2015 개정 교육과정의 적용에 따라 학교 현장에 새로운 요구와 문제 상황이 예상되며, 이에 따라 정보 컴퓨터 교사양성과정도 적절하게 변화될 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 예비 정보교사들이 교육현장의 요구와 문제 상황에 대해 직접 고민하고 해결방법을 구안해보도록 하는 방법으로 캡스톤 디자인을 적용하였다. 이를 위해 현재 운영 중인 캡스톤 디자인 강의의 동향을 살펴보고 교과교육영역의 과목과 다루어야 할 정보교사의 자격기준을 살펴보았으며, 이를 바탕으로 캡스톤 디자인 정보교과 교재연구 강의를 설계하였다. 후속 연구로 설계한 강의를 예비 정보교사들에게 적용하고, 이에 대한 효과성을 검토할 것이다.

The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the present status of the curriculum of school library area in LIS education. For this purpose, 31 curricula of Department of Library Science are analyzed. The writer concludes by suggesting three principles for a relevant operation of curriculum.

The purpose of this study is to find a better way for placement of teacher librarians after the revision of the Enforcement Decree of School Libraries Promotion Act. To do this, the literature research is applied for reviewing the policy and current status regarding the placement of school librarians. The Ministry of Education announced its willingness to secure the number of job openings for librarian teachers through the midium and long-term plan in the 3rd School Library Promotion Basic Plan. It is analyzed that 323 new teacher librarians need to be recruited every year, after estimating the demand for recruitment of teacher librarians by 2030, considering the 3rd school library promotion basic plan. Schools in Gyeonggi Province and Daegu with no school library personnel exclusively in charge of libraries have been allocated with temporary teacher librarians, as an attempt to comply with the legal obligation to place exclusive staff for libraries, faced with practical challenges of recruiting new teacher librarians in a limited amount of time. But survey through questionnaire method shows only 69 out of 122 survey participants, which account for 56.6%, have proper teacher librarian licences. According to the analysis of teacher librarianship status, only 146 people were trained in 2019. As a result, the field demand for librarian teachers surged, but it was found that the conditions for training excellent librarian teachers have not been provided. Therefore, it is necessary to actively prepare a way to secure a certain level of qualification holders with the qualifications of excellent teacher librarians.

현대 사회는 미래의 지식과 정보의 시대에 대비한 인재를 양성하기 위해서 컴퓨터교육에 대한 필요성이 날로 커져가고 있다. 이에 제7차 교육과정에서도 컴퓨터 교육의 활성화를 위하여 연간 34시간 이상 컴퓨터를 교육하도록 명시하고 있지만 가장 기초적이라 할 수 있는 초등학교에서의 컴퓨터 교육이 교사들에 의해 제대로 시행되고 있지 않고 있으며, 그에 대한 교사들의 인식과 실태를 파악하여 개선방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서 얻은 결과를 바탕으로 초등학교 컴퓨터과학 교육 활성화를 위한 개선방안을 다음과 같이 제안하고자 한다. 첫째, 정보통신윤리 개정 지침안에 대한 교사 교육이 의무화되어야 하며, 컴퓨터과학 교수학습 방법 및 교육과정 운영에 필요한 프로그램의 기능 연수가 개설되어야 할 것이다. 둘째, 정보통신기술 교재 교사용 지도서가 전문화, 체계화 되어야 한다. 셋째, 컴퓨터과학 교육을 수업 현장에서 쉽게 실현할 수 있는 다양한 자료를 개발하여 보급해야 한다. 넷째, 초등학교 컴퓨터 교육 과정의 재정비가 필요하다.

본 논문에서는 유아교육기관에서 사용되고 있는 영상의 종류를 파악하고 유아관련 교사들이 학습해야 하는 영상 소프트웨어 등을 소개한다. 이를 통해 스마트한 유아교사 양성 및 최신 기술을 적용한 유치원 환경 조성에 이바지 하고 학생 및 학부모들에게 유치원 활동 등을 소개하는 기회를 갖고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 유치원에서 제작되고 있는 영상에 대해 알아보고 이를 만들기 위해 필요한 소프트웨어 종류와 특징을 설명하고 유치원 교사로서 해야 하는 직무 능력을 소개하고자 한다.

