The value of the library has always been recognized positively. Economic valuation of libraries and their services uses a concrete methodology that enables the quantification of library value and communication of said value among library stakeholders. This paper presents a comprehensive review of literature on economic valuation of the library based on a total of 89 studies conducted over the last quarter-century. Research on library valuation began in the mid-1990's with the formal exploration of the value of public libraries from a theoretical point of view. In the 2000's, various theories and methodologies were reviewed and put into actual measurement studies. The comprehensive review and analysis point to the need for the development of consistent and reliable set of methods, which will facilitate further application of methods and comparison of results.

본고의 본적은 앞으로 예상되는 세계경제(世界經濟)의 국경 없는 단일경제(單一經濟)로의 통합화 진전과 정보통신기술의 혁신에 따라, 우리 경제가 추구해야 할 경제구조조정정책방향(經濟構造調整政策方向)을 모색하는데 있다. 본고는 우선 경제조직(經濟組織)이란 내생변수(內生變數)로서 경제환경(經濟環境)의 변화에 따라 최적구조를 찾아간다는 시각에서, 외생적(外生的) 여건변화(與件變化)에 따른 경제조직의 변화(變化)를 체계적으로 설명할 수 있는 '내생적 경제조직론'을 개발하고, 세계경제여건변화에 따른 경제구조의 변화를 전망하고 있다. 이 이론(理論)에 의하면, 세계시장의 통합에 따른 시장규모의 확대는 일반적으로 경제활동의 전문화(專門化) 대형화(大型化)를 촉진시키게 되는 반면, 정보통신기술(情報通信技術)의 발달에 따른 경제활동간의 연계의 강화는 경제활동의 겸업(兼業) 및 다각화(多角化)를 촉진시키는 것으로 시사되고 있다. 이러한 결과의 응용을 통해, 본고는 우선 통합화에 따라 세계각국의 경제구조는 시장규모가 동일해짐으로써 유사한 형태로 귀일해 갈 것이며, 이에 따라 세계경제의 추세에서 크게 벗어나는 독특한 경제구조의 추구는 경제적(經濟的) 비효율(非效率)을 초래할 우려가 높다고 본다. 그리고 경제여건변화(經濟與件變化)에 따라 기업들은 전문화(專門化)와 다각화(多角化)를 활발히 추구함으로써 경제구조(經濟構造)의 변화(變化)를 주도해 나갈 것으로 전망되지만, 정부는 정보의 부족으로 이러한 과정을 구체적으로 예측할 수가 없기 때문에, 금후의 구조조정방안(構造調整方案)을 모색함에 있어서, 정부는 구체적 대응방안을 발견하려 하거보다는 기업들의 자생적 구조조정노력을 뒷받침해 줄 수 있도록 경제자율화를 통해 최적의 대응여건을 마련해 주는 것이 바람직하다고 본다.

대부분의 온라인 게임에서는 아이템이나 사이버머니를 얻는 생산활동과 아이템을 구입하는 소비활동이 일어나는 등, 일종의 경제 시스템을 이루고 있다. 특히 최근에는 플레이어들이 아이템 현금 거래를 통해 현실과 게임간의 경제적 상호활동을 하고 있기 때문에, 게임 내에서 발생하는 경제 문제가 실제 게임업체의 매출과 수익성에도 영향을 줄 수 있다. 온라인 게임 내의 사이버머니 통화량 및 아이템 유통량에 대해 어떤 경제 정책을 세우는가에 따라 게임 서비스 회사의 수익성이 좌우된다. 때문에 게임 내부의 경제와 실물 경제의 상호 연관성을 파악하는 것이 게임 경영에 있어 중요한 이슈로 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는, 게임 속에서 구체적으로 어떠한 경제문제가 발생할 수 있으며, 그것이 유저의 게임동기와 회사의 수익성에 어떤 영향을 끼치게 되는지 파악하고자 하였다. 시스템 다이내믹스 방법론을 이용하여 온라인 게임의 일반 경제 모형을 개발하고, 이를 이용하여 몇 가지 시나리오에 대한 동태적인 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 이를 통해, 온라인 게임을 경영함에 있어 고려해야 할 주요 문제들에 대하여 논하였다.

This study is to develope a user-based economic valuation methodology and model for the economic analysis on the DDS of foreign journals. For this study, the sampling data on the annual subscribed journals by K institution was used and the online questionnaire was used to collect data. There are three aspects of the economic value of DDS journals was classified as use value, non-use value, and expectancy value. We suggested the income and market approach to measure its economic use value. To estimate the its value by individual users, this study applied a contingent valuation method and designed the imaginary scenarios.

The purpose of this study is to explore the present US consumer behavioral trends and various cognitive schema types for sharing economy frame and shared service. For this, by applying Q methodology, this paper theoretically defines three differentiated typologies of US consumer in a interpretive perspective. This study is in-depth focused on discovering and categorizing characteristics of a respondent's thinking structure called 'schemata'. According to the entire procedures of Q methodology, this paper analyzed Q-sorted data from twenty-four people in the basis of forty Q-samples (statements). Consequently, we discovered four consumer groups named as Type 1 'Socialsumer', Type 2 'Smarsumer', Type 3 'Researsumer'.

본 연구는 최근 자연어 인공지능 연구 동향에 발맞추어 사전 학습된 언어 인공지능을 활용한 의미론적 분석을 통해 국문 보고서의 가독성을 평가하는 방법론 두 가지를 제안한다. 연구진은 연구 과정에서 사전 학습된 언어 인공지능을 활용해 추가 학습 없이 문장을 임의의 벡터값으로 임베딩하고 이를 통해 1. 의미론적 복잡도 와 2. 내재적 감정 변동성 두 가지 지표를 추출한다. 나아가, 앞서 발견한 두 지표가 국문 보고서의 가독성과 정(+)의 상관관계에 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 통사론적 분석과 레이블링 된 데이터에 크게 의존하던 기존의 가독성 평가 방법론으로 부터 탈피해, 별도의 학습 없이 기존 가독성 지표에 근사한다는 점에서 의미가 있다.

정보화 기술의 급속한 발전과 인터넷을 통한 세계적인 전자상거래 시장확대 및 B2B 비중의 증가 등 경제 패러다임이 변화하고 있다. 이러한 급변하는 시장환경과 B2B 거래 활성화에 따라 기업 간 비즈니스 프로세스 및 거래 문서의 표준화가 대두되었고, 이를 위해 XML을 이용한 인터넷 기반 글로벌 전자상거래 실현을 위한 지원 기술로서, ebXML이 국제 표준으로 등장하였다. 본 논문에서는 비즈니스 프로세스 모델링을 위한 UMM 모델링 방법론과 비즈니스 프로세스의 표준화를 위해 ebXML에서 제시하고 있는 워크시트를 이용하여 신발산업의 비즈니스 프로세스 표준화를 위한 모델링을 제안하였다.

In this paper, we have tried to evaluate the economic value of technological information. Toward this aim, we have adopted the newly emerging method of contingent valuation which capitalizes on the direct survey through users. The estimated result indicates the strong support for the public activities to provide and diffuse technological information. We also tried to shed light on the implications of the research finding for government technology policy.
