In this paper, we propose an efficient method to extract a goal area which may be closely related to the scoring highlight. In our method, the boundary between the ground and the non-ground area is used. An efficient methods for a rapid detection of both the boundary and then the goal area are proposed. Our simulation results show that our method is very reliable and takes less processing time compared with previous methods. This performance improvements may be caused by the use of a general simple feature.

This paper proposes a method to classify different video contents using features of digital video. Classified video types are the news, drama, show, sports, and talk program. Features, such as intra-coded macroblock number St motion vector in P-picture in MPEG domain are used. The frame difference of YCbCr is also employed as a measure of classification. We detect the occurrences of cuts in a video for a measure of classification. Finally, back-propagation neural-network of 3 layers is used to classify video contents.

This paper suggests several simple and efficient algorithms for detecting the ECG Signal by Microcomputer's software. The ECG signal detection was performed with the Linear Approximation and the feature extraction. The linear transformation approximates a given waveform by a piecewise-linear function with a preset upper bound on the absolute error between the functional values of the original function and the approximation. And the feature extraction from ECG signal, the features are different wave amplitudes, durations and interwave intervals, used the slope, the amplitude and time-Duration of ECG Sinal.

In this paper, we propose as new algorithm for the selection of key frames in a given video. For the selected key frames to be well defined, the selected key frames need to spread out on the whole temporal domain of the given video and guaranteed not to be duplicate. For this purpose, we take the first frame of each shot of the video as the candidate key frame to represent the video. To reduce the overall processing time, we eliminate some candidate key frames which are visually indistinct in the histogram difference. The key frames are then selected using a clustering processing based on the singly linked hierarchical tree. To make the selected key frames be distributed evenly on the whole video, the deviation and time difference between the selected key frames are used. The simulation results demonstrate that our method provides the better performance compared with previous methods.

인터넷과 스마트기기 발전으로 정보에 대한 접근이 쉬워짐에 따라 다른 문서에 대한 표절 행위가 쉽게 이루어지고 있습니다. 그리고 표절 검사를 수행하는데 시간적, 인적, 공간적 낭비가 이루어진다. 이러한 낭비와 표절에 대한 경각심을 일으키고자 본 논문에서는 표절 검사 속도 향상을 위한 표절 원본 문서 추출(source retrieval)과 추출된 문서의 단어를 이용하는 표절 위치 탐색(text alignment)기법을 이용하여 표절구간을 찾는 방법을 제안한다. 본 논문의 표절 원본 문서 추출 및 표절 위치 탐색 기법을 활용하면 표절 검사의 시간과 정확도가 향상될 것으로 기대한다.

사람의 얼굴은 일반 객체와는 다르게 정확히 구별되는 특징이 없다. 따라서 일반적으로 사람 얼굴에 관한 연구에서는 인간이 사람의 얼굴을 볼 대 가장 먼저 인식을 하는 눈, 코, 입을 특징으로 정하고 있다. 이러한 특징은 사람에 따라 다르게 나타나며 주위환경에 영향을 받는다. 따라서 이러한 사람의 특징을 정확히 찾아내는 것이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 얼굴 특징점의 기하학적 성질을 이용하여 눈, 코, 입의 특징점을 효율적으로 찾아내는 알고리즘을 제안하고 있다. 이러한 특징점을 이용해서 얼굴 특징점 벡터와 얼굴 특징점 영상을 얻어낸다. 이 후 임의 입력 사람 얼굴에 대해서 얼굴 특징점 벡터의 유클리디안 거리와 밀 기록된 특징점 영상과의 상관관계를 이용해 유사도를 계산해서 얼굴을 인식한다. 제안하는 방법은 기존의 방법보다 계산 복잡도가 적으며 또한 정확한 인식을 얻는다.

'The Orphan of Zhao family(Zhaoshi-Guer)'is one of the famous Chinese drama constantly transmitted for a long time from Yuan Dynasty to Qing Dynasty. The plot of the play in the transmitting process has not been changed much, but added new characters or episodes. The Kunqu, one of the Chinese drama styles was characterized by graceful music and refined literature, being very popular among the gentry of Ming and Qing Dynasty. The 'Zhaoshi-Guer' play in 'chuanqi' style of the 'The Sixty Plays' collection, is called 'Ba-yi-ji', which was sung in Kunqu崑曲 stage. Because 'The Sixty Plays' collection was widely read throughout the late Ming and Qing Dynasty, the 'The Sixty Plays' version became the model of Kunqu lineage example and so it was in the case of "Ba-yi-ji". In the end of the Ming, new performing type of drama that is called as Zhe-zi-xi(折子戱) was appeared. Zhe-zi-xi refers to make only some pieces, not the whole. With the new form of performance appeared many of the selected texts of plays have come out including 'Zui-bai-qiu'. Through the comparison between the pices of two Kunqu version, 'The Sixty Plays' and 'Zui-bai-qiu', I tried to observe the charisteristics of the Ba-Yi-ji performance of Qing dynasty. The latter succeded the former, but more performance oriented, such as using lively and easy word with the acting direction intensified and comic characters.
