사회 구조를 변화시킬 것으로 예상된다. 이에 새로운 디지털 기기, 기술들을 이해하는 디지털 리터러시가 중요해지고 있다. 2015 OECD PISA에서 ICT 배경조사 중 한국은 접근성, 활용성 부분과 2018 국가수준 디지털 리터러시 수준 측정연구, 학생들의 디지털 기기의 인식 여부 및 활용 여부 실태조사를 바탕으로 디지털 기기 활용 공간 구성 및 디지털 기기 활용 콘텐츠를 다음과 같이 제안하였다. 먼저 구체적 조작기인 초등학생임을 고려하여 디지털 기기 위주 프로그램으로 선정하였다. 디지털 기기 활용 공간은 기반 기기로 컴퓨터(노트북), 유 무선 인터넷, 디지털 기기로 3D 프린터 및 3D 프린팅 펜, 스마트폰 기반 VR기기, AR마커, 블록코딩 기반 피지컬 컴퓨팅 교구 등을 이용해서 구성하였다. 활용하는 콘텐츠는 학생들의 인식 여부 및 수준에 맞춰 체험 위주의 프로그램과 학습, 콘텐츠 제작, 문제해결 프로그램으로 제시하였다.

본 연구는 정보화 사업으로 각급 학교에서는 많은 정보화기기들이 설치되어 활용되고 있다. 미래 정보사회에서는 정보화기기의 사용이 수업의 질을 좌우할 것이다. 현 초등학교 학급의 정보화 시설 설비활용 실태를 분석하여 이를 토대로 초등학교 학급의 정보화기기 기준 안을 마련하여 정보화기기 확충과 활용의 개선 방향을 제시하였다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 경기도 관내의 10개 초등학교 학급 담임교사 40명을 임의 표집하여 설문연구를 하였다. 통계처리는 빈도분석과 x2 검증 방법으로 검증하여 정보기기를 소개하고 정보사회의 개념을 이해하고 정보사회를 대처하기 위해 초등학교에서 준비해야 할 정보기자재 기준을 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과를 통하여 초등학교에 필요한 정보기자재 기준 안을 세워 예산 확보와 관리자들의 정보 인식 변화에 도움을 주고 각 학교 정보관리자들에게 기준을 제공하였다.

We study the level on the knowledge, attitudes, and practice of primary school (grades 3-6 students ) for the safe use of smart devices, and identify student status for the safe use of smart devices, and suggests ways of appropriate data collection, analyzing of data. Through this research, for the safe use of smart devices in education showed that the effect is very insignificant and the knowledge and practice of smart devices are widely recognized. We will suggests the suitable education contents for the smart devices safe use for primary school students. These education will be made up of 'smart devices safety using' and we will expect that primary students will be able to cultivate the 'smart devices security awareness'.
