  • 전 세계적으로 인터넷 보급률이 높아지고 전자상거래가 활발해지면서 직접 발품을 팔아가며 보다 비싼 가격에 물건을 구입하는 일보다는 인터넷몰을 이용하여 제품을 구매하는 일이 늘어나고 있다. 특히 인터넷몰 중에서도 의류를 판매하는 인터넷 쇼핑몰은 새로운 산업으로 각광받으며 하루가 다르게 새로운 사이트가 우후죽순 생겨나고 있다. 자리에 앉아 직원의 직접적인 홍보에 대한 부담을 갖지 않고 차분히 제품을 싼 가격에 구입할 수 있다는 이점을 갖고 있는 인터넷 쇼핑몰이지만 직접 제품을 눈으로 확인하지 못하기 때문에 실제 제품과 동일한 제품인지 조작된 사진인지의 여부를 확인하기 힘들고 직원과의 상담 역시 전화나 인터넷을 통해 진행되기 때문에 환불이나 교환과 같은 의사소통에 문제가 생기고는 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 오피니언 마이닝을 통해 웹 서버에 저장되어 있는 수많은 쇼핑몰의 리뷰를 정리하고 각 사이트의 서비스, 품질 등에 대한 평가를 카테고리 별로 분석하여 소비자가 현명하고 효율적인 소비 결정을 내릴 수 있도록 도울 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

Association between Myofascial Pain Syndrome and the Assessment of Pain and the related Function tests in female telephone directory assistance operators using VDT (VDT 사용 여성 전화교환원들의 근막동통증후군과 동통 및 기능평가 검사와의 관련성)

  • The Association between myofascial pain syndrome and some tests was assessed in a cross-sectional study of 904 female telephone operators using video display terminals(VDTs). 105 cases were diagnosed as Myofascial pain syndrome with symptom questionnaire, laboratory examination and physician's physical examination and 550 controls were defined to show only musculoskeletal symptoms using NIOSH symptom criteria. Data on demographics, musculoskeletal symptom and visual analogue scale(VAS) were obtained by questionnaire. Anthropometric measurements, pressure pain threshold, Grip & Pinch strength and laboratory test were conducted. No significant difference between case and control at comparing of demographics, occupational history and body measurements were observed. But, Grip strength, pressure pain threshold and VAS showed the statistical difference between case and controt. Age, pressure pain threshold of Rt. Upper trapezius and VAS were associated with myofascial pain syndrome in multivariate logistic regression analysis. This results suggest that, to diagnose of myofascial pain syndrome, the consideration of the objective aspects among patients' subjective symptom complaints through the VAS and pressure pain threshold is required.

신호중계교환기 SMX-1에서 신호연결 제어부의 설계 및 구현

  • Stand-slone 신호 중계 교환기인 SMX-1(Signalling Message eXchange No.1)은 통신망의 신경계인 공통선 신호망(Common Channel Signalling Network)의 하부 구조를 구성하는 시스팀이다. SMX-1에 총괄명 번역서비스를 수용하게 되면 통신망 사용자에게 통신망 내부의 구성 및 구성 요소의 변화에 구속되지 않고 지속적인 지능망 서비스를 제공할 수 있게 된다. 본 연구에서는 SMX-1의 설계 이념에 부합되도록 신호연결 제어부의 기능을 소프트웨어 및 하드웨어적으로 분산화하여 설계, 구현함으로써 SMX-1의 고신뢰성 및 신속성을 추구하였다. 소프트웨어적으로는 총괄명번역 서비스 제공을 위해 국제 전신 전화 자문 회의(CCITT)권고 Q.711-Q.714에서 정의하고 있는 신호연결 제어부(SCCP:Signalling Connection Control Part)의 기능을 관리 기능(SCMG : SCCP Management Part)과 루팅 제어 기능(SCRC : SCCP Routing Control Part)으로 분리하여 각각의 기능을 이중화하여 설계, 구현하였다. 하드웨어적으로는 관리 기능을 하나의 보드로 집중화하고 루팅 제어 기능을 여러개의 보드로 분산화하였다. 분산되어 있는 루팅 제어기능이 총괄명번역 서비스를 수행하기 위하여 사용하는 루팅 제어 데이터의 일치성을 유지하기 위하여, 관리 기능에 루팅 제어 데이터를 총괄적으로 관리하는 루팅 제어 데이터 관리 기능(RCDMFB : Routing Control Data Management Function Block)과 운용 관리 기능 (OMS : Operation and Management Subsystem)의 제원관리 지원기능을 구현하였다.

