This study analyzed the impact of supply chain management (SCM) and e-SCM on change acceptance capability, information sharing capability, partnership management capability, and business performance. This study and analysis were conducted targeting the employees of companies that introduced SCM and e-SCM in the metropolitan area and provinces. Change Acceptance Capability, Information Sharing Capability, Partnership Management Capability and Business Performance and the degree of relationship, between outcome variables, which are characteristic factors of SCM, were analyzed through a research model. Based on the survey results, nine research hypotheses were postulated, and the reliability, validity, and importance were examined. The research results supported by the research hypothesis can be summarized in two ways as follows. First, the company's capabilities were analyzed as major variables such as Acceptance Capability, Information Sharing Capability, Partnership Management Capability, and Business Performance. Second, the degree of relationship was analyzed in detail by classifying the necessary competencies in SCM into 4 categories, not the competencies of a specific company. This study is expected to provide appropriate information to SCM-related companies.

Digital literacy is an important factor in the discourses on the knowledge sharing on the campus. This article analyzed the impact of digital literacy of knowledge-sharing capabilities in the university. As a result, digital literacy was found to significantly affect student knowledge-sharing capabilities in the university studied. Results show that video and animation literacy is the most influential factor and image literacy is the second-most influential factor for student knowledge-sharing. Those results can be used as a framework for developing digital literacy program.

경영환경이 개별기업간의 경쟁에서 기업집단 군의 경쟁으로 변화하여 감으로써 기업간 협력의 중요성이 점차 커지고 있다. 많은 선행 연구들이 기업간 협력의 중요성을 강조하고 있으나, 기업의 오랜 역사적 경험 속에서 생겨나는 정보기술 활용 능력과 사회자본이 기업간 협력에 미치는 영향에 대해서는 명확하게 설명하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기업간 협력의 촉진요인과 성과와의 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 기업간 협력의 촉진 요인으로 제시된 정보기술의 활용능력과 함께 사회 자본을 추가로 제안하고, 이들이 기업간 협력을 강화해서 기업의 성과에 공헌한다는 것을 실증하여 보고자 하였다. 실증분석결과 기업의 정보기술 활용능력은 정보공유활동과 사회자본에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있으며, 사회자본이 기업간 협업활동에 영향을 미쳐 기업성과를 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 자원기반관점에서 기업간 협력을 촉진하는 정보기술 활용능력과 사회자본이 기업간 관계 유지와 기업의 성과에 크게 공헌하고 있으며, 기업의 중요한 무형의 자산으로써 경쟁력의 원천이 되고 있음을 의미 한다고 할 수 있다.

Students should be able to find information and resources using the Internet. Also students need to have composite intellectual abilities to select information, convert to knowledge and communicate it to other people. However, most school and classroom homepages provide students with information but not contents that help them produce knowledge. This lowers the rate of connection to homepage. Thus, the purpose of this study is to develop and apply homepage, which helps students make knowledge from comprehended and interpreted information(Knowledge.Sharing Technique; KST). In this study we use 'WIKI KST' and 'Q&A KST' to share knowledge. WIKI KST is 'an encyclopedia that we make,' which means that students upload their prior knowledge or knowledge produced from comprehended and interpreted information and create new knowledge to be added to their own knowledge and others'. As a result, the abilities to comprehend and interpret acquired information are improved and the ability to change implicit knowledge to explicit knowledge is also improved. Students create new knowledge to share their knowledge and, as a result, the rate to connection to homepage gets higher.

이동통신 환경에서, 이동단말기와 기지국 사이에 안전한 통신을 제공하기 위한 많은 프로토콜들이 제안되어왔다. 그러나 이동단말기 의 부족한 계산능력 때문에 공개키를 이용한 프로토콜은 많은 장점에도 불구하고 그 실용성을 검증받기 힘들었다. 본 논문은 이동단말기 의 부족한 계산능력으로도 공개키를 이용해 상호인증 및 세션키 공유를 효율적으로 수행할 수 있는 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안된 프로토콜은 최근 제안된 SASC 프로토콜을 적용하여 이동단말기의 부족한 계산능력을 보충하였다.

