Design of Modular DC / DC Converter Design with Programmable Output Voltage (출력전압 제어 가능한 모듈형 DC/DC 컨버터 설계)

  • This study deals with the design of a modular converter that can convert the output voltage according to the size of the load. The efficiency of the converter depends on the size of the load and is generally less efficient for lower loads. Therefore, it is more efficient to construct a small capacity modular converter than to manufacture a large capacity converter and it determines the capacity of the system through the parallel connection of the converter module according to the load size. In this paper, we will introduce a modular DC / DC converter designed to control the number of modules according to the load. A programmable resistor is placed at the output of the module for parallel connection of the module, and the voltage is regulated by adjusting the variable resistor. A system controlled in this way was found to exhibit an efficiency improvement of about 32%.

  • This paper presents an improvement method for human body sensing module and management system, specifically focused on the human body detection module with ultrasonic sensors to detect the usage of toilets and the management system to control the state of the toilets of the entire building. The proposed human body sensing module consists of the detection sensor to detect the movement of human body and the contact sensor to detect the position in a certain distance. The management system is configured of the control unit to process the signal transmitted from sensors, opening and closing valves according to the sensing signal, and the short range wireless communication unit to save the operational status data as well as transmit the data at regular intervals.

  • 본 논문에서는 2KW급 LLC 컨버터를 적용한 전원장치의 병렬운전 및 Load Sharing 기법을 제안한다. 각 모듈의 제어기로는 TI사의 TMS320F28035를 사용하였으며 모듈 각각의 독립적인 전압제어를 담당한다. 그리고 Load Share 모드에서는 CAN통신을 사용하여 각 전원장치의 전류제어 및 전압제어를 수행한다. 각 모듈에 전체전류의 1/N의 균일한 전류를 흐르게 하여 각 모듈에 임피던스 불균형으로 인한 스트레스를 줄일 수 있다. 기존방식은 마스터(Master) 모듈의 지령치에 따라 슬레이브(Slave)모듈에서 부한 분담을 수행하는 반면, 제안된 Load Share 알고리즘은 멀티 마스터(Multi-Master: MM) 방식으로써 각 모듈의 평균전류를 레퍼런스로 갖는 구조로 정확한 부하분담을 수행한다.

  • TranSend는 클러스터링 기반의 무선 프록시 서버로 제안된 것이나 시스템적인(Systematic) 방법으로 확장성을 보장하지 못하고 불필요한 모듈간의 통신구조로 인해 복잡하다는 단점을 가진다. 기존 연구에서 시스템적인 방법으로 확장성을 보장하는 All-in-one이라는 구조와 모듈간의 간단한 통신 구조를 가지는 CD라는 구조를 제안하였다. 그리고 이 두 가지의 장점을 결합하는 CD-A라는 구조를 제안하였으나 캐시 간 협동성이 없는 단점을 가진다. 이에 본 논문에서는 시스템적으로 확장성을 보장하고, 모듈간의 단순한 통신 구조를 가지며 캐시 간 협동을 보장하는 클러스터링 기반의 무선 인터넷 프록시 서버를 제안한다. 16대의 컴퓨터를 사용하여 실험을 수행하였고 실험 결과 TranSend, All-in-one, CD 및 CD-A 구조에 비해 각각 91.16%, 30.52%, 28.31%, -6.54%의 성능 향상을 보였다.

  • Avionics system are composed of multiple electronic device that performs important missions the number of electronic devices for the performance of aircraft has been gradually increasing. As a result, cost of development, maintenance and operating have increased. To solve this problem, technology paradigm of avionics has been shifting from federated avionics systems that manage to each system independently to IMA(Integrated Modular Avionics) systems. Unlike federated systems, fault tolerance becomes an essential technology in IMA systems. Because each aircraft features integrated in the an IMA system, a fault can jeopardize the entire system. In this paper, we define faults which can occur on the ARINC 653 based IMA system first, and design the ARINC 653 compliant HM(health Monitoring) system for the system can continue to operate be normal when occur a fault.

  • This paper presents an one-chip controller for an electronic dispenser. The electronic dispenser is composed of electronic part and mechanical part. The electronic part is consisted of input keypad, micro-controller, display module, and pump module. In this paper we designed micro-controller for the electronic part. The micro-controller controls display module and pump module. The display module is composed by LCD device, and the pump module is composed by motor device . The micro-controller for an electronic dispenser is designed by VHDL. We used WX12864AP1 for the LCD device and SPS20 for the stepping motor. Also, the micro-controller is designed by Altera Quartus tool and verified with Agent 2000 Design-kit using APEX20K Device. In this paper, we present possibility to adopt of the biomedical device through the one-chip controller for the electronic dispenser.

  • In order to detect fires that may not be visible to the naked eye, an IoT module that uses changes in Carbon dioxide (CO2) levels and temperature to effectively identify ambers (dying flames) was developed. Finite element analysis was then used to optimize the packaging for this module. Given the nature of ambers, the low power long range LoRa (Long Range) technology was used in the development of this module. To protect the module, a number of packages were designed, and comparative analysis performed on the stress generated when they fall. The results of which show that Model C showed the lowest stress. In addition, unlike other models in which stress concentration was predicted in the module mounting part of the package, in this model the stress concentration phenomenon was predicted in the wing part. It was therefore determined that this approach is ideal for protecting the internal module, and a package to which this was applied was manufactured.

  • The purpose of this study is to classify customer bye-mailing responsiveness on time-series analysis and RFM module and testify the effectiveness of grouping by ROI analysis. RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary Value) analysis are used for customer classification that is fundamental process of e-CRM application. ROI analysis were consisted of open, click-through, duration time, conversion rate, personalization and e-mail loyalty index. Major findings are as follows; Customer segmentation were loyal customer, odds customer, dormant customer, secession customer and observation customer by Activity email module. And Loyal, dormant and secession customer are segregated by RFM module. Loyal customer group have higher point of all ROI index than other groups. These results indicated that customer responsiveness of e-mailing and RFM analysis were appropriate methods to grouping the customer. Mid-small Internet Biz adapted marketing strategy by optimization of consumer information.
