본 연구는 대학의 전자상거래학과 교육과정 개발을 위하여 산업체를 대상으로 전자상거래 인력에 대한 교육수요조사를 실시한 결과를 나타내고 있다. 전국을 대상으로 전자상거래 관련 업무를 수행하고 있는 기업의 인력에 대하여 설문 조사를 수행하였는데 일반 산업은 전통적인 오프라인 기업에서 전자상거래를 도입한 경우를 중점 조사하여 비즈니스와 정보기술 지식이 결합된 체계적 교육과정을 개발하여 대학에서의 효율적인 인력 양성 체제를 구축하고자 한다.

Because of the wide scale in EC area, the use of Electronic Commerce spreads out quickly. This paper proposes the curriculum applied to the department of EC in University reflecting the recent social trend. EC has some relations with the several areas like Computer Science ＆ Engineering, Management and Industrial Engineering etc. after analyzing the domestic curriculums, we propose the propriate curriculums and academic classification standard. Also according to the standard, We want to propose the separate curriculums to three important majors and describe the introduction to each major.

전자상거래 보안은 전자상거래의 성공여부를 결정할 수 있는 신뢰성 확보를 위한 기반기술로서 인식되고 있다. 이러한 보안 서비스의 문제는 전자상거래 활성화의 가장 큰 요소 중의 하나로서 정보기술과 인터넷 기술의 발전과 함께 꾸준히 연구 및 보완되어야 할 중대한 이슈가 되었다. 특히 전자상거래의 급성장과 함께 보안사고가 잇따르고 있는 상황에서 이를 대처하기 위한 전문인력이 절대적으로 부족함에도 불구하고 이런 상황을 타개하기 위한 전문인력 양성제도나 기관은 극히 취약한 실정이다. 이와 같은 상황에서 보안 전문인력의 양성을 위한 자격인증 제도의 도입이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 전자상거래 보안 전문가를 양성하기 위한 연구로서 자격증 인증제도의 도입에 관하여 실무적으로 접근한다는 점에서 그 의의를 갖는다. 즉 본 연구는 전자상거래 보안전문가 자격제도의 도입, 관련 교육에 관한 이론적, 실무적 체계 마련 등 전자상거래 보안전문가 자격인증제도의 기반을 연구함으로써 국내 전자상거래 보안 수준을 향상시키고 나아가 전자상거래 발전에 기여하게 될 것이다.

The Internet is changing or even eliminating old organizational schemes, including education. A growing number of universities and graduate schools are creating curriculums to reflect these changes. Business schools have prepared their students for a corporate world to offer some E-commerce courses. While E-commerce courses are proliferating in computer and information science schools, they are also spreading to other university departments including law and advertising. The objective of this paper is to suggest a prototype E-commerce curriculum for E-commerce departments. First, we survey and compare the E-commerce curriculum offered in many universities. Second, we provide the new E-commerce curriculum model for Korean universities. E-courses are classified as three knowledge areas of E-commerce courses such as business, technology, and core. We prioritize E-courses selected and rank their importance through an exploratory study for suggesting the undergraduate or graduate curriculum.

The most important technology in the electronic commerce based on Internet is to guarantee the security of trading information exchange. Many technologies are proposed as a standard to support this security problem. One of them is an XML (eXtensible Markup Language). This is used in various applications as the document standard for electronic commerce system. The XML security has become very important topic. In this paper an XML security model for web services based electronic commerce system to guarantee the secure exchange of trading information. To accomplish the security of XML, the differences of XML signature, XML encryption and XML key management scheme respect to the conventional system should be provided. The new architecture is proposed based on unique characteristics of XML. Especially the method to integrate the process management system need to the electronic commerce is proposed.

This paper is aimed to design for qualification structure and contents of Electronic Commerce Manager which was executed in the second half year of the 2000. To obtain research object. An analysis about e-business law was studied. Also experts of education and related field performed job analysis, on the basis of this study qualification structure and contents of Electronic Commerce Manager was designed and suggestions are proposed for the substantiality and activity. This research is performed through literature review, expert association, interview, and job analysis.

1999년 이후 농업인 홈페이지 지원사업 실시 이래 2008년까지 농업인이 운영하는 홈페이지는 전국적으로 1만개소에 달하고 있다. 전자상거래를 성공적으로 운영하고 있는 농업인들의 경우 고객관리에 대한 중요성 인식도가 높고, 이를 관리하기 위한 다양한 프로모션을 전개하고 있다. 이번 연구에서는 농촌진흥청에서 진행하고 있는 농업인 전자상거래 사업에 참여하고 있는 농업인을 대상으로 하여 이들의 고객관리에 대한 필요성 인식정도, 고객확보를 위한 활동, 고객관리의 방법, 고객관리의 유형과 기준, 확보된 고객의 관리를 위한 활동 등을 조사하였다. 농업인들은 전자상거래를 수행하면서, 고객과 직접 접하게 되고, 상품의 판매과정에서 고객관리의 필요성을 높게 인식하고 있으며, 블로그 개설 등 온라인 활동으로 폭을 넓혀가고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 하지만, 상당수의 농업인들이 고객관리의 필요성 인식에 비해 이를 실천할 구체적 활동방식과 실행 방법에 대해 구체적이지 못하기 때문에, 정부의 시스템 지원과 교육사업에 있어서 새로운 접근이 필요함을 보여주고 있다.

최근들어 B2C, B2B로 불리는 인터넷 기반의 전자상거래 시스템의 성공적인 구축이 기업의 비즈니스 성공의 열쇠로 간주될 만큼 그 중요성이 커지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 상거래 행위에 개입하는 다자간의 비즈니스 플로우를 효과적으로 모델링하여 분석할 수 있는 DEVS(Discrete Event Modeling System)이론에 기반한 새로운 비즈니스 모델링/해석 방법론을 제안한다 제안하는 방법은 비즈니스 플로우를 기술할 수 있는 언어를 정의하고, 정의된 언어를 이용하여 기술되는 전자상거래에 개입하는 개체간 거래 행위를 DEVS 모델로 자동 변환하는 방법을 제시한다. 변환된 모델은 이산사건 시뮬레이션 환경인 rDEVSim++ 시뮬레이션 소프트웨어를 이용하여 실행된 후에 그래픽 인터페이스 환경에서 비쥬얼화되어 시스템의 동작 및 성능을 분석 가능하도록 지원한다. 위의 전과정을 포함하도록 개발된 소프트웨어는 기업의 비즈니스 모델 구축용으로 활용이 가능할 뿐만 아니라 전자상거래 관련 인력 양성을 위한 교육용 소프트웨어로도 활용이 가능하다.
