  • The object of this research is to examine the factors leading to intercompany win-win by finding the antecedents and consequences that affect a supplier's fairness perception. We assume that the antecedent factors of a supplier's fairness perception are vertical coordination, cooperation support, information sharing, and legalistic plea. We assume that the consequential factors of a supplier's fairness perception are supply chain dependence and supply chain flexibility. The object industry is an electronic parts manufacturing company. We tested our model by using the SPSS 17.0 and the LISREL 8.5. For measurement validation, we verified by using a confirmatory factor analysis and a reliability analysis. For hypothesis analysis, we did a path analysis with the LISREL 8.5. By checking the modification index and expecting parameter changes, we modified the model. First, the buyer's vertical coordination had a positive effect on the supplier's distributive fairness perception and procedural fairness perception. Second, the buyer's cooperation support had no effect on the supplier's distributive fairness perception and procedural fairness perception: we suppose that the buyer's requests were burdensome, although they cooperated with the supplier. Third, the buyer's information sharing had a positive effect on distributive fairness perception but had no direct effect on procedural fairness perception. Fourth, the buyer's legalistic plea had a negative effect on the supplier's distributive fairness perception. and a negative effect on the supplier's procedural fairness perception at a 0.1 significance level. Fifth, although procedural fairness perception had no direct effect on supply chain dependence, fairness perception had an effect on supply chain dependence and supply chain flexibility both directly and indirectly.

  • Entrepreneurship is a means of improving national competitiveness that can expand the industry quantitatively and qualitatively based on new technologies and ideas. As a result, we are implementing a nationwide initiative support policy around the world. It leads to actual results and grows into a global company. It also has the advantage of being able to produce potential creative people through support for startups. In order to cultivate talented people suitable for startup in Korea, Venture For Korea, the internship program is being carried out with the aim of strengthening basic capabilities and establishing an exchange with existing companies. The purpose of this study is to verify the effectiveness of the system by using justice theory among the interns of the startup internship. In order to improve the accuracy of the study, the survey was done by a complete enumeration and the results were analyzed through Smart PLS 2.0. As a result of the analysis, the distributive justice and interactional justice among the fairness variables have a positive effect on the expectancy effect, and the expectancy effect has a positive effect on the satisfaction. However, procedural justice did not appear to have an effect on expectancy effects. This is because it's been only two years after the start of the internship program, and it seems to reflect the lack of consensus about the process among the stakeholders (enterprise, pre-entrepreneur, the government) related to the system. The results of this study are meaningful in that it deduces the insufficient part of the startup internship based on the justice theory. In other words, in order to increase the policy effect of the startup internship, it is necessary not only to emphasize only the purpose, but also to establish a policy direction complementing the procedural aspect.

  • This study investigates the effects of justice dimensions on negative emotion, consumer satisfaction after service recovery, repurchase intention and word-of-mouth intention in a context of service recovery. Behavioral intentions(repurchase intention and word-of-mouth intention) are critical to the discount store sellers' survival and success. The research model is an extension of previous studies, especially considering more recent developments in the service recovery literature. A survey using 458 customers in China was conducted, confirmatory factor analysis was conducted to test the validity of the measurement model, and AMOS analysis approach was used to gain important insights into how customer retention in the discount store business can be ensured. The results suggest that all three dimensions of justice had negative effects on negative emotion, had positive effects on satisfaction after service recovery. Negative emotion had negative effects on recovery satisfaction. Recovery satisfaction had positive effects on repurchase intention and word-of-mouth intention. Finally, this study suggests the implications of these findings and offers directions for future research.

  • In a power-asymmetry relationship like franchise system, a high dependent franchisee must often rely on its powerful partner. Therefore, in order to build up 'win-win' systems, therefore channel members should increase trust and commitment each other to enhance the relationship quality to sustain long-term cooperative relationships. First of all, to increase the relationship quality in franchise system, franchisor should increase franchisee's perception of the powerful franchisor's justice. The point of this research, I established basic hypotheses and comparative hypotheses to examine franchisor's behavior what franchisee expected which influences on franchisee's attitude and behavior in power - asymmetry relationship in franchise system. For the purpose of the empirical testing, managers of franchisee in the food service industry of Korea had been selected and analyzed, and major findings in this study as follow: First, the relational norm between franchisor and franchisee increased both distributive justice and procedural justice, especially relational norm had more effect on procedural justice than distributive justice. Second, distributive justice increased both economic commitment and social commitment while procedural justice just increased social commitment only but economic commitment. So, on the relational commitment, distributive justice was more important element than procedural justice. On the other hand, procedural justice had indirect effect on economic commitment through distributive and social commitment.

  • This study aims to investigate the relationship between service recovery justice, residual emotions, and customer behavior. It empirically verifies that low justice in service recovery affects residual emotions and, in turn, has an impact on customers' negative behaviors. Furthermore, this research distinguishes customer-brand relationship quality into emotional relationship quality and cognitive relationship quality and seeks to validate that the type of relationship quality may influence the extent to which the justice of recovery processes affects residual emotions. Data was collected through surveys, and hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling. The research findings indicate that among the dimensions of service recovery justice, procedural justice and interactional justice significantly influence residual emotions. Moreover, residual emotions have a significant impact on both the intention to revisit and the intention to engage in negative word-of-mouth. In addition, the impact of distributive justice and procedural justice on residual emotions was found to be higher for cognitive relationship quality than emotional relationship quality, and the impact of interactional justice on residual emotions was found to be higher for emotional relationship quality than cognitive relationship quality.
