Mean F0, Jitter, Shimmer, and NHR were measured in 21 opera singers, 13 Korean traditional 'pansori' singers, and 21 non-singers. Four voice sampling conditions were ordinary /α/ prolongation, /α/ prolongation using vocal technique as if the subjects were singing, oral reading of the words of a song, and singing. One-way ANOVA and Sheffe post-hoc analysis were used to identify significant differences among the groups. The mean F0 was significantly different among the 3 groups in all conditions except for the ordinary /α/ prolongation condition. The opera singers produced lower jitter and NHR compared to 'pansori' singers and non-singers only in the singing condition.

시나브로는 언어발달지연 개선을 목적으로 발음을 교정하는 프로그램이다. TTS·STT API 를 사용하여 단어의 표준 발음을 음성 자료로 게시하고, 연습 후 사용자가 녹음한 음성에 대해 텍스트 및 시각 자료를 제공한다. 이를 통해 사용자는 자신의 발화 발음에 대해 객관적으로 피드백을 받아들일 수 있다. 시나브로는 전문기관 방문을 동반하는 일반적인 치료 방식과 달리, 온라인 기반 웹 서비스로 제작되어 공간, 시간, 비용 등의 제약을 극복하며 높은 접근성을 제공한다.

유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅에서 중요한 기술 중 하나로 평가되는 음성인식 및 합성기술은 인간과 컴퓨터의 상호 작용에 있어 가장 편리하고 보편적인 방법이다. 음성인식 및 합성기술을 이용한 인간과 컴퓨터 상호작용 기반의 애플리케이션의 개발을 위해 음성 확장성 생성 언어(VoiceXML)을 이용하면 음성 인식 및 합성에 관한 전문 지식이 없어도 애플리케이션 제작을 쉽게 할 수 있다는 장점이 있어서 음성인식 및 합성기술의 인프라 구축과 저변 확대를 목적으로 일부 국내 업체들은 VoiceXML을 이용한 음성 애플리케이션을 제작하고 실험할 수 있도록 VoiceXML 실험 환경을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 기존에 공개된 실험 환경을 소개하고, 다양한 실험 환경 제공을 위해 기존에 있던 Linux기반의 실험 환경과는 다른 Windows NT기반의 IIS(Internet Information Service)를 이용한 VoiceXML실험 환경을 제안하고 구현하였다. 그 결과 ASP(Active Server Page)와 ADO(ActiveX Data Object)를 이용한 VoiceXML음성 애플리케이션 실험이 가능한 환경을 구축하였고, 사용자 평가 결과 제안한 방법이 유효하다는 것을 확인하였다.

Speech recognition and motion recognition technologies are applied and used in various smart devices, but they are composed of simple command recognition forms and are used as simple functions. Apart from simple functions for recognition data, professional command execution capabilities are required based on data learned in various fields. Research is being conducted on a system platform that provides optimal data to users using Generative AI, which is currently competing around the world, and can interact through voice recognition and motion recognition. The main technical processes designed for this study were designed using technologies such as voice and motion recognition functions, application of AI technology, and two-way communication. In this paper, two-way communication between a device and a user can be achieved by various input methods through voice recognition and motion recognition technology applied with AI technology.

비대면 시대로 인한 화상 회의의 중요성이 높아졌다. 하지만 현재까지도 회의기록의 문서화 작업은 수작업으로 이루어지고 있어 시간과 인적자원이 많이 소모되고 있다. 본 논문은 기존 수작업으로 진행되는 회의 문서화 과정의 문제점을 개선하고자 한국어 키워드 추출을 활용한 인공지능 회의록 자동 생성 시스템을 제안한다. 회의 음성 파일을 기반으로 STT 기술을 활용한 회의 전문을 자동 생성하고 전문에 KR-WordRank 알고리즘을 적용해 키워드를 추출, Summary API를 사용하여 요약본을 생성한다. 최종 결과로 회의 전문과 키워드, 요약본이 담긴 PDF 형식의 회의록을 사용자에게 제공하여, 수기 회의록 작성 시 들이는 시간적, 인적 비용 절감을 돕는다.

This study examines the effectiveness of semi-occluded vocal tract exercise (SOVTE) conducted through telepractice for 10 female teachers who have experienced vocal discomfort while working in early childhood education facilities (childcare centers, kindergartens). The effects of SOVTE conducted through telepractice were evaluated based on the Korean voice handicap index (KVHI), the Korean version of the voice activity and participation profile (K-VAPP), vocal effort, and auditory perception evaluation by using the grade, roughness, breathiness, asthenia, and strain (GRBAS) scale. The results show that total, functional, and physical scores of KVHI significantly reduced after SOVTE. The total score in K-VAPP significantly reduced after SOVTE. Moreover, vocal effort significantly decreased after SOVTE. However, statistically significant differences were not noted in GRB scales before and after SOVTE. In conclusion, early childhood teachers experienced reduced vocal discomfort SOVTE conducted through telepractice. The study results indicate that voice therapy conducted through telepractice is an effective method for reducing vocal discomfort in early childhood teachers.

As artificial intelligence develops, AI chatbot systems are actively taking place. For example, in public institutions, the use of chatbots is expanding to work assistance and professional knowledge services in civil complaints and administration, and private companies are using chatbots for interactive customer response services. In this study, we propose a scenario-based AI voice chatbot system to reduce museum operating costs and provide interactive guidance services to visitors. The implemented voice chatbot system consists of a watcher object that detects the user's voice by monitoring a specific directory in real-time, and an event handler object that outputs AI's response voice by performing inference by model sequentially when a voice file is created. And Including a function to prevent duplication using thread and a deque, GPU operations are not duplicated during inference in a single GPU environment.

Location Based Services using GPS receiver with network enabled smart phone provides various services and many business models. Currently, many context awareness models on smart phone applications are under developing. But most of the services are based on current user position and Point of Interest(POI)s, which are very static. In this paper, we proposed and implemented multimedia tourist guide system using smart phone, which are very dynamic and provides tour guide's voice and audio service on the spot. Also we provides tour experience sharing method which can easily share the videos and pictures for each users.

A video-conference system is being utilized in web based application services in various fields due to the widespread use of Internet and the progress of computer technologies. This system should use the public IP address for sharing file and white board and it is difficult to manage the internal network users of the firewall and non-public IP address users. In this paper, we propose an Application Level Gateway which transforms non-public IP address into public IP address. This mechanism is for the internal network users of the firewall or non-public IP address users over the Internet. We also propose a Control Daemon which manages video and audio media dynamically according to network bandwidth. This mechanism can start and terminate a video conference and manage the process of the video conference.

Due to differences in singing styles and voice production between classical and popular music singers, their knowledge and practice regarding vocal hygiene may differ. This study compared the knowledge and practice of vocal hygiene among 121 university undergraduate students (58 classical and 63 popular music vocal majors). Additionally, the correlation between the level of knowledge and practice of vocal hygiene and the subjective voice evaluation was examined. The results revealed that both knowledge and practice of vocal hygiene were significantly higher in classical than popular music vocal majors, and that vocal hygiene practice was significantly higher than knowledge in the entire group. In addition, there was a weak positive correlation between knowledge and practice of vocal hygiene; and a weak negative correlation between vocal hygiene practice and subjective voice evaluation. This study suggests that popular music vocal majors have relatively lower levels of knowledge and practice in vocal hygiene than classical music vocal majors. It also highlights the need to provide tailored vocal hygiene education programs for both classical and popular music vocal majors, as they show low levels of knowledge and practice in certain aspects of vocal hygiene.
