  • 한국광학기기협회(회장 박종우/삼성전자 DM총괄 사장)에서는 주요 사업으로 현재 국내외 전시사업, 한일협력사업, 정밀 광학기술 전문인력 양성사업 등을 추진해 나가고 있다. 올해에도 국내 업체들의 제품의 우수성을 전 세계에 널리 알리고 수출 촉진을 위해 해외 유력 전시회를 발굴하여 공동전시사업을 활발히 전개해 나가는 한편, 더욱 알찬 내용으로 일본연수 프로그램을 운영해 나갈 계획이다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 공학에 대한 흥미, 태도, 성취가 낮은 여학생에게 공학 경험을 제공함으로써 공학 분야의 여성 인재를 양성할 수 있는 계기를 마련하기 위한 공학 중심 STEAM 프로그램의 틀을 설계하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 여학생의 특성을 분석하고 여학생 친화적인 환경을 구축하였으며 여학생 친화적 환경에 부합하는 e-textile이라는 도구를 활용하여 STEAM 교육 프로그램을 설계하였다. 교육 프로그램은 학습자가 직접 참여할 수 있도록 Learning by Doing, Learning by Design의 전략을 사용하도록 하였으며 교육 프로그램 전 과정을 학습자 스스로 창의적인 사고를 바탕으로 문제를 해결해나가도록 하고 교사는 조력자, 안내자 역할을 할 수 있도록 하였다.

  • In accordance with the digital broadcast data converted, the number of the service provider, and content channel for interaction with the viewer has increased exponentially. Electronic program guide in such a multi-channel time(Electronic Program Guide, EPG) is an essential requirement, and also from day to day EPG generation technique according to the user's requirements. But the current situation is getting EPG to viewers outside for reasons such as absence, lack of accurate information, organizing techniques utilized lack of standard systems. In this article, we describe the State and EPG solution to the problem of these terrestrial stations. This, the EPG information and the actual broadcast time of the terrestrial channel 6 using a ground wave receiving method for a direct comparison was studied the problems and the average error of the current start. Also this research perform to enhance accuracy of EPG information.

  • This paper is a study on IoT based map inside the building and fire perception system using microprocessor and LABVIEW program. The smart control system implemented in this paper is designed to identify the location of fire by using microprocessor, flame detection sensor, carbon monoxide sensor and temperature sensor, and to guide the optimal travel route through Zigbee communication. And the proposed system uses QR code to interoperate with smartphone. The coordinator control verified that the sensor value of the smart control system installed through the LABVIEW software was confirmed. The IoT based control system studied in this paper was implemented with Arduino mega board and LABVIEW software, and the operation status was confirmed by display device and coordination.

  • 국내에서도 본격적으로 디지털 방송이 시작되면서 주로 가정에서만 사용되어 오던 TV 의 디지털화로 컴퓨터와 통신에 가전이 결합되면서 새로운 개념의 양방향 멀티미디어시대를 맞이하게 되었다. 디지털 방송은 디지털 기술을 응용해서 음성과 영상뿐만 아니라 부호나 데이터의 형태로 되어 있는 정보를 양방향에서 제어할 수 있는 환경을 제공하여 디지털 방송을 통해 가정에서 TV 를 시청하면서 뉴스 및 일기예보 검색, 프로그램 안내, 온라인 퀴즈, 온라인 쇼핑, 인터넷 메일 검색 등의 각종 데이터들을 검색하는 기능을 제공할 수 있는 데이터 방송을 가능하게 한다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 아날로그 방식에 비해 다채널의 프로그램과 다양한 부가 서비스를 제공하는 ATSC A/65 표준의 PSIP 파서를 구현하고 이를 통해 EPG(Electronic Program Guide)를 구현한다.

  • 청각장애인을 위한 수화방송 서비스는 지상파 기준으로 100% 제공하는 자막방송 서비스와 달리 콘텐츠 제작비용과 시스템 운영비용 등으로 인해 5% 수준의 편성에 그치고 있다. 이러한 편성 비율조차도 명확한 편성기준과 검증기준이 없어서 실제 청각장애인이 실제 체감하는 수준은 훨씬 낮은 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 지상파 방송사업자의 장애인방송 편성비율을 검증하기 위해서 방송프로그램 안내정보와 방송 시그널링 정보를 기반으로 채널별로 방송스트림을 수집 및 관리하는 장애인방송 모니터링 서버를 활용하여 수화방송 모니터링 기술 고도화를 위한 자동화된 수화영역 검출 방법을 제안한다. 마지막으로, 자동화된 수화영역 검출 방법을 활용한 수화방송 모니터링 결과를 보여준다.

A Study on the School Library Media Center Program (학교도서관의 교수 - 학습지원 프로그램 운영)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the principles of school library media center program and to finds out present level and future outlook of the program implementation in primary and middle school. The fundamental objective of school is learning and school library functions as a link to support this objective. Therefore quality of education must always be linked to the library media programs. A questionaire which consists of 13 questions covering school library media center operation was designed to final out how learning-teaching media program is being practiced in Korea. Based on this study, it is concluded that there is significant difference between present practice level and desired future-oriented practice. It is hoped that this study will help planners in formulating school library policy to achieve educational goal of the school.

  • In this paper, we describe a method which reuses DVB EPG informations for the generation of ATSC EPG. For the efficient reuse, we analyze the differences and similarities of ATSC and DVB EPG informations, classify the informations reusable and convert DVB SI to ATSC PSIP. We implemented a system for the conversion and tested the validity of the system using broadcasting test equipments.

  • For the sake of activating web-based reading education in the public libraries, This study examine the practical use of web-based reading education and research into its activation. Web-based reading, red the book at any time/where with librarian and user, is to achieve the goal of reading education. The methods are to set up Home page of reading education through Internet, to guide user in various web-based reading materials and reading planning at any time. In addition, It is to be completed interactive action such as book review, reading dicussion through E-mail, a bulletin board, chatting etc. with librarian or user.

Analyzing the Status Quo of Docent Training Program and Searching Its Development Direction in Science Museum of Korea (과학관 도슨트 양성 프로그램의 실태 분석 및 발전 방향 모색)

  • The science museum in the past satisfied visitors only by interacting them with simple objects and exhibition, while one in modern times was requested to meet the need of visitors in their engagement in educational programs. To meet the visitors' need, the science museum made efforts to train, educate, and assign docents so that they can interact with visitors and serve the educational purpose of visitation. In this study, we analyzed the strengths and weakness of docent training programs from science museums/science centers nationally and internationally, to make implication on how to design a docent training and professional program. Programs from four national and four international science centers/museums were selected as a sample for analysis. Their docent training programs were compared with the data of surveys and interviews and emails from docents and docent managers/evaluators. Artifacts and documents of the docent training programs were also collected and used to construct the validity in analyzing the data, resulting in the well-developed docent training program as the critical one for enriching science museum education. The results included; First, we need to recruit and train docents who interact visitors directly but they need to be differentiated from regular volunteers for promoting science museum education for the purpose of popularization of science. Additionally, Second, we need to develop and run docent training program where docents can experience 'informal learning' exhibition interpreting strategies through the real field from mentoring from the experienced/senior docents beyond 'formal learning' exhibition content. Third, we need to equip docents with skills to make scientific literacy possible at science museum-such as experiencing scientific ethics through scientific inquiry-which happens limited at school education.
