최근 S-100 표준을 기반으로 웹 상에서 표준화된 전자해도 및 항행정보의 융합 서비스를 제공하기 위한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나, S-101의 전자해도, S-102의 해저지형 등과 같은 데이터 표준들은 어느 정도 완성이 되어 제시되고 있으나, 선박과 선박, 선박과 항만, 또는 선박/항만과 대국민 사이에 항행정보의 웹 서비스 또는 클라우드 서비스를 가능하게 하는 서비스 표준들은 매우 부족한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 ISO 19100과 OGC의 공간정보 표준을 참고하여 개발되고 있는 S-100 표준의 상황을 고려하여 S-101의 전자해도 표준과 공간정보의 WMS, WMTS 등의 웹 서비스 표준을 수용하는 On-Shore 항행정보 서비스 플랫폼에 대하여 제시하고자 한다. 제안된 On-Shore 항행정보 서비스 플랫폼은 전자해도, 공간정보, 날씨, AIS 정보 등의 융합 서비스가 가능하며, WebApp 서비스 또는 앱 지원을 통하여 스마트 폰 등의 모바일 기기에서도 손쉽게 항행정보 서비스를 제공받을 수 있다.

전자상거래의 발달은 산업구조와 상거래의 변화를 가져왔다. 기존의 제조업체와 도, 소매상과 소비자와의 관계 변화에 따라 물류에 대한 중요도가 더해 가고 있다. 인터넷상에서 실시간으로 이루어지는 전자상거래에서 물류는 그 성패를 가늠할 만큼 중요한 요소라 할 수 있다. 국내에서는 변화하는 정보화시대에 대비하여 정부차원에서 지난 90년대 중반부터 물류분야에서 종합물류정보망을 구축하여 수출입물류와 국내물류의 정보화를 추진하고 있다. 통관망과 더불어 종합물류정보망은 수출입물류에 있어 전자문서교환(EDI)과 컨테이너터미널에서의 게이트자동화와 터미널운영정보서비스를 제공하고 있다. 육상에서는 첨단화물운송정보시스템(CVO)을 구축하여 화물차량실시간추적 및 수배송주선서비스를 제공하고 육상과 수출입물류에서 정보관리와 통계서비스를 제공하고 있다. 전자상거래에 따른 산업구조와 기술개발 등의 변화 외에도 남북한 긴장완화, 동북아시아 환경변화, 환경친화형 사회 구축 등에 따른 물류정보화에 대한 접근이 필요하게 되었다. 이에 따라 외국에서의 전자상거래의 발달에 따른 물류정보화의 추세, 통신 및 정보기술(IT)의 발달에 따라 구현가능한 물류정보화 서비스를 살펴보고 국내에서 추진중인 종합물류정보망의 서비스와 시스템의 추진방향에 대해 다루어 보았다. 종합물류정보망에서는 향후 수출입물류정보서비스, 첨단화물운송(CVO) 서비스, 통합물류DB서비스, 물류거점시설정보서비스, 물류 e-Marketplace 서비스를 구축, 제공할 예정이다.

인터넷의 발달과 정보화 기술의 발전에 따라 기하급수적으로 증가하고 있는 멀티미디어 정보, 원문자료, 웹 정보, 전자저널 등 디지털 화된 정보를 종합적으로 관리하면서 네트워크를 통해 사용자들에게 정보를 제공하는 전자도서관 서비스에 대한 요구가 급증하고 있으며, 이런 요구로 인하여 디지털 컨텐츠를 가지고 있는 도서관에서는 컨텐츠의 효율적인 관리 방안에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 그러나 인터넷 정보 서비스의 대부분이 라이센스 협정에 의한 정보 이용형태의 수준을 탈피하지 못하고 있어, 이용자에게 제공되는 정보 서비스를 단순한 링크 형태로 제공하는 것이 현재 전자도서관의 형태이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 인식하여 전자도서관을 통해 서비스되고 있는 인터넷 정보 서비스를 자관 환경에 맞게 재구성하고, 로컬 전자도서관 시스템과 연동할 수 있도록 상용 인터넷 정보 서비스 제어 및 이를 위한 제어 시스템에 대한 방안을 제시하였다.

