The purpose of this study would like to investigate the critical success factors of the e-procurement which means on-line purchase of goods and services for organizations. This action represents one of the largest expense items in a firm's cost structure. In order to draw CSFs of e-procurement system, we have surveyed questionnaire to the related firms. The basic variables used in this survey are taken from many precedent researches in relation to the e-procurement. On the other hand, the research data is collected from companies which had used the MRO e-marketplace. Through factor analysis of those data, four-factor resulted as follows: (1) factor one suggests the rationalization of the firm's management of its suppliers; (2) factor two calls for redesigning affected business processes and influencing end-user/employee procurement-related behaviors; (3) factor three refers to carefully orchestrating an e-procurement technology planning process with one's suppliers and using intelligence in designing the software and mining the data it produces; and (4) factor four relates to selecting an e-procurement solution and/or simultaneously participating in a number of electronic environments supporting e-procurement. In conclusion, these four factors are regarded as critical success factors for the application of e-procurement system and then suppliers should take care the effective planning of e-procurement structure.

우리나라의 무역 활동을 처리하는 항만은 국가 주요시설로 보안에 만전을 기하고 있다. 그러나 항만의 면적이 넓고 복잡하기 때문에 사각지대가 존재하고 사각지대에서의 불법행위 단속 건수는 매년 증가하고 있다. 이에 항만의 보안 강화를 위한 대책이 필요하다. 본 논문은 항만의 상황을 이동형 CCTV에 부착된 IoT 센서들로 인식하여 YOLOv5 딥러닝 모델로 분석한 후 웹 대시보드에 시각화하는 항만 보안 시스템을 제안한다. 이동형 CCTV는 특정 위치로 직접 이동할 수 있어 거리에 따라 해상도가 낮아지는 기존 CCTV의 단점을 보완할 수 있다. 또한 해당 시스템은 주변에서 쉽게 구할 수 있는 장비들과 오픈소스 라이브러리를 활용하기 때문에 다른 보안장비들에 비해 효율적인 비용으로 높은 보안 효과를 얻을 수 있다는 강점을 지닌다. 본 시스템은 항만시설뿐 아니라 군사시설, 물류시설 등 보안을 중요시하는 다른 분야에 확대 적용될 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

This thesis examines the performance and improvement strategy of SWIFTNet TSU's BPO for computerization and suggests the following results: First, the URBPO should be legally complemented, and the SWIFT and banks need to keep improving the systems to meet trade parties' diverse needs. Second, the SWIFTNet TSU's BPO should have an institutionally unified sharing platform with security, stability and convenience. In other words, it is needed to develop services which meet e-payment paradigm and international and regional environments through continued analysis on market changes and flow. Third, in order for the SWIFTNet TSU BPO to evolve into a perfect global system, there should be an innovative payment solution which can meet all trade parties all over the world. For this, technology standardization for a worldwide e-trade payment system is essential. Lastly, based on the results derived from this study, an analysis framework with which more diverse and practical environmental variables can be analyzed should be developed.

International Commerce and Information Review has been playing an important role of disseminating the outstanding research results in the fields such as trade information and systems, e-trade, regional studies, e-commerce, service trade, trade laws since 1999. This paper aims to find the research trends and distinguished characteristics in the field of trade information by analyzing research keywords of the research papers published in this journal using a social network analysis method. Research keyword data collected from the homepage of the academic society were cleaned and transformed into the co-occurrence network data, which are suitable for social network analysis. NodeXL Pro was used to analyze and visualize the pre-processed data. Through clustering analysis, the most important subject fields or interests were identified as well as those which worked as intermediaries for interdisciplinary researches.

