It needs various technology assessment informations to perform reasonable technology valuation. It takes large amount of time and cost to collect technology assessment informations which is same or similar. To provide technology assessment informations efficiently, we develop new system which can batch search and browse all technology assessments gathered from institute of technology valuation, research institute and so on. In this paper, we explain how to use the method such as "metadata integration" and "metadata collection", "mapping for National Science & Technology Standard Classification" as a part of the system.

Benefit-cost analysis is a useful tool for organizing information on the relative value of alternative public investments like national park preservation projects. When the value of all significant benefits and costs can be expressed in monetary terms, the net value (benefits minus costs) of the alternatives under consideration can be computed and used to identify the alternative that yields the greatest increase in public welfare. However, since goods and services of national parks are not commonly bought or sold in the marketplace, it can be difficult to express the outputs of a national park preservation project in monetary terms. In this case the dichotomous choice contingent valuation is employed to elicit the public benefit value. In this paper, a distribution-free approach, Turnbull empirical distribution model, is employed to analysis the benefit value of Woraksan National Park. The result is shown that annual use and preservation values of Woraksan National Park are estimated 6.5 and l37.4 billion won. Also, flow and stock values are estimated 143.9 and 3,021.7 billion won, respectively.

In many countries, governments invest a substantial amount of budget in open government data (OGD) for governmental performance and transparency. To understand the actual performance of such policies, the governments should measure the realized value. Many organizations and researchers have attempted to assess the value of OGD. However, they have neglected a perspective of consumers who benefit from OGD. Moreover, little research has quantified the economic value. This research examines extant methods of intangible asset valuation to quantify the economic value of OGD in a citizen perspective. In consideration of the extant research methods and the characteristics of OGD, the contingent valuation method is the most appropriate because it effectively reflects various users and their purpose of use. We then conduct a survey of citizens living in Seoul, Korea and assess the economic value of OGD provided by the Seoul government. Findings show that citizens' willingness to pay (WTP) differs across respondents' prior experience, tax resistance, perceived benefit and perceived reality of virtual scenario, but it does not differ across their demographics. WTP also significantly varies across the question formats. We discuss the reliability of the results and implications for future research.

우리 기술신용보증기금은 중소·벤처기업의 기술개발을 촉진하여 우량기업으로 성장·발전할 수 있도록 기술평가를 통한 신용보증 등 각종 지원사업을 수행하고 있다. 특히 각종법률에 의한 기술가치평가기관으로 지정되어 전국 7개 지역에 기술평가센터를 운영하고 있으며 동 센터에서는 기업이 보유하고 있는 기술에 대한 기술가치 및 사업성평가등 기술력 평가업무를 전문적으로 수행하고 있다. 최근 중소기업청, 정보통신부등의 중앙부터와 경기도등의 지방자치단테에서 추진하고 있는 중소기업 및 벤처창업 지원 관련한 우리기금의 업무 및 고유업무를 간략히 소개하고자 한다.

The present study develops an evaluation indicator for cultural value of library. First, a preliminary evaluation indicator was developed based on analysis of both domestic and foreign studies on the value of library. The preliminary evaluation indicator was used for three rounds of Delphi survey conducted by 10 experts for development of the final evaluation indicator. The final evaluation indicator consists of four evaluation areas community cultural development, succession - and promotion of cultural heritage, contribution to local residents' enjoyment of culture, and establishment of community culture and 10 evaluation items, and 50 specific evaluation indicators.

With the active usage of digital media, the importance of and the interest in User Interface (UI)/User Experience (UX) have been increasing. This study proposes the development of design evaluation model to utilize the quality analysis model as a basis if there were to be a development of mobile education application. Main factors of the design evaluation model, which is based on User Value analysis, influence users' attitudes and intentions in continuing their uses of a mobile education application. The employment of the design evaluation factors onto the existing agile method's development stage, therefore, would provide an optimal UX environment for the application. This application not only will increase the satisfactions of consumers, but also will have positive impacts on their intentions in continuing their uses of a mobile education application.

본 연구는 최첨단 기술정보를 기반으로 경쟁하는 기업들이 첨단기술정보, 창조정보, 지식정보를 통합한 통합정보를 최적으로 경영하여 이를 연구원에게 제공함으로써 창조성을 극대화할 수 있도록 하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 각 기술정보, 창조정보, 지식정보의 기본적인 가치를 측정하는 정적평가와 정보의 공유도산출이라는 동적평가를 동시에 수행하는 평가시스템으로 설계하여 이들 정보의 활용도를 극대화시키는 것이 본 논문의 목적이다.

Appraisal is one of the most important record management tasks. Appraisal is the process of evaluating business activities to determine which records need to be captured and how long the records need to be kept to meet business, the requirements of organizational accountability and community expectations. Appraisal, therefore, is concerned with deciding both what records should be created to document a business activity and how long those records should be retained. This paper attempts to review the appraisal policies of four national archives in UK, USA, Canada, Australia, which have managed public records systematically and to compare appraisal policies in the following five parts such as 1) purpose, 2) appraisal objectives, 3) appraisal values, 4) procedures for appraisal, and 5) special considerations. Finally, the paper suggests the important items required when the Korean National Archives and Records Services develops their own appraisal policies.

Digital data are mostly comprised of unstructured data such as text file, office file, image file, video file, and drawing file. The recent digital data being generated and used within enterprise are sharply increasing in quantity. Those digital data are becoming significant as digital assets, but the value of digital assets is not properly evaluated. Accordingly, this study will present a model to evaluate the value of unstructured data as digital assets within enterprise and will also present a differentiated management plan for unstructured data as assets.
