본 논문은 반도체 공정이나 설계환경에 무관하게 재사용이 가능하면서 라이센스에 의해 보호되는 전자회로 설계 모듈 IP에 관한 세계적인 표준안들에 대하여 살펴본다. 현재 선진 외국의 반도체, 통신 관련 기업들은 자신들의 기능 모듈을 IP화 하는 데 있어서 1996년에 설립된 IP의 국제 표준화 단체인 VSIA의 표준안에 부합하도록 노력하고 있다. 현재까지 VSIA는 약 1,000페이지에 달하는 13종의 사양서와 표준안 및 기술문서를 개발하였으며, 전세계 200여 개의 회원기관에 공개하고 있다. 이와 같은 표준안들은 모든 회원사들이 제안하는 시스템 통합, 테스트, 혼성신호, 온칩버스, 검증, 보안 등의 표준관련 제안들을 8개의 VSIA DWG에서 심의하여 확정하며 계속적인 보완과 수정 및 추가가 진행되고 있다. 본 고는 가장 최신 버전들을 중심으로 IP의 표준화 동향을 파악 분석하고, 표준안들의 본질을 정의하였으며, VSIA 표준안에 부합 시킬 수 있는 절차를 체계화 함으로 국내의 IP 개발에 일조를 하고자 하였다.

Though many corporations are operating their logistics information systems, standard document forms for the connection of logistics information systems between transaction companies are not provided. Therefore, the standardized logistics information connection is needed for the efficient management. In this study, we Provide a prototype for logistics information systems connection by using e-mail which contains RFID and product information. This study could be a basis for logistics information system connection with the advance of RFID.

근래에는 특히 정보통신 분야와 관련된 표준화 활동이 강화되고 있고, 여기에 표준화와 상충되는 성격을 갖고 있는 지적재산권과의 조화 문제가 하나의 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 표준화기구들은 표준화와 지적재산권의 조화를 위하여 지적재산권정책을 마련해 두고 있다. 이러한 지적재산권정책의 한 부문으로서 본 논문은 ITU의 저작권정책 수립 동향을 분석한 것이다. ITU 저작권정책 수립의 동기가 된 것은 매우 특정적인 기술 분야의 사건으로 말미암은 것으로서 ITU의 표준기술문서인 권고안에 컴퓨터프로그램의 소스코드를 공개할 수 밖에 없는 상황에 따른 것이다. 이에 대하여 특허권과 저작권의 근본적인 특성 차이로 인한 논란 가운데에서도 현재는 ITU의 특허정책의 기조에 맞춰진 독립적인 저작권정책을 수립하는 활동을 진행시키고 있다. 본 논문은 저작권정책의 수립을 놓고 논의되었던 여러 가지 의견들을 종합.분석함으로써 특허정책과는 다른 저작권정책이 갖는 특수성에 대하여 이해하고, 결과적으로 현재 작성되어 계속 검토되고 있는 저작권정책 초안의 내용을 분석하여 소개한다.

China is a country with a long history. Chinese culture dates back thousands of years ago. Thousand years of history left the huge quantity of archival heritage, which consists of the memory of China. From tied knots, tortoise shell, bronze, bamboo to paper, film, CD, the mankind's history is kept and continued through the evolution of the documenting media and documenting methods. In the information era, when we are immersed in the sea of information technologies, archivists, as guards of human's memory, have to look for a balance point between new and old, between unchanged and changed. On one hand, archivists should try their best to protect traditional archives in a usable, authentic way in a long term; on the other hand, they must face the challenges posed by electronic record. The information age is a stage of the social development of mankind, the digitalization of archives is an important progress of human history. The report mainly is composed of three parts of the content: first, introduce the preserving situation of Chinese archival heritage ; focus are put on "China archival heritage program" and the construction of "Special archives repository"; second, the process of digitalization of traditional archives; third, the framework of electronic record standard.

