Visitors Behavioral Characteristics and Attitudes to Park Use and Management Attributes in Kyeyongsan National Park, Korea (계룡산국립공원에서의 이용객 형태와 이용 및 관리속성에 대한 이용객 태도)

  • 본 연구는 계룡산국립공원을 방문한 이용객들의 전반적이 이용형태, 이용만족도, 그리고 이용 및 관리 관련 속성에 대한 태도를 파악함으로서 효율적인 공원관리방안 수립에 필요한 기초 정보의 제공에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 응답자 직접기입 방식의 설문조사가 계룔산국립공원의 3개지역 (동학사. 갑사, 신원사)를 방문한 316명의 이용객을 대상으로 실시되었다. 응답자의 사회경제적 특성은 타국립공원에서 실시된 조사결과와 유사한 경향을 보였다. 계룡산국립공원은 휴식 목적의 방문비율이 가장 높았으며, 동반자 유형에 있어서 가족동반 비율이 가장 높게 나타났다. 또한 응답자들은 도착지에서의 이용정보의 질과 제공수단에 불만족을 나타냈으며 응답자들이 현지에서 느낀 혼잡의 정도는 심하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이와 함께 전반적인 휴양만족도는 비교적 긍정적으로 평가되었다.

Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty of Academic Library Users Based on Their Perceptions of Library Service Quality (서비스품질지각에 기반한 대학도서관 이용자 만족도와 충성도 분석)

  • This study investigates the influences of the perceptions on the dimensions of the library service quality (library staff, supports for the service, library materials and information resources, and facilities and equipments) of academic library users on the customer satisfaction, importance of the services, and the loyalty (reuse intentions). Based on the questionnaires surveyed from 403 undergraduate students of the K University, it analyzed the data using SPSS 12.0. All four dimensions of the service quality influenced statistically on the customer satisfaction. The dimension of the support for the service, importance of the service, and customer satisfaction influenced statistically on the loyalty.

Influence of Consumption Patterns and Satisfaction for Convenience Store Private Brand Foods (편의점 PB식품군 구매행동 및 만족도 영향요인 연구)

  • This study examined the purchasing behavior and satisfaction of people with convenience store PB foods. The factors affecting the purchasing behavior and the overall satisfaction with the convenience store PB foods were examined. This study first found that the purchasing motivation of PB foods is the cheaper price than NB foods. Second, age is a statistically effective variable for the visit frequency at the convenience store and gender and age are effective variables for the purchase frequency of PB foods. Third, there is a statistically positive correlation of convenience store brand preference with the PB food brand preference for 6 food categories. Next, in terms of the attribute-level satisfaction, the most satisfied areas are diverse food groups and diverse food taste and the least satisfied areas is price. This is followed by taste and design/packaging influence overall satisfaction. From this analysis, the following suggestions were drawn. First, because consumers are likely to be matched convenience store brand preference and PB food brand preference, advertising is necessary to ensure that the consumers continue to visit the convenience store. Second, product improvement by increasing the quality should be designed to motivate the major consumer group of people in their 20s and 30s. Finally, to boost PB food satisfaction, the industry should improve the taste and design/packaging.

A Study for Satisfaction of Chinese Tourists in Korea (중국소비자의 한국관광 만족을 위한 탐색적 연구)

  • This study aims to propose measures to consistently induce Chinese tourists who represent the largest percentage of inbound tourism from foreign countries, utilizing raw data of 2015 Korea International Visitor Survey conducted by the Korea Culture & Tourism Institute under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Differences and influence factors for overall satisfaction on travel in Korea, intention to revisit Korea, and intention to recommendation were analyzed by demographic characteristics and tourism characteristics of Chinese consumers. As a result of analysis study, it came out that there are differences between overall satisfaction on travel in Korea and intention to revisit Korea by age and job of demographic characteristics. Among the tourism characteristics, there are differences in intention to revisit Korea depending on purpose of travel, intention to revisit Korea and recommendation according to route of travel information search, and there are differences in all three categories according to type of travel. The most important factor of all three category was identified as 'Food' factor and the second most influential factors were immigration procedures, security, and tourist attractiveness. It is suggested that more active research and improvement efforts are needed in the government, industry, and academia in order to attract Chinese tourists in the future.

A Study on the User Satisfaction and Information Behavior of Information Commons in the National Digital Library of Korea (국립디지털도서관 정보광장 이용자의 만족도 및 이용행태에 관한 연구)

  • This study examines user satisfaction and information behavior of information commons in the National Digital Library (NDL) of Korea through survey method. It analyzed service quality factors that affect the overall user satisfaction, and users' information behavior according to the physical spaces/facilities in the information commons. User satisfaction factors were developed to measure library satisfaction in all aspects of the eleven physical spaces/facilities of information commons service, and information behavior on eleven physical spaces/facilities in information commons were explored by users' character. According to survey findings, overall level of user satisfaction was maintained highly since the beginning of NDL. In particular, the facility of 'Productivity Computer Cluster' was ranked highest as 83.8 and the 'UCC Studio' was ranked lowest as 70.8 among the eleven facilities in information commons.

