본 논문은 가전 및 사무용 전기전자기기에 있어서 대기전력의 정의를 조사하고 대기전력 절감을 위한 OECD국가들의 정책 노력을 기술하였다. 대기전력 절감을 위한 주요국들의 정책 수단은 표준제도, 합의에 의한 자발적 접근법, 경제제도적 수단 그리고 정보와 교육 등으로 구분하여 조사하였다.

플로우 차아트는 도서관업무에 내포된 의사결정과정을 이해하고 분석하는데 매우 유용하게 쓰이는 도구이다. 플로우 차아트는 다른 작업 간소화기법들과 종합하여 도서관의 여러 시스팀을 평가하고 개선하는 데 이용할 수가 있다. 플로우 차아트는 계열화된 일상 업무를 도해하는 수단으로 이용된다.

Becoming independent in 1956, Sudan has since experienced a number of coups $d^{\prime}{\acute{e}}tat$, religious conflicts between the Islamic north and the Christian south, conflicts between the north-south population composition and races, two civil wars for nearly 40 years due to a clash of interests over resources and others, and the Darfur crisis in which hundreds of thousands died. In 1983, as the Sudanese government forced Islamic laws on the southern region where many Christians lived, the civil war resumed and suffered heavy casualties. Although a brief period of tranquility is maintained at the present moment as South Sudan seceded, military conflicts continue to arise. The objective of this research is to understand the North-South Sudan conflict by examining its history and course. For this purpose, chapter 2 will make a theoretical and reality approach for conflict items and solutions. Chapter 3 will discuss the historical background and reasons for the Sudanese conflict by considering Sudan before 19th century, the Egyptian conquest of Sudan and the diverging North and South, Sudanese independence and other divisions yet again, and finally the North-South conflicts over religion and resources. In Chapter 4, there will be an analysis of the course of the Sudan Civil War by separating it into the First and Second Civil War. In Chapter 5, the consequences and future prospect will be presented in lieu of the conclusion.

This paper introduces Web Accessibility to web pages, which is the basic method of obtaining information in modern Internet. Also we explore the system that is capable of examine whether the corresponding web pages are following the accessibility regulation. In order to examine web pages, we need to classify all the objects that web page contains. And the classified objects are to be examined by the standards of Web Accessibility. And also this paper introduces the mobile translation system for web accessibility.

A bottom-up approach has been conducted to estimate greenhouse gas (GHG) emission and to analyze the marginal abatement cost for the Korean horticulture energy sector. With the systematically derived activity and energy balance data, the BAUs have been estimated, along with the marginal abatement cost over the period 2010 through 2030. The result from the marginal abatement cost analysis may provide general guidelines and procedures for the establishment of GHG abatement polices.

본 연구는 마케팅의 네 가지 경험적 접근방법, 즉 정보탐색적 접근, 브랜드 컨셉으로서의 경험, 즐거움의 경험, 총체적 경험 등의 내용을 살펴보고 이들의 기여와 문제점 및 한계를 살펴보았다. 또한, 감성적 경험과 소비 시점의 경험에 관해서도 논의하였다. 경험적 접근방법은 새로운 마케팅 수단으로 충분한 잠재력을 가지고 있으며 인지적 접근, 브랜드의 기능적 혜택을 강조하는 기존 마케팅 방식과는 상당한 차이가 있다. 하지만, 경험적 접근방법 앞으로 해결해야 할 많은 과제가 남아 있으며, 일부 실무적인 서적들이 주장한 바 와 같이 인지적, 기능적 마케팅 방식을 대체하는 것은 아니라고 할 수 있다. 기존 전통적인 마케팅 방식에 대하여 보완적 역할을 수행할 수 있으며, 제한적인 조건에서만 적합한 방식으로 평가할 수 있다.

In order to improve continuous success and stabilization of high-speed rail in the future, Using Frequency of high-speed rail should be enhanced by improving satisfaction of high-speed rail passenger. High-speed rail is needed to hold the priority in competition means by comparing the traits of service of domestic air lines. This study utilizes structural equation modeling to develop model for estimating factors influencing to service through conducting survey questionnaire. It also uses reliability analysis, correlation analysis, factor analysis to examine the rationalization of items and to establish hypothesis of this research. The results show that KTX contains 'inner service' item that is considered to be ameliorated and that domestic airline present low performance of 'outer service' item. In other words, moving section which partly is under a limited condition is needed to be improved. In addition, access to airport and transfer to other transportations have to be improved as they show the lowest satisfaction.

The issue of spatial equity in public healthcare services is an important issue in rural areas with lower healthcare resources. This study investigates spatial accessibility to public healthcare services by public transport, focusing on bus travel in Yeoju-gun, Gyeonggi-do. We comprehensively analyzed the spatial patterns of accessibility using the measures based on spatial interaction, and compared them with the accessibility patterns by car travel. As a result of analysis, the spatial disparity between the central part of Yeoju-gun (lower accessibility) and its peripheries (higher accessibility) was identified. More specifically, the area and population of lower accessibility areas are greater than those of higher accessibility areas, and the difference in the accessibility values between higher and lower accessible areas is considerably large. Moreover, the accessibility patterns appears somewhat different according to two different travel modes. In particular, about 20% of the entire area presented the opposite patterns between two travel modes. Interestingly, less populated peripheral areas are more included in higher accessible areas by car.
