발효란"박테리아,곰팡이,효모의 효소에 의해 일어나는 계속적인 변화"로 규정한다. 발효에 의해 일어나는 화학적 변화의 예를 들면 우유의 acidulation. 전분의 분해.설탕이 알콜과 이산화탄소로 변화되는 것과 질소 유기화합물의 산화등이 있다. 배지, 온도, 소금, 산도 배양 용기 및 시간과 같은 몇몇 요인이 발효 과정에 중요한 역할을 한다. 사실 발효식품 제조에 있어서 제품의 향미,텍스쳐,아로마 기타 다른 요소들이 어느 정도의 발효시간에 따라 차이가 있기때문에 단순히 급하게 서두를 수도 없다. 빵, 맥주, 사이다, 와인, 치이즈와 요구르트류의 식품과 음료는 발효과정을 통해 만들어진다. 이들 제품 이외에 어떤 제품은 다른 식품 제조에 이용될 수 있는데, 광의의 이들 식품 소재는 새롭고 기발한 발효기법 뿐아니라 전통적인 기법을 사용해서 생산 되기도 한다. 예를 들면 잔탄검(xanthan gum)은 고분자 폴리사카라드로 Bacterium xanthomona campestris를 이용한 발효과정을 통해 생산되는데 기질로서 설탕을 사용한다 젤란검(Gellan Gum)은 수용성 폴리사카이라이드로 Sphingomonas elodea 순수균의 발효에 의해 생산된다. 이와 같은 다중 기능의 하이드로콜로이드는 IFT Food technology 산업 성공상을 수년에 걸쳐 받았고, 제조업자들은 이것을 증점제, 안정제, 조직강화제로 이용했다. 최근 식품, 음료와 의약품에 사용하는 소이이소플라본(soy isoflavone)이 주목을 받고 있다. 소이이소프라본 중 제니스데인(genistein). 다이드제인(daizein)과 글라이스데인(glycitcin) 같은 soy sioflavone이 건강에 이익을 준다고 연구되었고, 독자적인 발효 과정으로 건강 증진과 기능성을 준다는 이들 성분이 더 많이 함유하는 대두 제품을 내놓고 있다. 본문에서는 12개 발효소재(ingredients)를 살펴보고 이들의 최근 개발동향을 재조명해 보았다. 이들의 개발동향은 시간이 결정적인 요인이 될 수 있는 발효과정을 사용하기 때문에 시기적으로 적절하게 인식될 수 있을뿐만 아니라, 건강, 장점,향미와 관련된 오늘날의 시장경향일 수도 있다.

e-Trade should be activated for cost saving and efficient management of trade as it provides bases to actively respond to changes in markets through quick clearance of export and import. It also has tangible and intangible effects in providing services to customers through real-time sharing of information and can help enhance external competition and images through cost saving and efficient management of traders. Therefore, the study suggests that e-trade platforms to construct global trade systems should be executed to maximize economic ripple effects in terms of trade documents and cost, and paradigms of the past trade should be changed into new systems and presents future countermeasures to enhance its ripple effects.

Nowadays, because IT market expansion and complexity has been progressing and competition has intensified, there is a growth of information system building industries having difficulty through traditional business management methods. A survey was conducted among site personnel (Project Manager PM and Project Participants) to generate an institutional framework to efficiently manage this and project management process support. Through this, the importance of element technology and fragility of software development project management must be understood and an improvement of the element technology must be generated. By using this, a very relevant result that presented a logical basis was obtained in the decision making of the importance of project management and the role of overall project manager and core project management fields.

Baby boomers who have rebuilt the Korean economy over the last half a century are now transitioning into a silver generation who are over 65 years of age. New silver consumers are qualitatively and quantitatively different from the previous generation and are considered to be 'the single most consumption-leading generation.' The number of new silver consumers using department stores and traditional markets has increased. SPSS ver. 21.0 was used with the methods of frequency analysis, t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), device master record test, and regression analysis. This research studies consumer satisfaction of new silver consumers on department stores and traditional markets among retailing. The improvement of the parking environment is the most urgent issue for traditional markets because the long-term assessments of parking areas indicate that it is necessary to provide improved convenience for consumers. Salesman satisfaction has improved and consumer satisfaction ranks salesman satisfaction high for traditional markets; however, price satisfaction is low and the distribution system should be improved to supply products at a lower price. Salesman and price satisfaction should be improved at depart stores. Traditional markets should also promote consumer satisfaction through consistent management to make consumers trust information in regards to quality control and production and distribution; in addition, department stores should increase consumer satisfaction by maintaining store systems such as product diversification and display, cleanness, and atmosphere.