신호보안장치는 안전성을 기본 개념으로 탄생했으며, 열차를 안전하고 효율적으로 운행하기 위하여 고안된 설비이다. 안전성, 정확성, 신속성, 대량 수송, 환경친화성, 에너지 효율성 등은 다른 교통수단과 구별되는 철도의 장점이며 이의 달성에는 신호보안장치가 긴요한 역할을 담당하고 있다. 신호보안장치는 Fail-Safe 원칙을 근간으로 개발되었다. 그러나 신호보안장치가 전자화되고 복잡해지면서 철도시스템에서 차지하는 비중이 높아지고, 전세계적인 무역자유화 및 개방화, 국제화 추세 속에서 좀더 체계적이고 일관성 있는 안전성에 대한 접근이 요구되면서 철도신호보안장치의 안전성 규격이 유럽과 일본에서는 1990년대 후반, 한국은 2000년대 초부터 발표되기 시작했다. 이들 안전성 규격은 재래식 시스템보다는 새로 개발되고 있는 전자화 및 컴퓨터화된 신호보안장치들을 주요 대상으로 하고 있다. 국내의 항만물류산업에서는 서류 전송을 합리화하고 입력데이터의 오류를 없애기 위해 EDI를 도입·실행하여 왔다. 그러나, 기존의 항만물류산업에서 사용중인 전통적인 EDI는 사내 정보시스템과의 비연계성, 과중한 EDI 구축비용과 소프트웨어 구입비 및 EDI 통신료, 산업간 EDI 자료교환의 불가능, 업무프로세스의 개선 미약, 응답시간의 지연, 사용의 불편성, 표준문서 사용 등 제반 문제점들이 미해결 상태로 남아있다. 차세대 인터넷 언어로 각광받고 있는 XML은 기존의 데이터를 보다 쉽게 표현, 교환, 저장할 수 있어서 무역, 금융, 멀티미디어, 전자상거래 등 다양한 분야에 응용되고 있다. 특히 XML의 개방적이고, 유연한 특징으로 인해 상이한 데이터 및 문서포맷을 지닌 다수의 거래업체간에 뛰어난 상호운영성을 가져와 이를 이용하는 비율이 급속도로 증가하고 있으며, 이를 위해 다수의 XML기반 프레임워크가 개발되어 적용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 XML/EDl, BizTalk 프레임워크, ebXML 프레임워크를 항만물류산업의 EDI시스템에 적용하여 이들의 구조를 밝혀내고 각 프레임워크의 유효성을 검증하고자 시도하였다.

본 논문은 워크플로우 기술의 표준화 및 기술 동향을 소개하는 세 번의 연재* 중 두 번째 내용으로 전자거래 및 전자무역, 전자물류 등의 사회적 필요성의 증가와 더불어 그의 기술적 해결방안으로 많은 관심이 집중되고 있는 비즈니스 프로세스 관리(Business Process Management: BPM) 기술과 이의 기반기술인 워크플로우 관리 기술에 관하여 기술한다. 특히, 비즈니스 프로세스 관리 기술과 워크플로우 관리 기술의 개념적인 차이점에 관한 국내외 연구자들간의 논의와 개념적 혼란이 이슈화되고 있기 때문에, 본 논문에서는 워크플로우 관리 기술과 비즈니스 프로세스 관리 기술간의 개념적 정의 및 상호 관계에 관한 본 저자의 의견을 제시하고자 하고, 현재 국내외적으로 추진되고 있는 차세대 비즈니스 프로세스 관리 기술의 연구개발 동향 및 현황을 소개한다. 마지막으로, 차세대 비즈니스 프로세스 관리 기술을 구현하기 위해 저자의 경기대학교 워크플로우기술연구실에서 수행하고 있는 차세대 비즈니스 프로세스 관리 시스템 구축방안을 소개한다.

In this paper, UPnP Network SaaS model has been studied. Currently, this model of UPnP Network and the trade mission is being used by outsourcing. From now on, the introduction of new trading systems and existing systems and the commercialization of this model as a UPnP network service connection should work. The future of UPnP network SaaS model will become commercially available software, commercial software can be accessed remotely via the Internet should be. Customer site activities must be managed from a central location. Application software architecture, pricing, partnerships, management should not include the character models. N should be the model. When used in small and medium enterprises have a very high value.

With the growth of the smart-devices and information & communication technology, information society has developed and information can be produced, spread and consumed at much faster pace easily. Hence, individuals can utilize wireless communication and smart-devices to create, share and consume information at anytime and anywhere. The growth of technology has allowed the large-scale transfer and sharing of image, sound and video data; it changed the users' data consumption pattern that was mainly consisted of the text. Therefore, the amount of data that an individual consumes increased significantly. The importance of finding and analyzing practical and necessary data among huge amount of data has arisen. In this study, the current status of Big Data is researched and analyzed and the method to utilize Big Data in the electronic trading field is suggested.

This thesis examines the problems faced in the clearance procedures of Korea's e-customs system for which improvements are necessary, and suggests various ways of overcoming those problems. Practical implications regarding the advancement of Korea's e-customs system are as follows. First, the substructure of the e-customs clearance system, which is the basis for the establishment of a global single window, should be developed into a more modern and advanced system. Second, additional improvements in the law are required to render the broad array of Internet-based export and import documents legally binding. Third, customized services should be provided in order to improve the operating efficiency of the e-customs clearance system. Fourth, the reputation of Korea's e-customs clearance system should be raised via the strengthening of a cooperative system between concerned parties, including exporters and importers. This innovative approach to systematic improvements will come about when we can simplify current customs clearance procedures and establish a fairer customs inspection administration regime. Additionally, when we review the methods intrinsic to our customs system, we must emphasize the urgency of proper completion of related systems and arrangements in the trade business and similar fields.
