국토교통부는 공항의 지상조업 근로자 근무환경을 개선하기 위하여 2019년 11월부터 40개 과제를 발굴·시행하는 등 노력해 왔으나, 근원적인 안전관리체계 개선이 필요하다는 판단에 따라, 노조와 지상조업사 등 관계기관과 간담회를 통해 수렴한 의견을 바탕으로 국토교통부는 승객이동, 항공기 견인 등 항공운항의 필수 역할을 하는 지상조업의 서비스 및 안전성을 높이기 위해 '지상조업 안전관리 강화방안'을 수립했다. 본 논문은 공항에서 지상조업 시 안전하고 신속하게 할 수 있도록 하는 '공항용 원격 주행 멀티카트' 기술을 제안한다. 현장이 아닌 컨트롤러를 이용한 원격으로 주행하여 지상조업자의 안전을 보장하고, 카트에 멀티파츠를 장착하여 지장조업 장비의 유지 보수를 편리하게 관리하며 라이다 센서, 카메라, 적외선 센서 등을 이용하여 장애물을 피하는 멀티카트를 구현하여 공항 지상조업의 발전을 선도할 것이다.

Electronic data management is getting important to reduce overall cost and run-time of clinical data management with the enhancement of data quality. It also critically needs to meet regulated guidelines for the overall quality and safety of electronic clinical trials. The purpose of this paper is to develop the performance evaluation framework in electronic clinical data management. Four key metrics in the area of infrastructure, intellectual preparation, study implementation and study completion covering major aspects of clinical trial processes are proposed. The performance measures evaluate the extent of regulation compliance, data quality, cost and efficiency of electronic data management process. They also provide measurement indicators for each evaluation items. Based on the key metrics, the performance evaluation framework is developed in three major areas involved in clinical data management - clinical site, monitoring and data coordinating center. As of the initial attempt how to evaluate the extent of electronic data management in clinical trials by Delphi survey, further empirical studies are planned and recommended.

Recently Standards Developments Organizations (SDO$\_S$) in the field of Information and Communication recognize that "More new and more complex standards should be developed in shorter time". To cope with this challenge they try to construct Standards Information Cooperation Network (SICN) or Electronic Document Handling (EDH) systems for efficient standards development process. This paper presents the design and implementation of an Extranet based Web system dedicated to effective on-line standards making environments. The system, which is called SICN (Standards Information Cooperation Network), is a workflow-based network application created with a view to fostering faster standards development with functionalities such as an electronic signature mechanism, electronic voting, comment gathering and dynamic links for ready retrieval of standards information stored in a database. This paper also describes the concept of a VSDO (Virtual Standards Development Organization) that supports all the features needed by the relevant standards making bodies to carry out their activities in dynamic on-line environments.ironments.

Since the introduction of e-Government in Korea, government departments and public sectors produced a diversity of electronic records. In addition, they generated new electronic records (we are called composite electronic records(CERs)) which are composed of disparate electronic records. Typical examples of CERs are the records of Social Network Services (SNS). Currently, most of the government departments in Korea uses the Facebook Page to announce their policy and to collect feedback from the people. In addition, many CERs are created and produced. However, the government of Korea has no preservation policies about CERs. It causes problems with losing or neglecting a lot of information. Therefore, we presented the type and the characteristics of CERs which are produced by government departments of Korea. Moreover, we analyze and represent the researches of CERs preservation. Finally, we proposed the mechanism to preserve of CERs in Korea.

A core point of the KESLI consortium raises the participation score of the joining institute and improves the cohesive force and reliability to cope with prices continued rising of publishers, commonly and gives the actual profit to the joining institute by providing the base able to utilize the academic information with dispersion owning the national institutes. In this study the whole opinion of the consortium joining institute is collected in the future in order to deduce the reasonable and advantageous consortium model in which the consortium joining institute can be commonly applied. The facing task of the KESLI consortium is analyzed through a literature research, a questionnaire survey, a panel discussion and we try to present.

The recent emergence of diverse platform-based media devices such as smart phones and iPads has aroused interest of consumers all across the world. This interest has led to digitalization of paper books and a steep growth in the digital publishing industry at home and abroad. However, advent of various devices and content has caused the issue of compatibility and produced needs and demand for standardization to exchange and share content related to digital publication. Through collection of opinions of 16 stakeholders from the industrial, academic, research, and public sectors, this study aims to examine predictable future changes about content and its distribution, devices, standardization, technical protective measures, and obstacles in future digital publishing and eventually to draw out areas and elements for future standards development.

The purpose of this paper is to develop the qualification system of instructional designer in e-Learning field in order to provide e-learning experts for industry. The shortage of human resources is a serious problem in the e-learning industry. The following set of objectives were formulated to fulfill the study purpose. First, analyze the present situations and suggestions of the e-learning expert. Second, to analyze current states of private qualification administration/qualification administration authorization in e-learning field. Third, analyze the needs of universities and companies in e-learning qualification administration. Finally, based on the above three objectives, the study developed the practical qualification system, job analysis, methods and questions for an examination of e-learning instructional designer.

Hankyong National University decided to introduce a track-based curriculum for a curriculum innovation as it switched a Polytechnic University system into a general University system. A TF(task force) team was formed to study a operation strategy of a track curriculum and the opinions of campus members and educationist were gathered. Such systematic preparation was performed for the introduction of the track. Based on those works, a track-based curriculum has been operating from 2012 spring semester. A track system defines that the curriculum in a department is divided into specific majors(or tracks) and the department/agency guarantees their expertise if the students complete the course of a specific major to increase the depth and expertise in the field of study or specific areas. Track means a set of customized courses that are demanded by the corporations, and the courses include basically specific education activities, levels of education, and educational contents required for job or position of the corporation. In this paper, any issues, that arose through the operations of the track-based curriculum at Department of Electrical, Electronic and Control Engineering in Hankyong National University, and their possible solution were presented.

Also on the web, individuals, departments, and the company's performance and to be able to share your goals with an interactive interface to a more transparent process of HR royalty customers without having to focus only on financial indicators, financial, internal process perspective to manage the balance execution of the company's strategy can be used as a tool.

Different environmental changes involving records management increased the need to improve the curriculum of archives and records management in terms of practice. Given this, the study aims to propose improvement plans for the curriculum by analyzing its operation in domestic graduate schools and determining how the courses are necessary and useful in practice. To achieve this goal, a survey was conducted to records managers in fields, who were asked about the subjects they took, the prerequisites, whether subjects are necessary to be reformed or not, and so on. The results showed the importance of courses related to electronic management for records and practice of records management. Hence, the following insights and methods to improve the curriculum were proposed: (1) the operation of the extension of courses related to electronic management for records and practice of records management; (2) the standardization of courses and the designation of compulsory subjects; (3) the reinforcement of courses; and (4) the offering of diverse courses. This study is significant in gathering the perceptions of field records managers regarding the proposals of the improved curriculum and can serve as preliminary data to develop specific courses for records management.
