정보통신기술(ICT)은 우리 일상생활에 너무나 깊숙이 스며들어 이제 정보통신기술 없이는 행정서비스, 경제활동, 사회참여, 문화활동 등을 향유하는데 많은 제약이 따르는 시대로 접어들었다. 정보통신기술에 접근하고 이용할 수 있는 사람과 그렇지 못한 사람들의 정보격차 (Digital Divide)가 경제격차와 사회문화적 격차를 유발하여 사회 불평등을 심화시키고 궁극적으로 사회통합을 저해할 가능성이 크다. 정보통신 접근성(ICT Accessibility)은 신체적, 인지적 제약으로 정보통신기기나 서비스에 접근하는데 어려움이 있는 장애인이나 고령자가 일반인과 차별 없이 정보통신의 유용성을 향유할 수 있도록 정보통신기기나 서비스에 대한 접근을 보장해 주는 것을 의미한다. 우리나라는 미국이나 유럽 등 선진국들에 비해 정보통신 접근성을 위한 법 제도적인 출발이 늦었지만, 최근 수년간 관련 법률의 제정, 정보통신 접근성 보장을 위한 지침 및 표준의 제정 등 다각적인 노력을 경주하여 빠른 속도로 선진국 수준을 향해 나아가고 있다. 지금까지 '한국형 웹 콘텐츠 접근성 지침 2.0', '금융자동화기기 접근성 지침' 등 12개에 이르는 표준을 제정한 바 있으며, 정보통신 보조기기의 개발 보급, 관련 전문인력 양성 및 교육 홍보 등을 통해 정보통신 접근성 수준 향상을 위한 노력을 지속해 왔다. 앞으로도 모바일 시대, 디지털 융합의 스마트 시대에 대응하여 다양한 정보통신기기 및 서비스에 대한 접근성 표준 제정, 관련 기술의 연구 등을 지속적으로 추진하여 모든 사람이 정보화의 혜택을 누리는 디지털 통합 (Digital Inclusion) 시대를 열어나가야 할 것이다.

에너지저장시스템(Energy Stroage System, ESS)은 잉여 전력과 에너지를 필요한 시점에 적절하게 공급할 수 있도록 에너지를 저장해두는 기술로 전기에너지의 픔질 및 효율성을 극대할 수 있는 에너지 활용 시스템이다. 미국을 비롯한 유럽 선진국들은 다양한 ESS 관련 제도정비 및 개선을 통해 ESS 산업의 활성화를 유도하고 있다. 우리나라의 경우, 신재생에너지 확대 정책을 수립하고 에너지 저장기술을 그린에너지 분야의 주요 핵심과제 선정하여 체계적인 육성전략을 추진 중에 있다. 그러나, ESS 도입 및 활성화를 위한 법제도적 기반이 마련되어 있지 않고, ESS도입에 대한 경제적 효과성에 대한 객관적인 기준이 없어, ESS의 보급 및 활성화가 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는, ESS의 보급과 활성화를 위해 효과적으로 ESS의 경제성 분석하기 위한 기법을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 세부적으로는 전기요금 산정방식에 따라 ESS의 운영모형을 정의하고, 운영모형별 경제성을 분석하기 위한 기법을 제시한다. 그리고, 실제 데이터를 활용하여 ESS로 절감할 수 있는 피크 크기를 구할 수 있는 알고리즘을 구현한다. 또한, 저감 피크와 온도, 습도에 대한 회귀 분석을 통하여 최대저감피크를 예측할 수 있는 해법을 제시한다.

경제 위기 대비를 위해 인공지능을 활용한 주식시장 변동성 이상을 탐지하는 목적을 가지고 있다. 글로벌 이슈와 경제 위기 대비를 위해 주식시장 변동성 예측의 중요성이 부각되고 있으며, 기존의 주식시장 변동성 지수인 VIX 의 한계로 인해 더 복잡한 모델 및 인공지능을 활용한 연구에 관심이 집중되고 있다. 기존의 주식시장 변동성 예측에 관한 연구들은 통계적인 방법을 사용했으며 인공지능을 이용한 연구 또한 대부분 이상치 구간을 표시하여 예측을 목표로 하고 있으나 이러한 접근법은 라벨이 있는 데이터 수집 어려움, 클래스 불균형 문제가 있다. 본 연구는 인공지능을 활용한 주식시장 변동성 탐지에 기여하고 지도 학습 방식 대신 비지도 학습 기반의 이상탐지모델을 사용하여 주식시장 변동성을 예측하는 새로운 방법론을 제안한다. 본 연구에서 개발한 인공지능 모델은 IsolationForest 모델을 활용하며, 시계열 데이터를 전처리한 후 정상성을 확보하는 등의 과정을 거친다. 실험 결과로 인공지능 모델이 주요 경제이슈를 이상치로 검출하는 성능을 확인하였으며 재현율 약 93.6%, 정밀도 100%로 높은 성능을 달성했다.

