The Impact of Online Information Source on Consumer Satisfaction in the Internet Shopping Mall (온라인 정보원천이 인터넷 쇼핑몰 소비자만족에 미치는 영향)

  • 웹이라는 환경은 다양한 정보원천을 생성해냈고, 온라인 소비자는 시간과 노력의 비용을 줄여 보다 합리적인 의사결정을 하기 위하여 웹 정보탐색을 한다. 특히 인터넷 환경은 정보를 획득하는 비용을 낮춤으로써 유용한 정보원천의 역할을 수행하고 있다(Bakos, 1997; Bar-Ilan, 2001). 그러나 너무 많은 정보는 오히려 소비자들의 의사결정을 방해할 수 있는데, 이때 소비자들은 정보원천에 대한 인지경향, 즉 신념수준을 가지고 자신에게 필요한 정보를 취사선택하게 된다(Schuman and Johnson, 1976). 이러한 관점에서 온라인상에서의 구매의사결정과 관련해서 주요하게 참조되는 정보원천을 파악하는 것은 의미있는 일이라 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사전조사를 통해 온라인 주요 정보원천으로 온라인 구매경험, 온라인 구전정보, 판매자 정보를 도출하였다. 그리고 이러한 정보원천이 제품만족, 정보만족에 미치는 영향관계를 알아보고, 이어서 정보만족과 제품만족이 인터넷 쇼핑몰에 대한 소비자의 전반적인 만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 분석결과, 온라인 정보원천의 모든 변수들이 정보만족에 유의한 영향관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났으며, 제품만족과의 관계에서는 판매자 제공정보가 유의하지 않게 나타났다. 또한 정보만족과 제품만족 모두 소비자의 전반적인 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 온라인상에서의 정보의 중요성을 입증하는 것으로, 온라인 소비자의 정보원천에 대한 이용과 평가를 이해하는데 새로운 시각을 제공해주고, 정보원천에 대한 관리와 활용에 관한 실무적 시사점을 제시해 줄 것으로 기대된다.

Home Management Behavioural Patterns of Urban Housewives and Family Life Satisfaction to Their Life Styles (도시주부의 라이프스타일에 따른 가정관리행동유형과 가정생활만족)

  • 본 연구는 주부의 라이프스타일을 유형화하여 구분하고, 유형화된 라이프스타일에 따라 가정관리행동유형 및 가정생활만족에 차이가 있는지를 파악하여 주부의 가정생활의 질적 향상을 증진시킬수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 라이프스타일을 알아보기 위해 주부의 태도, 관심, 의견(A.I.O)에 관해 요인분석과 클러스터 분석을 한 결과 우리나라 도시주부의 라이프스타일은 현대적향유형(28.1%), 보수전통주의형(26.3%), 건전활동형(21.5%), 소극적침체형(24%)으로 분류되었다. 주부의 관리행동유형은 대체로 변화지향적으로 나타났으며 학력이 높을수록 자녀수가 적을수록 변화지향적인 관리행동을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 주부의 가정생활만족도는 약간높게 나타났으며 라이프스타일에 따라 전반적인 가정관리행동유형은 의사소통과 계획의 융통성에 있어서는 변화지향적인 관리행동을 보이고 자원활용에서는 안정지향적이고 자원인식에서는 안정, 변화의 중립적인 관리행동을 하는 것으로나타났다. 라이 프스타일에 따라 가정생활만족도는 건전활동형이 높았으며 소극적 침체형이 가장 낮았다가 정관리행동유형이 가정생활만족도에 영향을 미치는데 의사소통, 자원활용 자원인식 등의 하위영역에서 변화지향적일수록 만족도가 높았다.

The Effect of Greenspace on School Commuting Routes on Pedestrian Satisfaction and the Future Direction of Creation (학교통학로 녹지가 보행자의 만족도와 조성 방향에 미치는 영향)