  • The purpose in this study has to development the system on increasing operation of old-typed transceiver for solve the question that limited allocation frequencies and continuesly icreasment of traffic. Therefore, we are desigened the remote control system that has the function for variable channels, PTT and monitoring of transmission power and frequencies. Exchange of control data is to hold in common the twist two-wire or telephone line for the voice transmission. The H/W is consist of FSK and MCS-51 processor which are up-down control of channel, n control and monitoring display by serial data transmission. According to the simplex traffic operation is designed the algorithm of serial data transmission by sequential transmission sequence and protocol. The S/W of sequential transmission sequence is designed to usefully the intergrated communications system which is able to connection between the multi-transceiver and multi-terminal by master processor.

Learning from the USA's Single Emergency Number 911: Policy Implications for Korea (미국 긴급번호 911 운영시스템에 관한 연구: 긴급번호 실질적 통합을 위한 정책 시사점 제시 중심으로)

  • In Korea, a single emergency number, such as 911 of the USA and 999 of the UK, does not exist. This issue became highly controversial, when the Sewol Ferry Sinking disaster occurred last year. So, the Korean government has planned to adopt a single emergency number, integrating 112 of the Police, 119 of the Fire and Ambulance, 122 of the Korean Coast Guard, and many other emergency numbers. However, the integration plan recently proposed by the Ministry of Public Safety Security seems to be, what is called, a "partial integration model" which repeals the 122 number, but still maintains 112, 119, and 110 respectively. In this context, the study looks into USA's (diverse) 911 operating system, and subsequently tries to draw general features or characteristics. Further, the research attempts to derive policy implication from the general features. If the proposed partial integration model reflects the policy implications, the model can virtually operate like the 911 system -i.e. a single emergency number system - creating inter-operability between responding agencies such as police, fire, and ambulance, even though it is not a perfect integration model. The features drawn are (1) integration of emergency call-taking, (2) functional separation of call-taking and dispatching, (3) integration of physical facilities for call-taking and dispatching, and (4) professional call-takers and dispatchers. Moreover, the policy implications derived from the characteristics are (1) a user-friendly system - fast but accurate responses, (2) integrated responses to accidents, (3) professional call-taking and dispatching & objective and comprehensive risk assessment, and finally (4) active organizational learning in emergency call centers. Considering the policy implications, the following suggestions need to be applied to the current proposed plan: 1. Emergency services' systems should be tightly linked and connected in a systemic way so that they can communicate and exchange intelligence with one another. 2. Public safety answering points (call centers) of each emergency service should share their education and training modules, manuals, etc. Common training and manuals are also needed for inter-operability. 3. Personal management to enable-long term service in public safety answering points (call centers) should be established as one of the ways to promote professionalism.

  • Voice over IP (VoIP) is a technology for the delivery of voice communications and multimedia sessions over Internet Protocol (IP) networks. Instead of being transmitted over a circuit-switched network, however, the digital information is packetized, and transmission occurs in the form of IP packets over a packet-switched network which consist of several layers of computers. VoIP Service that used the various techniques has many advantages such as a voice Service, multimedia and additional service with cheap cost and so on. But the various frauds arises using VoIP because VoIP has the existing vulnerabilities at the Internet and based on complex technologies, which in turn, involve different components, protocols, and interfaces. According to research results, during in 2012, 46 % of fraud calls being made in VoIP. The revenue loss is considerable by fraud call. Among we will analyze for Toll Bypass Fraud by the SIM Box that occurs mainly on the international call, and propose the measures that can detect. Typically, proposed solutions to detect Toll Bypass fraud used DPI(Deep Packet Inspection) based on a variety of detection methods that using the Signature or statistical information, but Fraudster has used a number of countermeasures to avoid it as well. Particularly a Fraudster used countermeasure that encrypt VoIP Call Setup/Termination of SIP Signal or voice and both. This paper proposes the solution that is identifying equipment of Toll Bypass fraud using those countermeasures. Through feature of Voice traffic analysis, to detect involved equipment, and those behavior analysis to identifying SIM Box or Service Sever of VoIP Service Providers.