We categorize the model of simple payment into Magnetic Secure Transmission, Near Filed Communication, and App Card based on the Focus Group Interview. We also define the key drivers for the diffusion of simple payment services based on the literature review with the experts. Through Analytic Hierarchy Process our finding suggests that the degree of acceptance at the stores is the most critical factor which decides the diffusion of simple payment service model. Security is also the important driver but due to the fact that service providers should follow the information security rule and supervisory guidance, it actually did not make a big difference in terms of assessing competence of each model.

We provide an economic evaluation model to help managers make reasonable decision for the investment in the appropriate type of cloud computing. Cloud computing can be classified into public, private and hybrid architecture and we evaluate their attractiveness using traditional NPV and real option methods. We conduct economic analysis by comparing traditional software delivery model with various types of cloud computing. The work compares each mode of cloud computing against each other using passive NPV and dynamic real-option method. For more objective and conservative evaluation of investment alternatives, we eliminate conventional benefits that are often subjective or hard to measure, and count only the reduction of investment cost and maintenance cost as benefit. We argue that hybrid and public cloud computing can be undervalued without their intrinsic options such as abandonment, expansion and contraction.

우리나라 경제가 급속도로 개방화되면서 우리나라 농업은 매우 어려워 상황에 맞이하게 되었다. 이에 정부는 농산물의 수급안정과 농가소득 안정화를 위해 농업관측사업을 정책적으로 실시하고 있는데, 매년 사업이 확대됨에 따라 품목별 조사체계 확립과 효율적인 정보관리를 위한 정보시스템 구축이 필요하게 되었다. 이러한 필요성에 힘입어 농업관측사업 전담기관인 한국농촌경제연구원에서는 2001년부터 농업관측정보시스템을 구축하여 이를 운영하고 있다. 최근 현재 운영되고 있는 농업관측 정보시스템에 대한 평가에 관한 논의가 진행되기 시작했지만, 이에 관한 연구는 아직 없는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 관측정보 웹조사시스템을 중심으로 이 정보시스템을 이용자(품목별 관측모니터요원 및 품목별 관측담당 연구원)를 대상으로 농업관측정보시스템의 정보시스템 영역과 사용자영역 및 성과영역에 대한 설문을 실시하여 농업관측정보시스템의 성과 분석을 통해 평가요인을 검토하여 향후 관측정보시스템 종합적인 평가모형 개발을 위한 지표로 활용코자 한다.

Information and communication industry, which has been growing rapidly, is now leading the global economic growth, contributing a ripple effect on general business and economic structure. It is said that information and communication industry enables swift economic growth taking a role as a basic industry of information-oriented society. Especially, rapid technical innovation promotes mutual growth of other related industries and it is technology-intensive. The purpose of this research is to analyze the management efficiency of information and communication industry using DEA method, and finally suggests numerical value for inefficient organizations to improve their efficiency. CCR-I, BCC-I efficiency and RTS(Returns to scale) of 29 companies engaged in information and communication industry was evaluated. With the results, we suggested the model companies for benchmarking in information and communication industry. To summarize, 7 companies were selected with CCR-I efficiency rate 1, and 12 companies with BCC-I efficiency rate 1. RTS was finalized with 8 IRS companies, 10 DRS companies, and 11 CRS companies.

Most studies based on production function theory have concluded that economic growth is a result of information technology (IT) capital use. However, some studies have indicated that economic growth is a determinant of IT investment. To determine if these results also hold at the industry level, we use the Granger causality test to analyze bidirectional causality with industry-level data for 1977~2007 from the United States. The results generally reveal that IT investment causes economic growth in many industries under the concept of Granger causality, that economic growth causes IT investment in some industries, and that IT investment is not associated with economic growth in some industries. In the country-level time-series data made by summing up the IT capital and gross output for each industry, the results do not show any causality between IT investment and economic growth. However, they show bi-directional causality between IT investment and economic growth in the panel data. These results may be a source of IT productivity paradox.

부동산시장은 경제의 중심 요소 중 하나로, 거래량과 가격 변동 등이 직접적인 영향을 미친다. 특히, 부동산시장은 경제 지표 외에도 정책이나 심리에 따라 변동하는 경향이 있어 심리적 요인의 변화와 분석에 대한 요구가 지속된다. 본 연구는 소비자 심리지수(CCSI)와 부동산시장 소비심리지수(REI) 간 상관관계를 분석하여 부동산시장의 건정성 유지 및 효율성 향상에 기여하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 선형 회귀분석 및 상관분석을 통해 소비자 심리지수와 부동산시장 소비심리지수 간 연관성 연구를 진행했다. 경제적 상황 및 소비자 심리 변화가 부동산시장 소비심리지수에 영향을 미친다는 것을 보여주며, 이는 부동산시장의 예측과 전략 수립에 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다.