  • For this study, 313 pedestrians, including students, from two schools participated in the greening project of the school commuting roads in Seoul. These schools were compared to two without street greenspaces to analyze the effects of the green areas on pedestrian satisfaction and the future direction of creation. As a result of the greenspace satisfaction analysis of schools with greenspace, the items that had the greatest effect on overall satisfaction were 'Width of the sidewalk' (37%), 'Harmony with the surrounding landscape' (24.97%), 'The arrangement of trees, grass, and flowers' (18.30%) and 'Overall management' (10.44%). In other words, the item that satisfies most is securing the appropriate width of the sidewalk where the greenspace is located. It is necessary to re-considered creating greenspaces in existing sidewalk spaces and secure a sidewalk width for pedestrian convenience. As a result of the analysis on the direction of greenspace creation, the respondents who experienced greenspaces through the greenspaces on school commuting routes recognized natural features, such as grass and flowers as more important elements as well as noting that landscape and harmony are important. In addition, respondents interested focusing on functionality recognized the need for greenspaces and highly recognized the importance of arranging natural materials, such as trees, grasses, and flowers. This group also recognized the advantages of functionality and the effectiveness of green spaces. Therefore, it is necessary to expand awareness of the effectiveness of greenspaces through environmental education, publicity, and the provision of information boards. More effort will be needed to apply regional and school characteristics rather than uniform composition to the development of greenspaces.

Influence of Perceived Justice with Service Recovery on Customer Satisfaction and Behavioral Results (서비스복구의 공정성 지각이 고객의 만족과 그 행동적 결과에 미치는 영향)

  • This study is about the influence of perceived justice with service recovery on customer satisfaction and the customer's behavioral results. Even though prior studies estimated overall customer satisfaction, this study measured customer satisfaction separately in two parts: satisfaction with the service recovery and relationship satisfaction. The results are as follows. Distributive justice and interactional justice have positive effects on satisfaction with service recovery. But distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice have positive effects on relationship satisfaction. Satisfaction with the service recovery and relationship satisfaction have a positive effect on customer loyalty.

  • Every online shopping mall is concerned about service quality and trust issues. We analyze and compare the impacts of service quality and trust on customer satisfaction and loyalty. In addition, we investigate service quality and trust attributes and their effects on overall service quality and trust. The results unveil that, in our e-business setting, overall trust has more powerful leverage than overall service quality.

Analysis of Changes in Citizen Satisfaction with Parks & Green Spaces in Daegu City, Korea (대구시 공원녹지에 대한 시민 만족도의 경시적 변화 분석)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the changes in citizen satisfaction with parks and green spaces in Daegu. Three surveys were conducted using the same measurement tools in 1986, 2001, and 2010. Major results are as follows: 1. The overall satisfaction level with parks and green spaces increased remarkably over the last25years. Satisfaction levels with city spaces overall were higher than that of nearby surrounding areas. 2. Diversity of green spaces was the most distinguished indicator in increasing level of satisfaction while the management level of green space facilities showed the lowest improvement. 3. The factor analysis for individual variables for satisfaction resulted in two factors: functions and physical conditions were categorized as one factor, and indicators for the planning of green spaces were the other. Using a regression model, the major variables found for satisfaction were diversity, management level of woods, quantitative level, function of static recreation, and management level of facilities, respectively. 4. Regarding satisfaction level by the type of green spaces, green spaces by streets showed a remarkable increase while green spaces in industrial areas showed the lowest improvement. A factor analysis for each type of green space resulted in 3 factors: green spaces of urban parks, green spaces of urban recreational facilities, and green spaces of each district including residential areas and industrial areas.

A Study on the Evaluation Factors on Korean University Education for Promoting Educational Service Export from the Perspective of Chinese Student in Korea (교육서비스수출 촉진을 위한 한국 대학교육 평가요인에 관한 연구: 중국인 유학생 관점에서)

  • The survey was conducted by Chinese students who currently attend universities for the purpose of evaluating factors that determine the quality of educational services of universities in Korea. Three public universities and five private universities in Kyungsang province were surveyed for the purpose of this study with standardized questionnaires. The study raised questions on four different fronts: 1) Is there a difference in the importance of evaluation factors by Chinese student's on the quality of educational services between public universities and private ones? 2) Is there a difference in the degree of satisfaction felt by Chinese students who attend public universities or private ones? 3) Are there any significant differences in the importance of evaluation factors and satisfaction with the quality of educational services? 4) How different the relative influence of evaluation factors has on satisfaction with the quality of educational services for overall Korean university system? The results of this study showed that there was no statistical difference in signification in the importance of evaluation factors on the quality of educational services between public universities and private universities. Only the relationship factor in criteria four had an effect on satisfaction with quality of educational services between public and private universities. There were significant differences in the importance of evaluation factors and satisfaction with the quality of educational services. Chinese students determined that professor's lectureship as the most important factor, and is the ultimate deciding factor whether they attend a public or private university. It should be noted that studying and knowledge are primary concerns to them. Improvements in the quality of educational services in area of lectureship, physical education facilities, relationship, and administrative services are essential and crucially important for Korean universities in order to attract foreign students and to enhance their competitiveness in the global setting.

