범정부 통합전산센터 추진에 따라 수많은 공공기관의 통합전산환경 구축이 요구되고 있으며 이에 따른 보안 정책과 관리 대책 수립이 진행되고 있다. 일반적인 보안 개념에 유비쿼터스 개념인 언제 어디서나 제공될 수 있는 서비스에 따른 보안의 개념이 도입됨에 따라 보안 관리 대책은 관리적, 기술적, 물리적인 측면에서 검토되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 통합전산환경의 보안 요구사항을 파악하여 보안 관리 아키텍처를 관리적, 기술적, 물리적인 측면에서 현재 진행되거나 향후 추진들 공공기관의 통합전산환경 구축의 기본적인 보안 관리 아키텍처로 제안한다.

2006년 07월 정보시스템의 효율적 도입 및 운용을 지원하기 위해 ITA/EA 구축이 법제화 된 이후 ITA/EA 구축 기관의 수가 급격히 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 행정안전부의 자료에 따르면 2007년 10월 기준으로 약 36개 기관이 ITA/EA를 도입하였으며, 향후 총 49개 중앙행정기관, 총 16개 광역지방자치단체가 ITA/EA 도입계획을 제출하였다. 향후 5년간($2007{\sim}2011$) 약 1900억 원에 이르는 소요예산이 계획되어 있다. 그러나 활발한 구축 열기에 비해 기 구축된 아키텍처 정보의 관리 및 활용에 대해서는 다소 미흡한 부분이 있다. 행정안전부가 발표한 ITA/EA 기 구축 기관의 ITA 성숙도 측정결과 총 4개의 성숙도 측정 영역(투입, 산출, 관리, 활용) 중 "관리", "활용" 두개 영역의 성숙도가 가장 떨어지는 사실이 이를 반증하는 결과이다. 이러한 이유로 아키텍처 정보의 관리 및 활용에 대한 이슈는 최근 ITA/EA 추진하는 조직의 최대 관심사가 되고 있다. 넥스젠엔씨지는 이러한 현행의 ITA/EA 추진의 이슈를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 기 구축된 아키텍처 정보의 현행화를 위한 ITA/EA 현행화 프레임워크(NAMF)와 구체적인 현행화 절차를 개발하였다. 또한 최근 이를 적용하여 대규모 아키텍처 정보에 대한 현행화를 완료하였다. 넥스젠엔씨지의 아키텍처 현행화 방법론과 적용 사례는 현재 ITA/EA 도입을 계획하거나, 기 도입한 조직의 아키텍처 정보 현행화 이슈 해결하는데 이바지 할 것으로 기대된다.

MND(Ministry of National Defense) has developed MND AF(Ministry of National Defense Architecture Framework) and CADM(Core Architecture Data Model) to guarantee interoperability among defense information systems. TRM(Technical Reference Model) and SP(Standard Profile) product defined in MND AF is core part of Information Technology Architecture and core element of interoperability guarantee. In this paper, we proposed a method which manages technical service and standard of TRM and SP, and developed TRM and SP management system based on the method. TRM and SP management system provides the basis for interoperability among information systems and a more efficient development and management of TRM and SP product.

Strategic information systems assist organization with the significant opportunity to gain competitive advantage in executing its business plans and realizing its business goals. The universities establish long-range plan of information systems in an effort to provide just-in-time, useful, efficient and effective information services to their members such as professors, students, and staffs when carrying out various organizational activities. The university information systems started from the primitive computer-based application, extended to the administrative and educational e-transformation, even to the virtual university concept. Through an empirical analysis and complementary case examples, the current study carefully chose three Korean universities according to their chronological importance, that have undergone the information systems planning process years from 1995 to 2001. These universities then, were compared in terms of the information technology architecture: the information architecture, infra architecture, and information management architecture. These three areas of system were cross-examined under the consideration of the evolution of information technology architecture, and its impact on the development of university e-transformation. As part of a fulfillment plan to satisfy the needs of customers of current trend, it is evident that the university e-transformation provides a stepladder to highly competitive, first class university in the market, through achieving the educational advancement, research enhancement, and administrative efficiency. The result of the study analysis indicates that, of the three architectures examined, the weakness showed in the information management architecture. Therefore it is crucial for the university staffs, managers and professors to understand the significance of the successful implementation of the information system and its maintenance. Our study certainly will act as a catalyst for the promotion of the future university e-transformation projects.

This study was carried out for the purpose of inquiring into the effect of composition and security activities for information security architecture on information asset protection and organizational performance in terms of general information security. This study made a survey on 300 workers in the government, public institutions and private companies, which it showed that management factors of risk identification and risk analysis, in general, have an usefulness to composition and security activities for information security architecture to prevent inside information leakage. And the understanding and training factors of IT architecture and its component were rejected, requiring the limited composition and security activities for information security architecture. In other words, from the reality, which most institutions and organizations are introducing and operating the information security architecture, and restrictively carrying out the training in this, the training for a new understanding of architecture and its component as an independent variable made so much importance, or it did not greatly contribute to the control or management activities for information security as the generalized process, but strict security activities through the generalization of risk identification and risk analysis management had a so much big effect on the significant organizational performance.

