RFID기술의 발전과 더불어 RFID 미들웨어 시스템의 중요성은 커지고 있으나 가용성 제공 수준은 아직 미흡하다. 현재 출시된 RFID 미들웨어 시스템은 가용성을 제공한다 하더라도 범위가 한정되거나 범용성이 없는 자사 기술 집약적인 형태를 보인다. 현 기술 현황으로는 다양한 도메인과 다양한 수준에서의 가용성을 보장하기란 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 가용성 관리를 위한 프레임웍을 제공함으로써 프레임윅을 기반으로 RFID 미들웨어 시스템의 가용성을 보장하는 방안을 제시한다. 가용성 관리 프레임웍은 가용성 보장을 위한 기본 로직을 프레임웍을 통해 제공하므로 RFID 미들웨어 시스템은 원하는 수준의 가용성을 보장 받을 수 있다. 가용성 관리 프레임웍을 통한 가용성 제공은 재사용성, 확장성, 유연성, 이식성의 장점을 지니며 가용성을 보장하는 RFID 미들웨어 시스템 구현에 대한 용이성을 제공할 것이다.

The purposes of this study are to find the difference in information literacy among the elderly home care service users and to identify the impact of information literacy on service quality and satisfaction among service users. To achieve the goals, this study used 466 responses from the elderly home care service recipients in Jeollabukdo providence, and conducted t-tests, ANOVA and a series of regression analyses. The results showed that there were significant differences in information literacy by gender, household type, residence area, education level and subjective health status among service users. The study also found that service users information literacy had a significant impact on service quality and satisfaction, and it confirms the importance of customized service. This study suggests that information literacy inequality exists among the elderly home care service users, therefore, the way to improve information delivery strategy should be developed for the information-poor elderly.

In this study, it suggests the High Availability (HA) implementation plan of building a continuous service infrastructure as a strategy ensuring availability, as the importance of availability securing corporate business continuity emerges in the knowledge and information society. However, if the reliability of the criticality assessment of information asset is not ensured, it requires assessment measures for availability that can be managed by mapping with service maintenance assessment items, which are availability criteria based on the asset criticality evaluated through the asset value matrix because it is difficult to maintain security in conjunction with the value of real assets. Therefore, this study suggests the assessment measures for availability of information assets.

최근 들어 서비스 가용도(Availability) 만족에 대한 중요성이 인터넷 기반 서비스 및 응용들의 성패에 가장 결정적인 요소 중의 하나로서 인식되고 있다. 이에 따라, 본 기고에서는 서비스 품질(Quality of Service: QoS)을 기존의 성능 향상 관점에서보다는 가용도 증대의 관점에서 다뤄 보고자 한다. 먼저 가용성 품질(Quality of Availability: QoA)이라는 새로운 개념을 소개하고, 가용도를 QoS의 새로운 평가 척도로써 제어 및 관측 가능한 QoS 파라메터로 정의하는 한편, 인터넷 기반 광역 분산 시스템의 특성에 맞는 가용성 정의를 정립해 본다. 특히 Peer-to-Peer (P2P) 시스템 등과 같이 시스템과 사용자 접속의 동적 변화가 잦은 시스템을 대상으로, 복제(Replication) 기술을 이용한 서비스 가용성 품질 향상 문제를 집중적으로 다뤄본다. 이를 위하여 P2P시스템과 복제기반 분산 서비스를 Stochastic그래프로 모델링해보고, 시뮬레이션 공부를 통하여 여러 가지 복제정책(알고리즘)을 대상으로 서비스 가용성 품질 향상정도를 품질 만족과 보장이라는 차원에서 각각 조사해 본다.

Most organizations are more depending on information system in advanced information society. According to this current, unrapid reaction to system failure can cause a fatal effect to a credibility of the organization. An excessively high level of dependence on information system at work makes itself as a primary target of cyber terror. The stability of university's information system is especially weaker than the enterprise's but policy support for securing availability is inadequate. In this paper, we consider the recovery system toward to disorder of university's school affairs information system theoretically and suggest high availability PC based academic administration system.

최근 인터넷 서비스 공급 및 사용자의 폭발적인 증가로 클러스터 파일 시스템에 대한 관심이 높아졌다. 이에 많은 클러스터 파일 시스템이 개발되었지만, 데이터의 가용성 측면에서 문제가 있었다. 이 가용성 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 패리티 서버를 사용하는 방법과. 전체 파일 시스템을 복제하는 방법이 소개되었다. 그러나 이러한 방법들도 가용성을 완벽하게 지원하지 못하였으며 추가적인 비용 또한 발생하였다. 본 논문에서는 파일 시스템에 대한 접근 패턴을 고려한 클러스터 파일 시스템, HA-PVFS를 제안한다. HA-PVFS는 파일 시스템에 존재하는 모든 파일이 아닌, 자주 사용되는 파일만을 접근 패턴을 분석하여 부분 복제함으로써 데이터의 가용성을 지원한다. 따라서 HA-PVFS를 통해 기존의 방법보다 낮은 비용으로 높은 가용성을 보장해 줄 수 있다.

EPC Network Architecture는 일반적으로 RFID 미들웨어 시스템의 표준안으로 응용되고 있다. RFID 미들웨어 시스템은 그 사용에 있어 서브시스템들의 장애 발생이 예상되지만 이를 탐지하고 복구하는 가용성(Availability)에 대한 지원은 부족하다. 따라서 본 논문은 EPC Network Architecture를 응용한 미들웨어 시스템을 개발함에 있어 가용성을 보장하는 방안을 제시한다. 그리고 가용성의 특성 가운데 장애 복구 기법에 더욱 초점을 두고 일반적인 수준의 가용성 또는 높은 수준의 가용성을 제공하는 다양한 기법들을 제시한다.

미들웨어에서 지속적인 서비스를 제공하는 가용성은 기본적인 요구사항이다. 가용성을 제공하기 위해서는 장애탐지와 장애복구가 기본적인 요소이다. 그리고 개별 미들웨어의 특성에 따라 다양한 수준의 가용성을 제공하기 위해서는 여러가지 장애 탐지 및 복구방법 중에서 적절한 방법이 적용되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 수준의 가용성을 제공할 수 있는 프레임웍 기반의 설계방안을 제시한다. 프레임웍 기반의 설계를 사용함으로써 미들웨어에서 제공되어야 하는 가용성관리를 구현하는 데에 드는 시간과 비용을 절감 할 수 있다.

Smart Grid, which maximize the efficiency of energic utilization by applying Information and Communication Technology to Power Grid, requires high availability. Attacks, such as DDoS, which cause suspension of service and lead to social disruptions have recently been increasing so that systematic management over availability becomes more important. In this paper, we presents a new evaluation criteria of Korean Smart Grid by comparing availability assessment items of international standards specified in management system and then overcome the limitations of availability evaluation of existing information security management system.
