초록

최근 기록관리학 분야를 둘러싼 다양한 환경 변화는 실무적인 측면에서 기록관리학 교육과정에 대한 변화 필요성을 야기하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 기록관리학의 교육과정 현황을 살펴보고 전공지식이 실무에 미치는 영향과 그 정도를 분석함으로써, 현재의 교육과정을 정비할 수 있는 방안을 마련하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 현직 기록물관리 전문요원을 대상으로 본인이 이수한 교과목과 현장 필요도, 개정 필요도 등의 문항을 포함한 설문을 배포, 수거하였으며, 설문 결과를 토대로 시사점과 개선 방안을 제안하였다. 설문 결과, 기록물의 전자적 관리와 실습에 관한 중요성 및 필요성이 대두되었고, 이에 본 연구는 기록물의 전자적 관리 및 실습 영역의 교과목 운영 확대와 교과목의 표준화 및 필수이수과목 지정, 교과과정 내실화, 교과목 다양성의 확보 등을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 현장 실무자의 의견을 수렴하여 교과목 정비 방안을 제안한 것에 그 의의가 있으며, 차후 기록관리학 교과목 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

Different environmental changes involving records management increased the need to improve the curriculum of archives and records management in terms of practice. Given this, the study aims to propose improvement plans for the curriculum by analyzing its operation in domestic graduate schools and determining how the courses are necessary and useful in practice. To achieve this goal, a survey was conducted to records managers in fields, who were asked about the subjects they took, the prerequisites, whether subjects are necessary to be reformed or not, and so on. The results showed the importance of courses related to electronic management for records and practice of records management. Hence, the following insights and methods to improve the curriculum were proposed: (1) the operation of the extension of courses related to electronic management for records and practice of records management; (2) the standardization of courses and the designation of compulsory subjects; (3) the reinforcement of courses; and (4) the offering of diverse courses. This study is significant in gathering the perceptions of field records managers regarding the proposals of the improved curriculum and can serve as preliminary data to develop specific courses for records management.