  • 최근의 통신서비스 시장은 경쟁의 도입과 기술의 발전이라는 두 축에 힘입어 양질의 서비스를 보다 저렴한 요금으로 소비자들에게 제공하고자 노력하여 왔다. 그러나 이러한 통신서비스의 질적 향상 노력에도 불구하고 여전히 통신서비스의 품질은 소비자들의 기대수준에는 미치지 못하고 있다는 지적이 있다 더욱이 문제가 되는 것은 소비자가 인지하고 있는 통신 서비스 품질의 기대수준은 시간의 흐름에 따라 동태적으로 변화하는 것이어서 한 시점에서의 통신 서비스 품질 수준의 측정으로는 정책적으로 큰 의미를 설명하기 어려운 실정이다. 이와 관련하여 많은 선행 연구들이 다양한 측면에서 시행되어져 왔지만 이제까지의 많은 선행 연구들은 대부분이 통신서비스의 특성을 제대로 고려하지 않고, 고객만족의 향상과 불일치를 가져오고 있는 성능품질만을 측정한다거나, 시간의 흐름에 따라 변화해 가는 소비자가 서비스에 대해 인지하고 있는 중요도나 기대수준을 고려하지 않고 있으며, 각 구성요소간의 동태적 인과고리에 대한 고려 없이 연구가 이루어져 전반적인 통신 서비스의 고객만족을 전체적인 시각에서 평가한 연구는 극히 드물다. 따라서 본 연구는 통신서비스의 고객만족을 피드백 관점, 동태적 관점, 사실적 관점의 시스템 다이내믹스 방법론을 적용하여 전반적인 동태적 고객만족 모형을 구현하고 이를 정책적으로 활용할 수 있는가에 대한 접근을 시도하였다. 고객만족은 결코 한순간에 머물러 있는 것이 아니며 체감품질 및 기대수준의 영향을 받아 지속적으로 변화해간다 따라서 어떻게 기대수준을 관리하고 고객의 기대에 부응하는 체감품질을 관리하는 것이 지속적인 고객만족을 획득할 수 있는 가를 시뮬레이션 모형을 통해 가시적으로 시스템의 행태를 구현함으로써 그 이해의 폭을 넓히고자 시도하였다.으로써 웹에서의 혁신적이며 크로스 사이트, 크로스 장르적인 컨텐츠 플래닝의 가능성을 시사하는데 의의가 있다고 하겠다.y used to some of interactive storytelling through hyper text in CD-ROM and web sites.   • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the job satisfaction, and project effectiveness of employment promotion project for the elderly, and to suggest practical implications for social work services for those the elderly. Data for this study were collected through the use of a survey instrument completed by 240 samples over 60 years of age. Collected data were analysed by multiple regression. The findings of this study were as follows: this study provided clear evidence that the depression was very important variable which affected on project effectiveness of employment promotion project for the elderly. Based on these findings, in order to increase project effectiveness, we need to realize the importance of job satisfaction management, and suggested effective intervention programs.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of sensation seeking tendency and sports satisfaction among college students and analyze the effects of individual characteristics of sensation seeking tendency on sports satisfaction. A total of 302 college students participating in physical education classes were selected for this study. Main findings were as follows; First, sensation seeking tendency of college students participating in physical education classes had statistical relationship with social stratification, emotional satisfaction, Physical satisfaction, environmental satisfaction, and educational satisfaction. Second, thrill and adventure seeking among sensation seeking tendency factors affected more male students' educational satisfaction than female students'. And experience seeking affected more female students' educational stratification than male students'.

  • This study evaluates empirically visitor's satisfaction of Cheonan Well-being Exposition based on visitor's satisfaction instrument of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Using 900 questionnaire respondence of on-site visitors, confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis were conducted for results of the study. The results show that event's programs, event's composition, event's environment, convenient facilities' operations and product's quality are all significant factors for visitor's satisfaction. Visitor's satisfaction is also significant factor for visitor's loyalty. We hope that the results of this study would utilize for measurement instruments of visitor's satisfaction and loyalty.

Study on the Relations between the Economic Characteristics and Life Satisfaction by Income Levels among Single Elderly Households (1인 노인가구의 경제적 특성과 삶의 만족도 연구: 저소득가구와 고소득 가구의 비교)

  • The purpose of this study is firstly to understand socio-demographic and health characteristics and economic characteristics of elderly single households aged over 60 and secondly to examine the relations between these factors and level of life satisfaction, especially differentiated relations by income level. We used the data drawn from third KREIS (Korean Retirement and Income Study) surveyed by National Pension Research Institute. The statistical methods used for the analyses were t-test, X2, multiple regression analysis. For the whole sample, the results showed that the life satisfaction is positively related to higher income, better physical and emotional health status and having a religion. When we conducted the regression on two groups, the religion and income level were no longer significant factors. On the other hand, being a woman and enjoying good health contributed to life satisfaction for lower-income group while having a job and enjoying good health played a positive role in life satisfaction for higher-income group.