지난 60년간 일본, 한국, 중국은 물론이고 아시아에서의 공정 산업은 크게 성장했다. 그 발전과정에서 다양한 사고들을 겪고 극복해내는 과정이 있었으며, 최근 한국의 화학물질관리법을 포함하여 안전 기술 및 안전 관리에 많은 진전 또한 있었다. 이 발표의 서두에서는 한국의 공정산업의 역사적 발전에 대해 뒤돌아보며 당면 과제들에 대한 논의를 전개하고자 한다. 장기적인 경제발전의 일환으로 중화학공업 육성을 표방하며, 초기 단계에 정부주도의 적극적인 산업 발전 계획을 수립해 산업의 성장을 주도하였으며, 1990년대에는 어려움을 극복하기 위해 시장 중심의 구조 조정이 도입되었다. 지난 30년 동안 한국사회에서는 가스 폭발, 건물 붕괴, 화물 및 여객선의 사고를 비롯한 치명적인 사고들이 있었다. 이러한 사고 후에는 필연적으로 안전 정책 및 법률에 중요한 발전이 있었는데, 가장 최근의 것은 2012년 유독 가스 배출 사고 이후 화학물질관리법(Chemical Control Act)을 시행한 것이다. 또한 앞으로 20년간 (2036 년까지) 다양한 구성요소의 수준을 정량화할 수 있는 지속 가능성 개념에 대한 강한 요구가 있음은 주지의 사실이다. 지속 가능성의 새로운 패러다임은 에너지, 경제 및 환경의 전통적인 구성 요소로 구성된다. 더불어 지속 가능성은 안전, 보안 및 세계화(globalization)를 다루어야 한다. 미래의 지속 가능성 개념은 이러한 6가지 구성 요소 모두를 하나의 기능으로 정량적으로 통합할 것이다. 특히 이 작업에 대한 강력한 리더십은 화학 공정 산업에서 절대적으로 부족한 현실이기에, 이러한 기능의 통합과 특화된 교육 및 훈련에 대해 한국의 사례와 해외에서의 글로벌 응용 프로그램에 대란 논의를 통해 본 발표는 향후의 발전방향과 비전에 대해 논의하고자 한다.

1인칭 슈팅 게임(FPS) 장르는 오래 전부터 우리 게이머들의 사랑을 받아 왔다. 특히 2016년에는 오버워치가 그리고 2017년에는 아직 정식 출시도 하지 않은 배틀그라운드가 게임 시장에서 돌풍을 일으켜 현재 PC방 점유율에서 2, 3위를 기록하고 있다. 같은 FPS 라도 실은 우리 게이머에게 가장 익숙한 밀리터리 형 FPS에 비해 오버워치와 배틀그라운드는 서로 다른 형식을 갖고 있으며 이에 따라 전투의 방식과 게임의 목표, 무기 및 스킬의 활용도에서 여러 가지 차별성을 보이고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 전통적 밀리터리 형 게임으로 10년 역사를 가진 아바(A.V.A.) 온라인 게임을 선정하고 이것과 오버워치, 배틀그라운드 3자 간 전투 방식과 무기, 스킬 등의 차이를 비교 분석하여 성공적인 FPS 게임 흥행의 이유를 밝혀 보고자 하였다.

전통적으로 초고압 지중케이블 접속함으로 현장에서 절연을 형성하여 전기적 성능을 유지하는 TMJ(Tape Molded Joint), TJ(Taped Joint), EMJ(Extruded Molding Joint) 및 공장에서 절연물을 가공하여 현장에서 조립만으로 설치를 완료하게 되는 PJ(Prefabricated Joint), PMJ(Pre-Molded Joint) 등이 사용되어 왔다. 최근에 PMJ에 사용되는 재료의 발전과 PMJ의 조립시간 단축, 원가 절감 및 공장 출하시 검사에 의한 신뢰성 향상으로 지중케이블 접속함 시장에서 PMJ의 비중이 점차 확대 되어가고 있다. 이에 당사는 이미 230kV급 PMJ의 개발을 완료하였으며, 이러한 기술적 배경을 바탕으로 현재 PMJ로서는 세계에서 최고 전압급에 속하는 400kV급 PMJ의 개발을 완료하게되었다.

Currently mobile game market has expanded rapidly due to the development of smart phone. In addition, mobile web board game has been developed consistently. However, several problems appear in users' usability. That is why the user who plays game do not satisfy in aspect with usability. The objective of this research analyses the factors to investigate the efficiency and the accuracy among usability those in web board game based on smart phone. We conduct to research the efficiency and the accuracy in traditional usability literatures and derive the proper usability factors based on smart phone. We expect to provide the guideline related on usability in mobile board game in the future.

Leuconostoc lactis CCK940, which was isolated from kimchi obtained from a Korean traditional market, produced an oligosaccharide with a degree of polymerization of more than 4. In this study, the draft genome sequence of L. lactis CCK940 was reported by using PacBio 20 kb platform. The genome of this strain was sequenced and the genome assembly revealed 2 contigs. The genome was 1,741,511 base pairs in size with a G + C content of 43.33%, containing 1,698 coding sequences, 12 rRNA genes, and 68 tRNA genes. L. lactis CCK940 contained genes encoding glycosyltransferase, sucrose phosphorylase, maltose phosphorylase, and ${\beta}$-galactosidase which could synthesize oligosaccharide.