This research introduces the architecture of managing products based software. There are many of the architectures for managing products using software instead of manpower. In case of MVC and existing architectures, The architectures transfer redundant data so the architectures cause a problem that unnecessary data moved. This research presents VMDC(View, Model, Dispatcher, Controller) architecture to solve the problem. Dispatcher of VMDC grasps necessary data and reconstructs objects to efficient transferring data. This research shows usecase that designed VMDC(View, Model, Dispatcher, Controller) and demonstrate efficiency of VMDC(View, Model, Dispatcher, Controller) together. after demonstration this research present with next research.

The study is to propose the reference model of Korean record management for integrated information resources management, based on the Korean regulative and administrative environments. Therefore, the study suggests the reasons why the electronic records must be come to the one of the national knowledge and information resources and reviews several integrated information management systems such as GKMS, KADO, ERA, EUN, and COVAX. Next, the study proposes the integrated records management system architecture, integrated national knowledge and information management environment architecture, and information technology architecture for Integrating resource management environment.

지식정보화 시대에 국가의 분야별 정보화 사업이 확대됨에 따라 정보기술 자산 및 예산에 대한 효율적 관리의 필요성이 대두되고, 1999년 한국전산원에서 '정보기술아키텍처 수립 및 표준 적용에 관한 연구'를 발표하여 국내에서도 정보기술아키텍처의 중요성이 부각되기 시작하였다. 이후 공공부문에서 실제 적용하는 사례가 나타나고 있으며, 해양수산부도 선도적으로 사업 계획에 참여하여 시범적인 수립을 하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 정보기술아키텍처에 대한 기본적인 사안을 확인하고, 국내 공공기관에 도입 적용되고 있는 상황에서 해양수산부가 정보기술아키텍처 사업을 어떤 배경과 목적을 가지고 추진하고자 하는지 확인하고, 사업의 범위가 어떻게 되는지 검토해보며, 추진의 상세 내용으로 비전 및 원칙 수립, 환경 분석, 분야별 아키텍처 수립 방안, 참조 모텔 및 지원 도구, 이행을 위한 계획 수립, 마지막으로 해양수산부가 정보기술아키텍처를 어떻게 발전시켜 나아가려는지 확인하고, 정보기술아키텍처를 통해 얻고자 하는 기대 효과를 정리한다.

소프트웨어의 재사용을 위한 방법 중에 최근 빠르게 확산되고 있는 방식으로 컴포넌트 기반의 소프트웨어 개발(CBD : Component-Based Development)방식이 있다. CBD에 있어 컴포넌트 시스템은 잘 정의된 아키텍처를 기반으로 개발되어야 한다. 컴포넌트 시스템의 아키텍처를 정확하고 엄밀하게 설계, 분석하기 위해서는 아키텍처 기술 언어(ADL)의 사용이 필요하다. 아키텍처 모델링에 ADL을 효과적으로 사용하기 위해서는 ADL로 기술된 아키텍처 모델을 효율적으로 분석, 처리, 관리할 수 있는 지원 환경이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 ADL 모델 지원 환경 시스템의 구조를 기술하고 본 연구팀에서 개발 중인 ADL 모델 관리기의 구조를 기술한다. 또한 ADL 모델 관리기 개발에 기본이 되는 XML 기반 ADL 메타모델을 정의한다.

최근 소프트웨어 재사용과 소프트웨어의 응용범위가 넓어짐에 따라 잘 정의된 아키텍처를 기반으로 개발된 컴포넌트 소프트웨어 개발(CBD . Component-Based Development)방식의 채택이 빠르게 확산되고 있다. 이러한 컴포넌트 소프트웨어 개발 방식이 빠르게 확산되면서 아키텍처를 정확하게 기술, 분석, 정제할 수 있는 능력 또한 점차 중요시 되고 있다. 아키텍처를 정확하게 기술, 분석 정제하기 위해서는 아키텍처 기술 언어(ADL)의 사용이 필요하다. 또한 ADL로 기술된 모델 정보들을 서로 다른 ADL지원도구들이 공유할 수 있도록 ADL 모델 관리기의 개발이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 ADL 모델 관리기의 구성요소를 기술하여. ADL 모델 정보를 XML형태로 변환하는 변환기의 변환 과정을 설명하고, XML 형태로 변환된 ADL 모델 정보들을 저장하는 저장소 구조를 각각 기술하고, 검색기의 검색 과정 및 검색 결과를 보여준다.
