본 연구는 글로벌 인터넷 시장의 구매자와 판매자의 장단기 전략에서 가격을 기준으로 가장 합리적인 결정 방법을 알아보고 이를 통해 보다 가격 기준의 만족도 높은 거래를 성사시켜 구매자 및 판매자 모두에게 이득이 될 수 있는 프로세스를 제안한다. 제안된 프로세스는 구매자는 낮은 가격으로, 판매자는 높은 가격으로 물품의 거래가 성사된다면 가장 만족도가 높다는 가설을 세우고 이를 검증할 수 있도록 기존 시장을 구성하는 다양한 판매 방법들을 분석하여 본 연구에서 제시 하는 프로세스와의 장단점을 비교하고 본 연구를 통해 합리적 가격이 결정되는 방법 및 프로세스를 제한한다.

지난해 말 전자금융 서비스 가입자 수가 6500만 명을 넘어섰으며, 올해로 도입 10년째를 맞이하고 있는 인터넷 뱅킹 서비스는 유비쿼터스 시대와 맞물려 우리 생활 깊숙이 자리 잡았다. 은행을 방문하지 않아도 일상생활에서 쉽게 접할 수 있는 전자매체를 통해 금융거래를 할 수 있다는 편리함으로 전자금융서비스를 이용한 거래가 창구거래보다 높은 상황이며, 전자금융거래 이용도는 계속 증가할 전망이다. 그러나 이러한 편리함 이면에는, 전자금융의 보안 허점을 노린 해킹시도가 끊이지 않고 있으며, 2005년 5월 인터넷 뱅킹 사고를 시작으로, 2007년 1월 대형 은행 고객정보 대량 유출 피싱 사건, 2007년 2월 공인인증서 유출로 인한 은행 불법 인출 사건 등 금전적인 이득을 노린 금융보안 사고들이 발생하고 있다. 최근 정부에서는 이러한 보안위협으로부터 사용자의 금융정보를 보호하고, 안전한 전자금융서비스를 제공하고자 "전자금융거래 안전성강화 종합대책"을 발표하였고, 이의 일환으로 기존 보안카드보다 보안성이 높은 OTP 기기를 개인고객에게도 도입하도록 하는 방안을 추진하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 일반 전자금융 서비스 고객에게도 확대되어 사용될 것으로 기대되는 OTP 기기의 기술 현황 및 국내 금융권 OTP 도입사례를 살펴보도록 한다.

Recently, the proportion of housing lease has been increasing to an overwhelming level in line with the increase of single-person households and the change in the form of housing. In the normal case, the use of rental-type housing is subject to a housing lease agreement through a licensed real estate agent. In the event of a transaction conclusion, licensed real estate agent shall issue a contract containing the personal information of the lessee, the renter, and the licensed real estate agent to the transaction party. In this case, it is necessary for the lessee to provide the contract to a third party. This paper analyzes relevant laws and regulations and the status of housing transactions, focusing on personal information processed between offline housing lease agreements. And when issuing a contract through IRTS, we propose a way to protect personal information by providing a third party in three forms: information Data Subject-based, Purpose of usage-based De-identification, and Certificate of Contract.

In this paper, we analyze the current trading systems and suggest two secure electronic trading systems that make a fair exchange for online game items. The system is made up for the weak points in the current item trading system. In the proposed system, a game server issues a certificate each item on the user's request. On the one hand, this certificate is used to recover the item when the system error is occured. On the other hand, the user may exchange it with another item or cyber money. The proposed system supports private and reliable trading. Further, the trading can be completed only by online processing.

블록체인은 암호화폐의 기반이 되는 기술로 데이터를 P2P 분산 방식으로 체인 형태로 기록하여 보안성과 안전성을 갖?다. 중앙 집권화에서 벗어나 사용자들의 네트워크에서 자유롭고 안전한 거래를 가능하게 하는 블록체인은 현재 스마트 계약, 암호화폐, 개인 정보 인증 등 다양한 방법으로 활용되고 있다. 블록체인 사용자들은 거래의 안전성을 위해 채굴이라는 과정으로 블록을 인증하는데 절반 이상의 해시파워를 가진 공격자가 거래내역을 조작하는 것이 51% attack이다. 채굴자들은 채굴을 위해 전문 장비를 개발하고 이익을 도모하기 위해 모이면서 큰 집단으로 모이면서 51% attack에 대한 공격가능성이 높아졌고 실제로 엄청난 피해를 입힌 공격 사례가 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 51% attack의 사례와 기존 대응방안인 PoS 방식과 dPoW 방식 및 각 방식에 대한 한계를 분석하였고 이를 보완한 새로운 블록체인 모델을 제안한다.

Mobile database system address information processing based on database system in mobile computing environment. In the mobile database system, when a mobile transaction host enter a other radio coverage area called a cell while processing a transaction, it have to alter the communication network address to new database server. This is called transactional service handoff. This paper propose a transaction processing scheme for providing the proper function of this transactional service handoffs in mobile database system. This scheme apply coordinator migration mechanism which perform the transaction in new database server when posed to be the transaction service handoff. Fially, the proposed scheme will improve system performance by minimizing the tansmission of message for processing the transactions in mobile database system.

Many of the theoretical studies have considered herd behavior as a source of the volatility in financial markets, but there have been few empirical studies on the dynamic herding due to the technical difficulty of detecting herd behavior with time-series data. In this context, this paper proposes a new method for measuring time-varying herd behavior based on QR-GARCH model. Using daily data of KOSPI stocks, this paper provides some empirical evidence for strong and volatile herding among traders of stocks of medium firms, and shows that time-varying herd behavior in traders of some stocks has persistent autocorrelation.

인터넷 등 네트워크상의 거래에서의 인증은 주요한 인프라이다 네트워크상에서의 거래에서는 일반적 대면거래에서와 달리 상대방 확인과 내용에 대한 확인을 할 수 없다. 이러한 문제점을 해결해주는 것이 바로 인증이며 인증은 암호방식을 사용하며 신뢰받는 제3자에 의해 수행된다. 인증사업을 위한 제도적 뒷받침을 위해 각국은 디지틀서명 및 인증기관에 관한 디지틀 서명법을 제정하고 있으며, 민간부문 뿐만 아니라 공공부문을 포괄하는 상호인증을 가능케하는 국가적 차원의 공개키기반구조 확립에 주력하고 있다. 본고에서는 이러한 인증의 개념과 국내외 인증사업 및 정책에 대해 살펴보았다.

인터넷시대 가상 공간에서는 새로운 흐름들이 속속 등장하고 있다. 그 중에서 대표적인 것은 아마도 인터넷을 통한 상거래일 것이다. 이러한 사이버 상거래에 있어서 가장 중요한 것은 지불수단 즉 과금방식이다. 사이버 상거래가 완벽하게 정착되려면 공급자와 수요자간에 있어서 신뢰성의 중요성은 말할 나위가 없다. 공급자는 공급하는 제품의 품질과 고객이 정보보호를 수요자는 그러한 신뢰의 바탕위에서 사이버 거래를 발전시킬 것이다. 이러한 거래에 있어서 등장한 것이 바로 전자결제 수단이며 다양한 형태로 발전되어가고 있다. 아직도 해결과제가 많이 남아있지만 현재 진행되고 있는 전자지불 수단의 다양한 형태를 짚어봄으로써 가능성을 열어보고자 한다.
