There have been two methods of estimating computer related security risk such as qualitative and quantitative methods which have distinctive advantages or disadvantages. The former is too narrative and somehow abstract to implement and the latter produces concrete result but needs lots of data, so that it is needed to develop a method overcoming such difficulties. It is advised to mix such two methods in a proper way depending on the conditions of a computer system. In this article, a concept of fuzzy number is employed on the way of mixing the two methods and provide a simple example using fuzzy numbers. Simulation was conducted for an assumed model system and it is demonstrated how to calculated expected and unexpected risk.

Many countries implement an offset program as a method of the acquisition of modern military technology for enhancement of the domestic military strength. Offset agreements are made based on the value, not a monetary unit. The value should be above minimum threshold fixed by the related regulation. Hence, technology valuation model which is objective and reasonable is required vitally. At present, some defense related organizations such as DTaQ, ADD valuate the proposed technology by using their own method. However, due to the lack of differentiation of valuation analysis indicators for various technologies, existing offset valuation models are inadequate to consider whole characteristics of such technologies. In this paper, we developed four sets of offset valuation analysis indicators considering the characteristics of each technology, parts production, depot maintenance, military equipment performance upgrade, and R&D related technology, by using the Delphi method. Also, we structurized those indicators in each technology by using the factor analysis. Through applying developed indicators, it is expected that technology valuation in the offset program would be more credible and accurate. Ultimately, it gives greater bargaining power to negotiators in the procedure of the offset negotiation.

This paper proposes an analysis to image of Inchon port using fuzzy theory. After analysis, positive opinion is mean membership function 0.73 and positive membership function 0.27, negative opinion is mean membership function 0.69, negative membership function 0.31 about Inchon port development. therefore, for port development need to accomodation of each opinion positive opinion is maximum decrease from 20 age to 30 age. and negative opinion is maximum increase from 10 age to 20 age. According to the results, port development need to high positive image as leisure and development of waterfront and low negative image as integrated port management and strategy of considered environment port.

And it will be necessary to construct contemporary built environment for diversity of form Because expression of Architectural form by ecleticism is a method without experience designers can take architectural language by indirect experience of another worlds' architectural styles. Architectural form of Ecleticism has to be expressed by designer's own analysis when take a normal identity by creative principal of form-composition it will be a methodology of form composition and a prope necessity.

There have not been many debates on the subject of Korean architecture during the transformative period of Gae Wha Gi (開化期: Enlightenment Period of Korea), when Western-style buildings first appeared in Seoul. This study begins by finding and recording those buildings in Seoul that show the gradual adoption and appropriation of Western architectural elements at the turn of the 20th century. By exploring the confluence of two different architectural styles, this paper attempts to look carefully at the hybrid conditions that resulted from encounters between the Koreans and the Westerners in the late 19th and early 20th century. Beginning with discovering the first products of the Western architectural influence in Seoul, this study explores the uneasy co-existence between the traditional Korean architectural style, and the Western architectural style. This co-existence ultimately bred new building techniques, and interior layouts; the appearance of these hybrid buildings illustrate the gradual transition from the traditional way, in which users modified, combined and appropriated various elements from both styles. Analyzing historical documents and photos, this study tries to capture a detailed image of the period when the influence of the Western architecture had an unavoidable impact and brought change to the traditional architecture of Korea.

This experiment was carried out to find reasonable semi. hot seedbed system for early transplanting of "Tongil"rice cultivar. The quality of the young rice-plants, yield, and the occurrence of the reddish dry leaves were not significant differences between the seedbed with polyethylene tunnel and that of Rat covering. The per cent of healthy seedling of the soil preparation with the dry soil plowing was increased than that of the water soil plowing. The stability of the seedling cultivation of the thin layer straw mulching seedbed beneath the polyethylene film was higher than that of the common flat seedbed system.ed system.

큰 규모의 가상 환경에서 물체들은 사실적인 이미지효과와 함께 충돌 검출과 같은 다이내믹한 효과를 동반하여 더욱더 실제 물체와 같이 느껴지도록 해야한다. 특히, 가상세계에서의 충돌 검출은 실시간으로 계산되어야 한다. 가상환경을 이루는 기하학적 데이터의 양이 엄청나게 증가하면서 충돌 검출은 하나의 병목으로 극복되어야 할 문제로 여겨져 왔다. 본 논문에서는 많은 수의 복잡한, 3차원의 기하학적 모델들로 구성된 가상환경에서 단계적인 상세를 이용하여 가상 물체를 사실적으로 표현하면서도 어느 정도의 충돌 검출 병목을 해결하는 절충적인 방법을 제안하고 많은 양의 기하학적 데이터를 포함하는 토끼 모델을 사용하여 단계적인 상세를 이용한 가상환경을 구현하였다.

Korean modern houses should admit modern requirement, Korean climate and way of living. These elements should be expressed through not only plan but also form and design. The aim of this thesis is to understand the expression tendency of the traditional design elements in idyllic houses. For this purpose, I investigated following things : 1) The culture and social theory about the tradition and the design elements. 2) The concept of Korean traditional design elements and factors as the design elements sources. 3) The methods of Korean traditional design elements expressed in idyllic houses. As a result, the methods of traditional reception can be classified as copying, eclecticism and abstraction.
