  • Modern surveying techniques have been progressed to get the absolute position of a single coordinate system at any point on the earth with the advent of the Global Navigation Satellite System and One-stop digital equipment. In addition, as the speed of the railway has been increasingly faster, in determining the location of major facilities including the center of tracks, it is required to the sophisticated precision. The surveying of railway construction has applied the technical supports and procedures in accordance with the current requirements. In this study, the applicable guidelines of surveying on practical issues and alternatives would be examined, analyzed, and presented by using the empirical data of pilot areas in the process of design, construction, and the maintenance of railway.

  • The calibration of lens to be used and the planning of photographing planning layout is very important to achieve the requested accuracy in the precision measurement by close-range photogrammetry. Establishment of absolute coordinate system is regarded as another important factor for the purpose of measuring absolute deformation of photogrammetric object. In this study, the following tasks were performed : (1) calibration of super-wide-angle lens or focal length 21mm fer close-range photographing used by 35mm metric camera, (2) development of the measuring system for monitoring of absolute deformation through periodic observation of small area, and, (3) application of this system to monitor the absolute deformation of surface of underwater structure in fixed cycle and to present the efficiency of the system.

  • The development of equipments which are for the collection and processing of digital images in digital photogrammetry is actively performed at the research about practical use. The close-range digital photogrammetry is widely using to determine accurate position, feature, and size of objects. The goal of this study is to judge the precise surveying possibility of a streamline object, like a vehicle, using digital close-range photogrammetry. The standard deviation of the calculated coordinates is respectively ${\sigma}_x$=0.434mm, ${\sigma}_y$=0.619mm, ${\sigma}_z$=0.387mm. The result values is enough to converge an accuracy required for the field of an automobile design. Therefor we suggest that the digital close-range photogrammetry could be use for the majority of industries.

  • 우리나라의 GIS 구축을 육상과 해상으로 나누어 볼 때 육상부분은 국가지리정보체계사업에 의해 대도심지 중심으로 거의 구축이 완료된 상태이다. 그리나, 해상부분에 있어서의 GIS 구축은 해양수산부가 중심이 되어 구축중이나 아직 지리정보와 속성정보의 정의와 초기구축단계에 있는 실정이다. 지리정보체계는 보다 효율적인 활용방안을 위해 GPS와 연결되어 항법 및 위치추적시스템과 연결되어 그 파급효과를 극대화시키는 연구가 많이 이루어지고 있다. GPS는 정확도면을 기준으로 볼 때 항법용과 정밀측량용으로 나누어진다. 현재는 GPS 기술이 상당히 발전하여 저가격의 정밀측량용 GPS 장비가 소개되고 있지만, 아직은 그 비용면에서 사용자가 원하는 정도의 저가격은 되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 자동차나 선박항해를 위해 사장되는 GPS 장비는 저가격의 항법용 GPS 장비가 현재 많이 사용되고 있다. 본 연구는 항법용의 저가격의 GPS 장비를 이용하여 해양부분에 있어서 정밀 선박항법 및 위치추적시스템으로 활용하기 위해 측지학적인 좌표해석을 기본으로 한 선박항법시스템을 구축하는 것이다. 또한, 본 연구를 통하여 각자의 선박항법과 더불어 관리국에서 많은 선박을 관리하기 위한 인터넷 GIS 구축에 대한 필요성을 게시하고자 한다.

  • 최근 스마트 기기의 활용 요구 증가로 인한 실내 위치 인식 시스템 수요가 급증함에 따라, BLE(Bluetooth Low Energy) 비콘을 이용한 실내 측위 시스템이 각광받고 있다. 본 논문은 BLE 비콘 기반에 중심을 두고 RSSI 신호를 이용하여 거시적인 삼변 측량 기법을 이용하여 산출한다. 그 결과값을 근사치 위치에만 Fingerprinting을 적용하여 위치 측위 기본 연산량을 줄임과 동시에 에너지 효율을 증대시킨다. 또한 선정된 Fingerprinting Cell 주위의 노드만을 이용하여 사용자의 단말 위치의 정밀성을 보장하는 정밀 삼변 측량 연산을 수행하여 에너지 효율을 고려한 BLE 핑거프린팅 기반의 정밀 실내 측위 알고리즘을 제안한다.

A Study on the Correlation beween Visual Excess and Height Measuring Precision (과고감과 표고측정정밀도와의 상관관계에 관한 연구)

  • In a stereoscopic measurements on the aerial photogrammetric works, it is in general understood that the larger and the larger is a vertical scale exaggeration, the better and the better is height measuring precision. Despite the success with which a stereoscopic measurement has been applied to contour mapping as well as spot height measurement, no generally accepted theory for visual excess has yet been developed. This experiments aim at arrangement of a correlation between visual excess and height measuring precision. The stereoscopic measurements with parallax bar in the mirror stereoscope are carried out on the test model of which consists normal angle, wide angle and super wide angle respectively. With the result of this experiments, it is conclued that height measuring precision is proportional to the magnitude of visual excess.

  • Recently, industrialization of a country is accelerated and request of society infrastructure is raised so national land development is activity view. Accordingly, the search for a wide-ranging buried heritage do acted in large construction region. Because the buried heritage get buried in land that it is necessary to the precision search and research for a record and a preservation. Until now, Surveying techniques of a historic site have made status map, profile and cross section map through leveling survey, total-station survey and sketch of specialist. So, to solve problems existing relic survey or drawing making method have using digital camera these researches rapidly and economically obtain stereo image of object and present a technique that constructs 3D image model for digital photogrammetry method. Also, these researches construct 3D image model for record and preservation of a historic site through site test and in 3D and graphical express a historic site and support works that produce other maps if we need it. offer base data of GIS (Geographic Information System) to collect and analyze overall, information of a historic site.

  • This study tries to introduce the precision measurement of 3-dimensional terrain of reservoir using Echo Sounder and RTK-GPS which is unprecedented in domestic. In this study, to introduce the way to produce the plane figure, the cross section and data of underside reservoir by constructing the 3-dimensional terrain models using 3-Dimensional data gained by measurement.

  • 드론의 활용은 점점 더 다양해지며 소규모지역에 대한 정밀 지도제작방법으로 자리매김하고 있다. 그러나, 결과물의 요구정확도의 예측이 불가능하므로 종종 촬영계획을 수정하여 재촬영할 경우가 종종있다. 촬영지역의 면적, 기준점 수 및 배치, 촬영고도 및 중복도에 대한 다양한 정확도 분석이 이루어진다면 사전 시뮬레이션을 통하여 원하는 정확도의 결과물을 얻을 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 드론측량 시 정확도에 영향을 주는 다양한 요소들을 추출하고 정확도 분석을 위한 테스트필드를 설계하고자 한다.

  • It is well known that a triangulateration net is superior to a trilateration net or triangulation net in a same configuration. In general, to explain this nature is not easy because the large residuals and reference variance are revealed in the adjustment of a heterogeneous network. In this paper the precision and the reliability of network are discussed, and the considerations of simultaneous adjustment are covered A practical example shows that the concept and criteria of reliability give better estimate than the precision in heterogeneous network.
