A Study on Software Dev. Project Management System Acquisition and Implementing on project site (SW개발 프로젝트 관리시스템 도입 및 적용사례에 대한 연구)

  • In this paper, we introduce PMS's main function and main effect which implemented medium and large scale software development project site, and we propose importance and improvement nacessity of PMS implementation. PMS's main functions are developed based on best practices which CMMI model and PMBOK. Also, each PMS has specialized unique function according to it's target industry area or related I.T solutions which has infra dependency. The effectiveness of PMS implementation on project site is seperated two types, one is qualitative effect, the other quantitative effect. Representative qualitative effects are improvement of enterprise's image and competency. Also representative quantitative effect is reduction of project management cost as a financial effect. As far as project size is increase, PMS's needs and necessariness will be increase, so we need to improve PMS;s function according to project management's global trend and software customer's requisition.

  • EEG(electroencephalogram)는 주로 전문가의 판독에 따른 주관적 판단에 의존하여 임상에서 사용되어져 왔다. 그러나 비선형 동역학 분석을 이용한 해석학적인 정량화 연구가 진행 되어짐에 따라 특이 패턴을 이용한 환자의 질병진단 이외에도 정상인의 뇌 활동 및 인지기능 둥을 이해하기 위한 도구로써 그 활용범위가 넓어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 정상인에게 다양한 자극을 준 후 측정한 EEG를 상관차원 분석법을 이용하여 다양한 자극에 대한 뇌파의 특징을 분석하였다. 그 결과 각 자극에 따른 뇌 활동도의 차이를 정량적으로 분석할 수 있었으며, 뇌 활동 부위와 자극과의 관계도 정량적으로 분석할 수 있었다.

  • 좌심실의 파라미터는 심장의 기능을 분석하기 위해 측정되는 정량적인 표현으로, 특히 지역적 파라미터인 두께와 두께의 변화는 심판 기능을 분석하기에 적합한 파라미터이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 좌심실의 지역적 파라미터를 측정하고, 이를 위해 사용되는 삼자원적 방법을 개선하여 구현함으로써 기존의 폭정 방법의 제약을 극복하고자 하였다. 또한, 측정 결과를 가시화하여 직관적인 분석이 가능하도록 하고, 이를 시스템에 구축하여 임상에서 직접적으로 활용할 수 있도록 하였다.

  • This paper is thing for a quantitive quality evaluation in national Defense Human Resource Management Information S/W system development. Apply a quantitive quality evaluation way to be based on an international standard to admonish at ISO/IEC 9126. Proposed 6 basis of count, and set up sub 27 items detailed functionality, reliability, use anger, efficiency, maintenance anger, a transplant result, and inspection of quality table wrote the Matrix measured S/W quality to a chart. Studied a quantitive evaluation plan of a Defense Human Resource Management Information S/W system to see weight by the priority order that reflected a characteristic of a national defense business to a Purpose of a subject user, and Presented. It is 80% in quantitive quality evaluation application satisfied under 8, Very Satisfied 7(87.5%) Satisfied 1(12.5%) of Defense Human Resource Managers and judgment worked as marked so that satisfaction of reliability and a user regarding functionality was high and there will be contribute to an elevation of defense capabilities as analyze efficient national defense S/W use and effect.

  • This research attempted to find out any implications for strategies to design and develop the connections between the activities of the brain function and the fields of English learning (dictation, word level, speaking, word memory, listening). Thus, in developing the brain based learning model for the English education, attempts need to be made to help learners to keep the whole brain toward learning. On this point, this study indicated the significant results for the exclusive brain location and the brainwaves on the each English learning field by the quantitative EEG analysis. The results of this study presented the guidelines for the balanced development of the left brain and the right brain to train the specific site of the brain connected to the English learning fields. In addition, whole brain training model is developed by the quantitative EEG data not by the theoretical learning methods focused on the right brain training.

