본 논문에서 구현한 경량단말을 활용한 이종 박물관 관람 환경별 최적의 적응적 관광 서비스 제공 모듈은 서로 다른 박물관을 관람하는 상황에 맞춰 그 관람객에게 가장 적합한 서비스를 제공을 해주는 모듈이다. 종래의 박물관 관람 형태는 사용자가 박물관에서 나누어준 하드카피 형태의 팜플렛 또는 가이드 안내에만 의존한 관람 형태이고, 주제별 아이템에 관한 상세 정보도 현장에 배치된 안내물을 보던가, 박물관에서 대여형태로 제공하는 오디오 장비만을 활용 하는 수준이며, 특히나 제한된 시간내에 대형 박물관을 관람해야 하는 경우 자신이 관심있는 것만 볼 수 없는 환경이다. 본 논문에서 소개될 이 모듈은 가상화 기술과 경량 단말을 활용하여 대형 박물관 또는 미술관등을 방문한 관람객에게 본인에게 맞는 최적의 관람 서비스를 제공한다. 좀더 자세하게는 대형 박물관에서 이 모듈이 사용되는 경우 넓은 공간에 무수히 많은 작품들이 전시되어 있는 상황에서 가용한 관광시간에 본인이 보고자 하는 것들만 추천받아볼 수 있도록 도와줄 수 있고, 최소한의 원가를 들여서 제작된 경량 스마트 단말을 통하여 해당 작품에 대해 상세한 부가 정보를 제공받아 박물관의 관람효과를 극대화 할 수 있도록 도와준다.

According to the recent expansion of Trade Shows within the government's policy in exhibition industry, studies about the trade shows needs to be focused more on the attendees related to the environment. In most of the researches related to this topic until now had been biased in terms of economic benefits and the standpoint of organizers. Considering that this study is to improve environment of Trade Shows from an attendees' point of view as an attempt to apply the concept of Service Design which is the activity of planning and organizing people, infrastructure, communication and material components of a service. It is about the idea of bringing service design principles to services in Trade Shows. Good design process brings in a good understanding of the context : understanding the environment and redefining problems from the standpoint of attendees, in order to improve its quality, the interaction between service provider and attendees and the attendees' experience.

Exhibitions are important sales promotional method commonly used by the marketer of industrial products. Exhibition utilized as a means of effective marketing tools, company's interest and demand is rising. Especially in recent years, visitors' activity within the exhibition space can be monitored in real time by applying near-field sensing technology such as RFID, NFC, RQ code. Exhibition organizers are also applying the near-field sensing technology in order to attract the participating companies and visitors. With the introduction of near-field sensing technology, the exhibition has been a lot of changes occur in the exhibition environment. However absence of performance indicators to measure new exhibition environment which adopt ubiquitous technology, still the exhibition performance is not properly measured. In this study, we use the Delphi technique with the performance indicators based on previous research, and propose performance indicators for measuring achievement of exhibition in the smart-exhibition environment.

오늘날 미술관에서 멀티스크린 기반의 영상설치 작품을 접하는 것은 어려운 일이 아니다. 이와 관련해 갤러리 영화, 전시의 영화, 다른 영화 등과 같은 용어와 담론들이 있다. 본고에서는 최근 많이 사용되는 '아티스트 시네마'라는 용어를 사용 한다. '아티스트 시네마'를 영화이론(Film Theory)과 미술사(Art History)의 맥락이 교차하는 지점에 두고, '아티스트 시네마'가 경유하는 영화적 요소들과 현대 미술적 요소들을 엘리자-리사 아틸라의 <상담 서비스>(1999)를 통해 분석한다. 분석의 단계는 첫째, 내러티브를 구성하는 '프레임 안의 내용', 둘째, 영상 설치 작품을 구성하는 오브제와 작품이 놓인 미술관이라는 '프레임 밖의 맥락', 셋째, 관람자의 시간적, 공간적 경험이다. 이를 통해 '아티스트 시네마'와 미술관이라는 시스템이 가지는 비평의 지점에 관해 생각해 보고자 한다.