학교 교육 현장에 웹 기반의 교육의 형태가 늘어나는 추세지만 학생이 홈페이지 형태의 교재를 보면서 웹브라우저 상에 필기하고 저장하여 다시 그 내용을 볼 수 있는 환경은 아직 제공되고 있지 않다. 본 논문에서는 벡터 그래픽 기반의 VML과 DHTML를 이용하여 웹브라우저 상에서 수업 교재로서 제공된 문서에 줄을 긋거나 필기한 수 있는 환경을 제공한다. 필기된 내용은 동적으로 만들어진 VML 정식의 텍스트 기반으로 데이터 베이스에 저장된다. 교재로서의 웹문서는 웹서버에서 VML의 내용은 데이터 베이스에서 추출해서 웹문서와 VML의 내용이 웹 브라우저에서 함께 출력됨으로써 필기 내용을 다시 볼 수 있는 웹노트 시스템을 제안함으로써 전자 문서 표준화에 발맞춰 엄청난 교과서 제작 비용의 감소 효과와 교사의 교재와 칠판 필기 및 학생의 교과서와 노트가 오직 PC나 노트북만으로 해결 가능한 교육 현장 전반의 획기적인 전환이 예상된다.

XML has an essential funtion of dealing with standardized document to be used in all academic areas and industrial areas as well as e-commerce. The transformation of XML data into Relation Database table is also necessary for data search using SQL language. Mapping relation between XMLand Table in Relation Database is required for transformation of XML. The U.S., Japan and Korea have realized the importance of establishing standards for eBook document formats and with government bodies, related industries and academic circles, OEB PS, JepaX and EBKS were established. However, compared to OEB of the U.S. and JepaX of Japan, EBKS contains different objective for establishment and different structures. As a result, for converting between documents of different standards, exact analysis of the document structures are called for and minimization of information loss when actually converting documents is required. Therefore, a method for explicit exchange between documents of different standards minimizing document structure is proposed and examples are looked at. As a result, in this paper, conversion possibilities between EBKS and OEB/JepaX are introduced and the result can be applied to cases when exchanging eBook standards and other formats.

Paperless 회의 및 행정에 대한 요구가 제기되면서 ISO 14001과 같은 표준들의 제안과 함께 이 요구에 대한 많은 연구와 구현이 제안되고 있다. 최근에는 다양한 플랫폼의 스마트 기기들의 보급이 확산됨에 따라 이 기기들의 플랫폼에 맞는 전자문서서식시스템의 요구도 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 제시된 여러 연구들의 효율성 검토 결과를 기반으로 사용자 중심의 전자문서 공유 및 관리 기능을 제공하는 미들웨어의 구조를 제안한다. 제안하는 미들웨어는 Content Adaptation, 즉 File Format 및 Size Converting, 스마트기기내에서의 전자서식문서 보안 처리기능, 데이터 관리기능을 포함하는 PDF Viewer를 제공하며 최근 표준화 적용이 진행 중인 HTML5를 기반으로 하여 호환성과 적용성을 높였다. 제안된 구조와 구현방식에 대한 검증을 위해 구현 사례를 본 논문에서 제시하였다.

This article studies certain standards which have been developed for exchanging information about business and trading transactions, both nationally and internationally. In this context standards means standardised ways of representing trade information and standardised procedures for communicating it in computer-based environments. Early in the 1960s, the United Nations UN/ECE working party was formed. The purpose of the this organization was to simplify and standardize trade document. This organization eventually evolved into what is currently known as EDIFACT, the international EDI standards organization. EDIFACT is the basis for agreement on a common structure for documents such as those used for trading(e.g., orders, invoices), so that they can be interchanged electronically between computer systems. The standard was ratified in 1987 and has already been adopted by many EDI users for the earlier European and American standards for trading data interchange called UN/TDl and ANSI Xl2 respectively.

Along with the developing of mobile communication technology, plenty of data transmission turn into possible in mobile environment. As the foundation, it can provide diverse mobile service. Especially the service which use electronic signature, and as the transmission of XML technology among the terminal digital signature information. By now, allowed plenty of validity confirmation questions that the digital signatures about the characteristic induced application of physical property XML. For this question, it can be solved through XML by Canonical XML 1.0 standards provided in W3C. But, because the question in the XML namespace attribute inheritance, proposed the restrictive solution. In order to solve this problem, proposes candidate plan of Canonical XML 1.1 standardized in W3C, and also even more standardization. In this paper, in order to support the widespread XML standardization in the moving environment. Standardizes Canonical XML 1.1 standard as the underlies, safeguarding the theoretical mutual identity of the XML documents, and constructing and realizing the XML standardization system.