A Study on Arterial Road Network Improvement Based on Networking Analysis (Networking 기반의 간선도로의 망기능 분석방법론 연구)

  • The present study proposed a methodology to analyze the networking efficiency of arterial road networks. The methodology was motivated to design three-dimensional networks and to analyze the networking ability quantitatively, which is a novel approach compared to existing methods depending on the two-dimensional network definition and the qualitative analysis for improving arterial road networks. The method considered the interdependence between high-level freeways and low-level highways, the ITS-based information for traffic and road conditions, and the physical networking. These three factors were quantified by a networking index (NI), and the networking efficiency was measured by a networking rate (NR). The present study proved that the networking efficiency (NR) was influenced by travel information sharing (i.e., ITS) and physical factors. This supports the fact that the integrated improvements of physical and ITS factors are necessary for an arterial road. The proposed method was applied for an actual arterial road network. It was found that the nation-wide NR was higher than that for the metropolitan area, which might be due to the difficulty in switching between high- and low-level networks and the lack of ITS functions in the metropolitan area.

  • Since the concerns for safety of highway traffic safety facilities inherent in various environmental risk is increased, systematic performance, cost, and effect analysis process is needed for this. In case of median barrier among various traffic safety facilities, quantitative risk assessment is inevitable because it has lots of direct/indirect risk factors. Thus, this study suggests an advanced VE(Value Engineering) approach incorporating quantitative risk analysis. For the applicability, suggested VE approach considering alternative 1(140cm) and 2(127cm) is applied to median barrier in fields. Also, major improvement objects are extracted from governing factors of cost and performance based on functional analysis. It is concluded that the proposed risk assessment methodology will provide rational and practical solutions for best value and the approach could effectively applied for various traffic safety facilities by slight modification of suggest process.

  • 개발방법론 지원도구는 개발 프로세스 정의, 방법론 참조 등의 기본적인 기능을 지원해 주는 도구가 출시되어 있으나, 최신 기술을 바로 적용하거나 프로젝트의 수행 결과 획득된 지식을 전사적 차원에서 공유하거나 조직의 개발 프로세스 향상을 위한 정량적인 관리 활동을 지원하는 기능은 전반적으로 미흡한 형편이다. 이러한 사실에 근거하여 본 연구에서는 시스템 개발자 자신이 개발해야 하는 제품, 자신의 조직, 자신이 해결해야 하는 문제 등과 같은 상황적 요소에 기반하여 다양한 시스템 개발 체계를 쉽게 정의, 조정 및 적용할 수 있도록 지원하는 도구(PRiME)를 개발하고자 한다. 즉, 방법론 관리, 프로젝트 관리 및 자산 관리를 개발방법론 지원도구의 기본 기능으로 하며 이에 기반하여 시스템 개발 지식의 재사용을 위한 체계적인 지식관리 기능을 갖출 수 있도록 지원하고자 한다.

A Study of Quantitative Characterization of Physically Uncloanble Functions (물리적 복제 불가능 회로 정량적 특성 평가 방법 연구)

  • Applications on physically unclonable circuits (PUFs) for implementing and utilizing security protocols with hardware is on the rise. PUFs have the capability to perform functions such as authentication, prevention of replication, and secure storage of critical information in integrated circuits and security systems. Through the implementation of physically unclonable circuits, a wide range of security features, including confidentiality, integrity, and availability, can be applied. Therefore, PUFs are promising candidate to build secure integrated circuits and hardware systems. However, in order that PUFs possess security features, PUFs should possess characteristics such as unpredictability, uniqueness, and robustness characteristics. This study provides a detailed explanation and introduction of the methods to characterize the PUF properties. By applying the results, it becomes possible to quantitatively evaluate the characteristics of implemented PUFs and assess their availabilities for security system applications.

  • 해마를 비롯하여, 뇌 기능과 밀접한 관련을 가지는 뇌 하위조직의 분석에 대한 최근 연구로 MR 영상 등의 해부학적 영상으로부터의 볼륨 추출, 형상 복원, 대칭성 비교 등을 들 수 있다. 이러한 연구들은 뇌의 해부학적 정보에만 의존함으로써 관심영역에 대한 신진대사 등의 분석에 한계를 가진다. 본 논문에서는 뇌 해마영역에 대하여 해부학적, 기능적 특성의 동시 분석이 가능한 프로시저를 제안한다. 먼저 해부학적 영상과 기능적 영상의 다중모달리티 영상정합을 수행하고 이를 기반으로 해마 SPECT 볼륨이 추출되며, 나아가 체적 측정 및 강도 분포 등의 정량분석을 수행함으로써 해부학적 영역의 기능정보에 대한 직관적이며 객관적인 분석이 가능하도록 하였다.