이 연구는 현재 문헌정보학 교과과정이 학교도서관 현장에서 요구하는 능력을 갖추는데 적합한가 라는 질문에서 시작하였다. 이 문제에 접근하기 위하여, 먼저 문헌정보학 교과과정에 대한 만족도와 현장 요구 반영도를 조사하였다. 이어, 실제 현장에서 요구하는 지식(Knowledge), 기술(Skill), 태도(Attitude)가 무엇인지를 살펴보았다. 마지막으로, 이러한 현장의 요구를 바탕으로 사서교사를 양성하는데 적합한 교과과정을 제안하였다.

In current computer education, we have inclined to emphasize information literacy for k-12 students. On the other hand, in spite that teachers are core variable in school education system, we have neglected teacher's education of information and communication technology. In addition, we haven't made a effort to expand preservice teacher's ability to utilize information and communication technology in the teacher's college and the college of education. With these recognitions, we made a diagnosis of problems by analysis of current condition of curriculum of the teacher's college and the college of education and explored the vision of ICT utilization education in k-12 computer education in this study. In addition, we suggested educational objectives and contents based on national requiring standards for ICT in teacher preparation, required ICT capability of preservice teachers for kind of teacher's task and the direction of computer education.

컴퓨팅 사고력이나 프로그래밍 체험 및 교육 기회 부족 등으로 인한 자신감 결여와 같은 컴퓨터 학습에 대한 부정적인 태도는 다양한 전공의 예비교사들이 현장에서 소프트웨어를 융합한 교육을 시도하는데 장애요인이 될 수 있다. 안타깝게도 현재까지의 교사양성 교육에서는 ICT 소양 위주의 컴퓨터 교양 교육 외에는 컴퓨팅 사고력이나 소프트웨어 교육에 대해 체험할 수 있는 교육내용이 없는 것이 현실이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제에 대한 해결점을 찾아보고자, 예비교사의 교양 과정에 투입 가능한 컴퓨팅 사고력 기반의 웹 프로그래밍 수업 프로그램을 설계하여, 이를 컴퓨터교육 비전공 예비교사의 교육현장에 기존 ICT소양 위주의 수업내용과 비교하여 투입한 뒤, 수업을 통한 컴퓨터 학습태도의 변화 양상을 관찰하기 위한 기초연구를 수행하였다.

본 논문에서는 예비교사를 위한 AI-STEAM 교육 사례로서 봇빌더를 활용한 챗봇 제작 교육을 실시하고 이를 바탕으로 챗봇 제작 AI-STEAM 교육을 위한 시사점을 제시하였다. 최근 관련 정책이 발표되는 등 인공지능 교육이 학교에서 실시되기 위한 기반이 마련되었다. 인공지능 교육이 학교 현장에 제대로 안착되기 위해서는 현직 교사들에 대한 보수교육 뿐 아니라 교육 및 사범대학의 교원양성과정에서도 인공지능 교육이 실시되어야 할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 교사들의 인공지능 교사교육 요구를 바탕으로 AI-STEAM을 제안하고 다양한 전공의 예비교사를 위한 챗봇 제작 AI-STEAM 교양교육 및 학생 작품 사례를 제시하였다.

School library concentrates its focus on how information literacy is implemented through the collaborative efforts of classroom teachers and teacher librarian. The role of teacher librarian and the competencies they need in order to succeed have changed over many years. However, current LIS education for teacher librarian has limitations in terms of institution, curriculum. In this research, I designed and implemented an Internet-based educational contents development and evaluation for teacher librarian's competency. This system was development by lecture authoring tool(LectureMAKER v2.0). This study tested the effectiveness of the system was verified by survey by 51 college students. The test paper consisted of 20 items(5 scale) for measuring teaching competencies of college students. This study verified effectiveness of the Internet-Based Educational Contents by two dependent samples t-test, Levene test.