본 눈문에서는 안드로이드 플랫폼 기반의 스마트폰에서 장애 예술인 활동에 도움이 되는 애플리케이션을 설계 및 구현하였다. 이 애플리케이션의 특징은 TTS, STT 기능을 이용한다. STT 기능은 청각 장애인이 예술 작품을 올리면 작품에 대한 정보를 입력받고, TTS 활용하여 작품에 대한 설명을 음성으로 서비스하도록 구현한다. Naver Map을 사용하여 사용자가 전시회에 대한 위치를 등록하면 Naver Map을 통하여 전시회를 찾아올 수 있도록 길 안내 서비스를 구현한다.

This study investigated the status of information services in records and archives centers using the Web to survey and by interviewing archivists and professionals. Services offered are not various, but some actives services including offering records via SNS and provising exibitions using records are offered. Many of the requested records are for evidence and reference for works, and the finding aids are limited in their functions. Also, the barriers in offering services were mostly due to the fact that the duties of managing records are mostly performed by one profession, and they have not enough time to provide services with the lack of manpower. Also the arrangement and description level is not enough and the records systems have limitations including lack of search functions. For better services, improvement of the systems and the supplement of manpower is considered to be most urgent.

The purpose of this research is to identify the service quality of The Independence Hall of Korea, and to investigate what factors of service quality influence to the customer satisfaction and the customer revisit intention As a result of the study, service quality for The Independence Hall of Korea was proposed to be four factors of tangibility, responsiveness, assurance, empathy. It turns out that if the service quality of responsiveness and empathy provided by The Independence Hall of Korea improves, the customers' satisfaction would be increased, and If the customers are satisfied with the service, visitors' intention to revisit would be influenced. The result of the research suggests that the Korea Independence Hall should manage and control these service quality factors to improve customer satisfaction and revisit intention.

This treatise focuses on archival service based on social relationship. We hope to seek the possibilities of archival immediate service by this treatise. We cover the 'Youth Archivists Program' of '4.16 memory archives' at this time. This archives has a special meaning in Korea. 'Youth Archivists Program' is an program of archival service in this archives. We suggest archival service based on social relationship by this case study. We have verified that there are some archival services based on social relationship in Korea. We hope that archival service based on social relationship should be an serious issue in Archival community.

Recently, a number of virtual reality exhibition-type content services have been produced using archive resources of visual art records as a means of promoting cultural policy-based public companies. However, it is by no means easy to accumulate 3D works of art as data. Looking at the current state of metadata in public institutions, there was no digitalization of resources when developing digital twins because it was built based on old international standards. It was found that data modeling evolution is inevitable to connect multidimensional data at a capacity and speed that exceeds the functions of existing systems. Therefore, the elements and concepts of data modeling design were first considered among previous studies. When developing virtual reality content, when it is designed for the migration of 3D modeling data, the previously created metadata was analyzed to improve the upper elements that must be added to 3D modeling. Furthermore, this study demonstrated the possibility by directly implementing the process of using newly created metadata in virtual reality content in accordance with the data modeling process. If this study is gradually developed in the future, metadata-based data modeling can become more meaningful in the use of public data than it is today.

In this study, considering the importance of the providing archival information services over the Web in university archives, the evaluation model of the archival information services was proposed by identifying categories and contents of it. Direction for the improvement was proposed by evaluating and analyzing the Web archival information services of some university archives in Korea. Based on the evaluation, the following directions for improvement were suggested. First, the mission and vision of the archives should be established and published over the Web. Second, the introduction to the records catalogues and records collection should be provided in detail on the Web. Third, advanced search and full-text search functions should be provided, as well as the help information for the search methods. Fourth, university archives' Web sites should provide online exhibitions and newsletters of the archives.
