전자책 시장은 점차 커지고 있으며, 멀지 않은 미래에 교과서 역시 전자책 형태의 디지털 교과서로 교체될 것이다. 디지털 교과서는 교실이라는 환경과 수업을 통한 교사와 학생의 상호작용이 중요한 요소이기 때문에 기존의 전자책과는 다른 특성을 갖는다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 교과서가 갖춰야할 특성으로, 커뮤니티 기반의 책 읽기, 사용자 제작 콘텐츠, 퀴즈 지원, 멀티미디어 및 사용자 인터랙션의 지원 등을 제시한다. 향후 디지털 교과서는 이러한 요구사항들을 제공할 수 있도록 개발되어야 할 것이다.

In this study, the contents of the electron transfer model presented in the 4 chemistry I and the 4 chemistry II textbooks of 2009 revised curriculum and 9 chemistry I textbooks and 6 chemistry II textbooks of 2015 revised curriculum were analyzed in the viewpoint of model's Ignorance. In addition, 3 questions were developed to find out whether 24 pre-service teachers were perceived of the Ignorance of the electron transfer model. As a result, Most textbooks explain the redox reaction of covalent bond substances, which is an inconsistent context of the electron transfer model, with mixing oxidation number change and electron transfer or with electron transfer. In addition, the change to the development and use of the model emphasized in the 2015 revised curriculum was not clearly revealed in the curriculum comparison. Most pre-service teachers incompletely perceived or did not perceive Ignorance of the electron transfer model. Only 1 pre-service teacher perceived Ignorance of the model. In conclusion, the textbook description needs to be improved so that Ignorance of the model is revealed when the textbook describes the inconsistent situation of the electron transfer model. And through the education for pre-service teachers, it is necessary to provide an opportunity for pre-service teachers to perceive Ignorance of the electron transfer model.

This study was done in order to suggest a desirable organizational and developmental strategy of electronic textbooks for elementary school mathematics. First of all, it was intended to set up the exact definition of electronic textbooks for elementary school mathematics by surveying previous researches and examinations regarding elementary mathematics and electronic textbooks, and showed were the total organizational model of electronic textbooks for elementary mathematics by analyzing related cases. Finally, it was intend to present a developmental strategy for each level and an effective method to secure its content.

컴퓨터와 통신의 발달은 멀티미디어 개발 및 보급에 기여하였으며, 특히 인쇄매체를 대체하고 '전자'화된 전자교과서 시대를 열었다. 그리하여 그 동안 많은 전자교과서 모형 설계 및 개발이 이루어져 왔으며, 그 효과 또한 입증 된 바 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 전자교과서의 이점을 살려 초등학교 특별활동 의식행사 활성화에 기여하고자 한다. 현행 초등학교에서 특별활동 일환으로 실시되고 있는 의식행사는 '교과교육 외의 활동'으로 취급 되어 지면서, 교과서 없이 지도서만 가지고 형식적이고 한시적인 내부계획에 따라 진행 되었다. 이에 초등학교 특별활동 의식행사 전자교과서 모형 개발을 제안한다. 이 모형은 학습자로 하여금 다양한 멀티미디어 자료 학습을 통해 흥미와 관심을 갖고 의식행사에 참여할 수 있게 설계 하였으며, 기존의 전자교과서 기능에서 전자노트 기능을 추가하였다. 또한 교수자 측면에서는 전자교과서를 쉽고 간단하게 학습에 적용시킬 수 있도록, 학습모형에 기반 하여 설계함은 물론, 학습자료 구성하기 및 훈화자료 만들기 시스템을 통해 전자교과서의 활용 폭을 넓혔다.

The purpose of the study was to develop a practical arts textbook for creative problem solving abilities in elementary school. In this study the practical arts textbook and teacher's guide has the following characteristics: they were developed to promote creative problem-solving ability, and to instill curiosity and interest about the subject matter. The procedure for the development of the practical arts textbook for creative problem solving abilities is composed of 4 steps; the planning and preparation stage, the research and developmental stage, the writing and compilation stage and the deliberation and improvement stage. This procedure for the development of a textbook can apply to both government published textbooks and to authorized textbooks. The validity of the writing and compilation stage's practical arts textbook developed model is the highest at 4.21, followed by the research and developmental stage's average, at 4.14. Among the textbook's stages of development, the importance of the deliberation and improvement stage averages the lowest, at 3.50.

The Korea government has recently announced "A Master Plan for Smart Education", including application of digital textbooks and composition of education system using cloud computing. Our education system in future circumstance, over the conventional e-learning methods, needs the smart education solutions which enable students to study and communicate on various types of devices. The ongoing government project related with the digital textbook has been performed as mid- and long-term goals, whereas PDF-based e-textbook project, similar to e-book model and, has been already completed for the short-term goal. For the purpose of improved future smart education circumstance, however, a specific strategy is required in the following areas: flexibility of format conversion and independency of original text sources among the multiple device platforms. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a standardization scheme for e-textbook format based on e-book structure. To do this, we survey trends in e-book technologies, and research on standardization of e-book format for digitalization of textbooks, based on the analysis of existing textbooks. Moreover, we produce an example e-book content using our proposed standard method. As a result, our approach can be applied to the future smart education circumstance, and we may say that it will be efficiently applicable to the long-term digital textbook project.

This study is the design and implementation of digital textbooks for elementary school computer education based on smart phone. It suggests how to cultivate self-directed learning ability depending on the level and selection of individuals by maximizing on interaction as advantage of digital textbooks. As the content of the digital textbooks, this study used Excel's charting capabilities. As a result of the evaluation of elementary learners having a implemented digital textbook, execution time of creating a chart is reduced in comparison with paper-based textbook user group.

디지털 교과서 상용화 시범 사업은 다양한 학습 지원 도구들과 사회 각 분야의 최신정보, 지식DB등을 활용하여 교실에서 참여형 학습을 실행할 수 있는 사업이다. 현재 디지털 교과서는 유통되고 있는 페이지 단위의 e-book형태가 아닌 확장 가능 구조로 개발되어 있어, 기존의 e-book 단말기나 e-book reader 프로그램에 바로 적용할 수 없다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 디지털 교과서 단말기의 요구 사항과 기존 단말기의 구현기능을 분석하여, 개선된 단말기의 기능과 규격을 제시하고, 이를 활용할 수 있는 교실 교육 환경을 제안한다.

In this paper, we research into an effective operation environment of digital textbook according to the adaption of an electronic textbook and analyze the approval program and the authorization program of the paper textbook for the efficient utility of a digital textbook. We propose various criterions and methods of the approval and authorization program. Finally, we show the whole process of the proposed approval and authorization program. We hope that our study apply to the standard approval and authorization program of the Ministry of Education.

The study looks for keys to provide development direction of digital textbooks based on educational meaning and roles for increasing satisfaction of teacher and student uses in educational activities. In the paradigm shift toward learner-centered pedagogy, digital textbooks have been actively discussed in exploiting the pedagogical ideas, such as multimedia learning, self-regulated learning, deeper learning, and collaborative learning, offered by the technology. In the study, we discuss the concept and historical background of digital textbooks based on the changes of pedagogical paradigm, and then we discuss fundamental functionality, effectiveness, physical and psychological impact, and cognitive aspects to empower the use of digital textbooks in public education system.