인터넷의 한국사회의 변화와 건전한 정보이용 환경조성의 과제

  • 인터넷은 한국사회 전반에 많은 변화를 초래하였다. 인터넷이 빠르게 확산되어 2004년 말에 인터넷 이용자 3,000만 명 시대를 열었고 이동전화, 초고속 인터넷 등 새로운 정보기술이 보편적으로 활용되는 단계에 이르렀다. 그에 따라 개인 홈페이지가 커뮤니케이션의 새로운 수단으로 자리 잡았고, 이에 따른 새로운 네티즌 문화를 탄생시켰다. 사회문화적 측면에서 그동안 정보화가 창출한 가장 큰 변화는 조직사회의 변화, 교육환경의 변화, 문화생활의 변화를 들 수 있다. 인터넷이 조직사회에 미친 영향은 전통적인 연공서열식 피라미드형 조직구조가 새로운 네트워크형 조직으로 발전하였으며, 노동시장도 장소에 구애받지 않고 이동원격근무(mobile Office)로 발전하는 추세이다. 그리고 교육환경은 가상공간을 통한 다양한 교육정보 접근기회를 확대하고 있으며, 사람들의 사고방식, 생활양식, 가치관의 변화도 수반하고 있다. 반면에 인터넷 사회는 한국사회 전반의 변화와 함께 정보화의 역기능 현상도 다양하고 광범위하게 확산되고 있다. 인터넷이라는 온라인상에서 다양한 주제로 서로 만나고 정보를 교환하는 사이버 공동체(Cyber Community)는 온라인 공간에 한정되는 것이 아니라 현실공간으로 확장되어 나타나고 있으며, 인터넷 중독문제는 개인뿐만 아니라 가정과 사회에도 부정적 영향을 끼치고 있을 뿐만 아니라 안티사이트도 진정한 대안문화로 자리 잡지 못하고 인터넷의 익명성을 이용해 무차별적인 비방과 욕설이 난무한 과도기적 현상을 보이고 있다. 이제 인터넷은 한국사회의 모든 것과 깊은 관련을 맺는 매우 중요한 일부분이 된 것이다. 인터넷은 20세기 공학기술이 성취한 위대한 업적 중의 하나이다. 인터넷은 단순히 정보화 사회를 실현하는 것이 아니라 인간의 삶의 가치, 생활의 편익 등을 증대한다는 믿음 때문이다. 한편 현실은 여러 가지 역기능이 함께 나타나고 있다. '네티즌 윤리강령'까지 선포했지만, 진정한 네티즌 윤리는 강령을 선포했다고 저절로 확립되는 것이 아니다. 네티즌 각자의 실천의지가 있어야 한다. 인류가 새로운 이상향이라고 추구하는 가상사회는 윤리적인 사고와 행동으로 질서를 유지하지 못하면 인류의 밝은 미래는 보장할 길이 없다. 21세기 정보화 사회, 인터넷 사회를 맞이한 우리는 이 세상을 참으로 살기 좋은 세상으로 만들어야 할 고귀한 책무를 안고 있다. 아무리 험한 길, 어려운 과제라 할지라도 그 목표를 잃어서는 안 되며, 그 해답을 얻는 노력을 결코 게을리 해서는 안 된다.

  • Tactical communication environment evolving for the purpose of providing services such as voice, video and text based on ALL-IP. Therefore, To be able to guarantee QoS level which meets the required level of subscriber for these services in the constrained tactical communication infrastructure, it is required to take the characteristics such as wireless transmission link, mobility of troops or personal into service quality scheme. In this paper, to support differentiated QoS for each individual or mission in the tactical communication environment, we presents a technique that can provide same QoS level which was served originally regardless of the situation to user's move through dynamically determining the QoS level to be provided at the time of the service request on VoIP-Switch.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the consumer roles-gainer, allocator, buyer, user and disposer- of middle school students. The methodology that has been applied to this study was an ethnography study based on in-depth interviews with ten middle schoolers selected in Changwon, Gyeongnam. The result of this study is as follows; First, as gainers, teenagers usually gained their money from their parents. Because this tends to be not periodical, allowance education should be performed to both parents and teenagers. Second, as allocators, teenagers allocated most of their money in entertaining, shopping, traveling, leaving small amount of money for saving. Thorough education supported by school and home should be held for efficient and balanced allocation of acquired allowance. Third, teenagers as buyer should be encouraged to examine carefully in their buying goods and services thus increasing their ability in solving problems related to consume. Fourth, due to the fact that teenagers' role as user is very feeble, educations related to usually consumed products and consuming environments should be strengthened. Fifth, N generation's internet-based character is reflected in disposer rules so education for better disposal in internet world should be needed. Conclusively, education for teenagers' role as consumer will be efficient is linked with school, home, and society thus providing better standard for consumers.

  • The role of smartphones is changing from a communication system for exchanging calls and information into a universal platform for cultural services. Also, satisfaction for mobile application services on smartphones is a very important factor in the smart business. In This paper, we analyze the effects of the outcome, service scape, costs, and especially the impact of whether costumers having to pay or free for the app on customer satisfaction. For this purpose, we analyzed survey data on service quality of mobile app service from Chinese mobile app service users. We also analyzed the moderating effects of paid and free mobile app services. As a result, it was confirmed that the quality, servicescape quality and cost of mobile app service that customers perceive have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. In addition, the effect of the cost of mobile app service perceived by the customer on customer satisfaction showed that free mobile app service was more significant than paid mobile app service. This paper can be used as an alternative to monetization for providing a mobile app service provider or a mobile app service provider who wants to switch mobile app service from free to paid service.
