본 연구에서는 중등 기술 가정 교과 교육에서의 컴퓨터 환용을 위한 체제 및 실태를 조사하여, 기술 가정 교과교육에서의 ICT 활용을 저해하는 요인이 무엇인가를 분석하고 이를 통하여 제 7차 교육과정에서 요구하는 ICT를 활용한 교과교육이 활발하게 이루어질 수 있는 방안을 찾아 본다.

지식정보화 사회에 발맞춰 학교현장에서도 초 중등학교 정보통신기술교육 운영지침 개정안의 내용을 바탕으로 정보통신기술 교육을 강화하여 소양 교육과 교과 활용교육 간의 연계를 통하여 효과적으로 교육 목표를 달성할 수 있도록 노력하고 있다. 하지만 체육교과 부문의 ICT활용에 관한 연구는 다른 교과에 비해 다소 부족한 편이라 할 수 있다. 이에 발전적인 ICT 활용 체육수업을 위해 2007 개정 교육과정에 따른 초등교사의 ICT 활용 체육수업에 대한 실태분석 및 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze objectively the current state of preparation of SW education in Korea based on the survey of educational technology of elementary and secondary school which is investigated periodically every year. For this purpose, we extracted indicators related to SW education from educational technology level indicators such as human, material, and utilization and analyzed the change in the level of domestic educational technology level from 2014 to 2016. The main results of this study are as follows. Firstly, the ratio of teachers who have informatics teacher certificates among middle school informatics teacher is continuously decreasing from 2014(71%) to 2016(54%), and the number of information and the number of informatics teachers moving from informatics subject to other subjects is steadily increasing. On the other hand, there is a paradoxical situation in which the total number of teachers in informatics subject is continuously increasing for three years. Secondly, the total amount of ICT related budgets for elementary and secondary schools has been steadily decreasing since 2014. Thirdly, The ratio of informatics(computer) related creative activities in elementary schools dropped to 87.7% in 2015 and 84.6% in 2016. Also, the ratio of informatics subject operating school in middle school is gradually decreasing from 34.8% in 2014, 30.8% in 2015, and 28.2% in 2016. Based on the results of this analysis, this study suggested a method for stable settlement of SW education in elementary and secondary public education field.

우리가 살고 있는 시대는 정보화 사회이다. 앞으로 정보화 사회는 계속 될 것이다. 정보화 사회는 우리에게 많은 편리함을 가져다 주었다. 하지만 한편으로는 사회적으로 윤리적으로 많은 문제점을 안겨준 것도 사실이다. 이런 문제점은 초등학생에게도 많이 나타나고 있으며 그로 통하여 정보통신유리교육의 중요성이 증대하였다. 이러한 정보통신윤리교육이 잘 이루어지기 위해서는 교육계획의 기초가 되는 실태 파악이 잘 이루어져야 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 정보화 사회를 이끌어갈 초등학생들의 정보통신윤리의식의 실태를 설문지를 통한 조사와 분석으로 초등학생의 정보통신윤리의 기초자료를 제시하고자 하였다.

7차 교육과정에서는 초등학교 실과교과에 로봇에 대한 내용이 교과에 포함되어 있다. 또한 각 기관의 영재 교육 기관에서도 로봇이용교육이 이루어지고 있다. 이는 로봇 이용 프로그래밍 교육은 학생들의 흥미도 향상과 창의력 향상에 이점이 있기 때문이다. 그러나 일부 학교에서 방과 후 교육에서 로봇교육을 일부 많이 실시하고 있지만 일반학생을 대상으로 한 로봇이용 교육은 활성화되지 못하고 있다. 특히 여학생의 경우에는 컴퓨터에 대한 친숙도가 남학생에 비해 낮은 편이다. 본 연구에서는 일반학생을 대상으로 한 로봇 이용교육 활성화 방안을 제시하기위한 기초 연구로 중등학생의 로봇이용교육의 실태를 분석한다. 특히 여학생들의 로봇 이용 교육에 대한 실태를 분석함을 목적으로 한다.

Korea is a powerful nation in field of IT that has a 30 percent of world market. However Because of the IT education have been treated unimportant, korea has a shortage problem of manpower that develop core technology and software. Therefore, in this paper we propose a direction of the enactment of Information Technology Education Promotion Law to improve an education system and to promote education for IT. Also, we propose detailed contents to include in this law - the duty of country for a comprehensive planning of Information Technology Education, the organization of committee to promote Information Technology Education, a method to promote Information Technology Education in school and society, certification system of Information Technology using ability. Therefore, we expect that the result of this paper will contribute to enact an Information Technology Education Promotion Law that can improve an education system for IT.

한국정보통신산업협회에서는 지난 1995년부터 정부 정보통신부문 공식 통계 승인기관으로 정보통신부문 산업통계조사를 지속해 왔다. 본 실태조사는 2001년 3월 1일까지 교육인적자원부에 등록된 4년제 대학 186개교 중 2001년 4월 6일부터 5월 16일까지 정보통신기술인력의 기초 현황조사에 응한 정보통신부문 대학을 포함하는 143개 대학교를 대상으로 한 ‘정보통신기술인력 실태 조사’ 결과이다. 단, 무응답(non response)대학은 Sequetial Hot-Deck Imputation방법을 통해서 보정하였다.

본 논문에서는 2015 개정 교육과정에서 강조하고 있는 SW 교육의 교육용 프로그래밍 언어(EPL)에 대한 현직 초등 교사들의 실태와 요구를 분석하였다. 현직 초등 교사들이 대부분 이수한 교대의 교육과정에는 교육용 프로그래밍 언어 교육에 관한 내용은 대다수 없는 것으로 파악되었다. 또한 현장에서 실시되고 있는 교육용 프로그래밍 언어에 관한 연수는 양적으로도 연수의 수가 부족할 뿐만 아니라 질적으로도 개선이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다. 교육용 프로그래밍 언어에 대한 현직 교사의 사례들에서도 교육용 프로그래밍 언어에 대한 교사교육에 관한 다양한 요구가 분석되었다. 이를 통하여 교육용 프로그래밍 언어에 대한 초등 교사교육의 필요성과 방향에 대하여 제언하였다.

Although Internet provides a lot of convenience such as easy accessibility, interactivity, concurrency, openness, subsequent dysfunction causes serious problems. Especially elementary school students are indiscriminately exposed to the problems, and thus information communication ethics education is needed for the students. This study conducted a survey with randomly selected 5th and 6th graders in Chungbuk area, and analyzed 'students' experience and perception related to information dysfunction' and 'their experience and perception related to information & communication ethics education at school'. In addition, for the detailed understanding of students' current status and accompanying instructional approach, an additional analysis was conducted to examine the existence of the difference according to students' gender and grade. As a result, significant differences were found according to students' gender and grade in their experience and perception related to the information dysfunction and information & communication ethics education. Considering such differences according to students' gender and grade, appropriate instructional approach needs to be prepared to satisfy students' needs for more effective information & communication ethics education.

This study elementary status of the investigation and analysis of smart phone use, and utilize of smart phones educational ways was carried out in order to investigate. In this study, factors commonly associated with the use of smart phones, in school area, gender, grade, and the need for a smart phone, smart phone using, whether for general cell phone use was a total of six tablets. General knowledge, attitude, practice about the factors and smart phone levels were analyzed using a smart phone and do not use the group's collective knowledge, attitudes, and practice levels were analyzed. To take advantage of the smart phone utilizing educational strategies were suggested, the general situation for smart phones and questionnaires were analyzed by a positive phenomenon. But Educational effect was neutral or negative views. We suggest the analysis of the educational utilization of smartphones on elementary students.