  • 본 연구에서는 사이버 교육(e-Learning)에서 컨텐츠 정보특성, 인터페이스 특성, 브랜드인지도, 부가서비스 제공 여부, 강사의 능력, 기술인프라 정도, 놀이성, 지각위험 등이 전반적인 만족도, 신뢰, 몰입 및 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향에 관하여 연구하고자 한다. 연구의 대상은 세 가지로 나누어 기업의 사내교육대상자, 학원 등 사교육대상자 및 대학교육대상자 등의 사이버 교육의 피교육자 유형에 따라 어떠한 e-Learning의 특성이 전반적인 만족도, 신뢰, 몰입 및 재구매 의도에 영향을 미치는가를 조사하기 위한 것이다. 연구모형에 포함된 변수는 기존의 연구에 근거하되 e-Learning의 특성적 요인을 포함하여 선정하였다. 사이버 공간에서 구매행위에 관한 연구는 다수의 연구자들(Jarvenpaa 등, 1997; Eugene 등, 1995; Parasuraman 등 1996; Spiller 등, 1998; O'keefs 등, 1998, Li, 등, 1999; Donthu 등, 1999; Macintosh 등, 1997; Garbarino 등, 1999)에 의해 다양한 방법으로 연구가 진행되었지만 본 연구에서는 e-Loaming의 환경적 특성에서 종합적 연구를 하고자 한다. 따라서 기존의 인터넷 환경 하에서 행해진 인터넷 컨텐츠의 특성에 관한 연구를 기반으로 사이버 교육(e-Loaming)의 특성과 부합하는 변수들을 연구 모형에 포함하였으며, 또한 사이버 교육에서 새롭게 부각되는 요인들을 부가하여(이승희, 2001; 박광태 등, 2002; Bonk, 2002; Learning Decisions, 2001) 연구모형을 설정하고 이를 근거로 실증연구를 수행 중에 있다.

Status of Satisfaction with Settlement Conditions and Residential Environment of Chungnam-do Residents (충남도민의 정주여건 거주환경의 만족도 현황)

  • This study is a study on the satisfaction of the living conditions of the residents of Chungcheongnam-do, and the analysis data was based on the results of the Chungcheongnam-do social survey conducted in 2020 by Statistics Korea. The results of the analysis on the satisfaction of the living conditions of the residents of Chungnam Province are summarized as follows. The level of satisfaction with the quality of life of the living environment, which is a personal characteristic, was 5.92 out of 10 for the degree of satisfaction with one's life, and 6.28 out of 10 for the overall value of the work one is doing. The overall life satisfaction of the region (city and gun) was analyzed as 5.81 out of 10, indicating that the satisfaction of Chungnam residents was more than average. In addition, satisfaction with the residential housing environment was analyzed with the highest frequency and ratio of 43.5%, with 226 people being slightly satisfied. Satisfaction with facility use was also slightly higher in 231 people, showing 44.5% response rate, and slightly higher in women than in men. This study is meaningful in that it provides basic data such as policy implications for improving the quality of life by grasping the social interests related to the quality of life and the subjective consciousness of the people of Chungnam.

A Study on Student Satisfaction with Educational Environment in a Cooking and Food Service Program (조리.외식관련 대학생들의 교육환경 만족도에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between educational environment services offered and student satisfaction with them. A survey was conducted to 314 students in a cooking and food service program. To achieve the purpose of this study, SPSS 17.0, a statistics program, was used for a descriptive analysis, a frequency analysis, a factor analysis, a multiple regression analysis, a cluster analysis and a One-Way ANOVA analysis. The hypothesis test result of the effect of educational environment services on satisfaction showed that there was a partially significant effect in satisfaction with facilities and lecturers(p<0.01) as well as administrative services (p<0.01). In the cluster analysis of educational environment services, cluster 1 was classified as a mistry cluster, cluster 2 as a satisfied cluster, cluster 3 as a dissatisfied cluster and cluster 4 as a positive cluster. They showed a statistically meaningful result in the one-way ANOV A(p<0.01).