Although it is about a decade since public libraries started to provide digital information services, lack of expertise for efficient service operation and restrictions related to copyrights have led to failure to obtain remarkable performances in uses. This study intends to analyze operation cases of domestic and overseas collaborative digital information services, as well as the current status of digital information services of libraries in Gyeonggido, thereby developing a collaborative digital information service model among public libraries on the level of local governments. This research then analyzed collaborative digital information service Web sites and surveys. Based on the analysis result, this study presented support of integrated search of possessed electronic information, Web database (DB), DB on original texts of regional records, online reference services, and mobile platforms as functional factors to embody a successful service model. As a system management road map, an eclectic model combining the merits of centralized and decentralized models was found to be more effective than a centralized or decentralized model in consideration of the characteristics of participating organizations.

The mobile electronic notice service (MENS) is a service that delivers a mobile electronic notice to a smartphone in the person's name through an authorized electronic document intermediary instead of a bill that was delivered by mail using paper. In order to provide the MENS, information is needed to identify the same user between the sending agency and the authorized electronic document relay. In this paper, we propose a standard for safe conversion and utilization of Connecting Information (CI) used as user identification information for MENS. In the proposed method, it is necessary for the requesting institution to send the electronic notice to provide the resident registration number to the identity verification institution and convert it into the CI. In this case, a safe and efficient MENS will be possible by proposing a review standard and processing method to verify the appropriateness of the conversion of CI. By applying the proposed method to the MENS, it can contribute to service activation and reinforcement of user privacy protection.

Due to the spread of mobile devices, the use of mobile electronic notification services is increasing. For the mobile electronic notification service, the connecting information is required to identify the owner of the mobile device and the recipient of the notification. The connecting information is an online resident registration number, and safe management is essential. Therefore, in this paper, the processing flow, interconnecting standard, and management plan are proposed when a mobile electronic notification requesting agency requests the identity verification agency to convert the resident registration number of the recipient of the electronic notification to connecting information. In the proposed method, it is suggested that a safe mobile electronic notification service is possible by defining the process of collective conversion of connecting information between private organizations and personal identity proofing agency, information transmission and reception methods, and interworking standards.

The objective of this study is to build up an electronic reference service system specifically in the field of nuclear. Comparing with a library service system, this on has some advantages in that users can obtain information services through the network without spending much time and labor in visiting the library in person. A questionnaire was inquired for 300 researchers to get useful information for the building of the system. This system was proved to be useful by users.

최근 스마트폰, 태블릿PC 등 스마트 단말기의 보급 확대로 전자책 시장이 국내외에 지속적으로 성장하고 있지만, 실상은 생각보다 더디게 진행되고 있다. 2015년 전자책 독서실태 결과 지난 1년간 전자책 독서량은 지난번 조사에 비해 0.2권 감소한 1.4권에 그쳤으며 전자책 구독층이 가장 많은 10~20대의 전자책 이용 비중도 줄었다. 이에 본 연구는 대학도서관의 전자책 서비스에 있어서 지각된 가치와 지각된 위험을 기술수용모델(TAM)에 추가하여 서비스 이용자의 수용 후 지속적 사용의도를 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다. 이를 통해 향후 대학도서관 전자책 서비스, 더 나아가 정보서비스의 개발과 보급에 있어 유용한 시사점을 제고하고자 한다.

전자정부 사업이 완료되면서 많은 서비스가 국민들에게 제공되고 있지만 부처별로 진행되어온 서비스로 인해 필요한 정보의 검색 및 서비스의 활용이 쉽지 않다. HTML은 주로 표현 중심으로 사용되어 사용자의 목적을 만족시키기에 부족하다는 문제점을 지니고 있다. 목적에 부합된 정보를 효율적으로 추출하여 적절한 정보를 생성하는 문제가 점차 중요시되고 있고, 이를 통해서 웹 상의 정보에 컴퓨터가 이해할 수 있는 의미(Semantic)를 부여하여 사람과 컴퓨터간의 협동 작업을 원활하게 하기 위한 Semantic Web이 제안되었다. 본 논문에서는 시멘틱 웹을 이용하여 전자정부 서비스를 위한 웹 상의 모든 정적인 성격의 정보와 동적인 성격의 서비스를 하나의 데이터베이스처럼 운용할 수 있는 플랫폼을 제시하였다.