P2P 환경의 파일 공유 서비스는 많은 사용자들에 의해 널리 이용됨으로써 거대한 분산 컴퓨팅 환경으로 이끌어 낸다. 이것은 기존의 파일 공유 서비스 이외에 프로세스 공유 측면에서도 좋은 환경을 제공할 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 P2P의 파일 공유 서비스 사용 형태를 기반으로 프로세스 공유를 위한 협업시스템을 설계한다. 제시된 시스템은 P2P에서 발생가능한 Peer들간의 집중현상을 간접적으로 줄이고 다수의 Peef들 간의 분산된 컴퓨팅 능력을 제공함으로써 기존 파일 공유 환경에 효율적인 분산환경을 제공할 수 있다.

This study suggests new perspective of interorganizational communication. The importance of communication quality is increasing because it affects performance of marketing channels. In perspective of information exchange, communication quality consists of accuracy, availability, timing, and credibility. In research model, the antecedents of communication quality adopt willingness of information sharing and capability of efficient communication. To examine effects of communication quality on channel performance, research model includes relation of communication quality and conflicts. For empirical test, relation of PC makers and their dealers is decided as a focal dyad. Findings indicate that overall hypotheses are supported except the relation of willingness of information sharing and communication quality.

지식기반 사회에서 교육은 장기적인 발전을 위한 필수 요소이다. 교육을 위해서는 말하기, 듣기, 쓰기, 읽기 능력이 필요하다. 이 중 하나라도 충족하지 못한다면 제대로 된 교육을 받을 수 없다. 하지만 전 세계에 존재하는 약 6900여종의 언어 중 6600여종의 언어는 표기할 수 있는 고유 문자가 없다. 읽기 능력과 쓰기 능력을 기르기 위한 최소 조건조차 마련되어 있지 않은 것이다. 그래서 말은 있지만 문자는 없는 국가에 말을 표기할 수 있는 문자를 보급하여 지식기반 발전의 기반을 마련해 주는 소울(SOUL) 시스템을 제안한다. 소울(SOUL)은 두 가지 기능을 가지고 있다. 문자 교육 기능과, 지식 공유 공간 기능이다. 문자 교육 기능에서는 각 문자가 내는 소리와 조합방법, 그리고 각 문자의 표기법, 표기 순서 등을 익힘으로써 문자를 쉽게 익힐 수 있도록 하였다. SOUL은 말을 표기할 문자로 비교적 익히기 쉬운 언문인 한글을 채택하였다. 그리고 지식 공유 공간 기능에서는 문자를 익힌 사용자가 마치 위키피디아처럼 지식을 기록하고 공유할 수 있어 지식을 축적하도록 도와주도록 설계하였다. 여기서는 소울(SOUL) 시스템의 구조 및 구현을 보인다.

In the context of knowledge sharing, network position has been a controversial subject. A central position in the network provides access to non-redundant knowledge, leading to more opportunities of knowledge sharing. On the other hand, as "bridging" relationships, its characteristics as a "weak tie" suggest innate lack of trust and reciprocity which is considered an impediment to share knowledge. This paper attempts to enlighten the underlying dynamic by examining the interaction between network centrality, motivation and ability in knowledge sharing. Furthermore, this paper examines the concept of knowledge sharing ability in depth by operationalizing the construct into three aspects: extensive and diverse knowledge, social media utilization ability and self-efficacy. The results show a partially supported three-way interaction, where the highest level of knowledge provision is reported when the employee has low network centrality, high autonomous motivation and high knowledge sharing ability, i.e. extensive and diverse prior knowledge. Though all models indicate strong associations between network centrality and knowledge sharing, this suggests an even greater power of motivation and ability that gives the strength to overcome unfavorable environments of peripheral position. Therefore, this paper offers an alternative explanation to the existing debate whether network centrality positively or negatively influences knowledge sharing.

본 논문은 스마트기기를 비롯한 무선 단말기의 채널 및 메모리 등의 제약사항에 따른 무선 단말 대 무선 단말의 데이터 전송한계를 극복하기 위한 새로운 데이터 공유 및 전송 방법을 제안한다. 무선 인터넷 서비스 확장에 따른 무선 단말의 전송 및 저장 능력의 한계는 무선 멀티미디어 서비스 발전을 가로막고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 무선 P2P 데이터 전송 및 저장 능력 문제점에 대한 대안을 제시하기 위해서 실시간 백업 전송 시스템(Real-time Backup Transfer System)을 제안한다.
